C65: New Skills, Nen Awakening

After being thrown out of the room by Raikou, he went to Kaoruko to have his status updated to showcase the new skills he got. When he got to her, she commented on how his presence felt different, Axel explained his bit of understanding about Nen to her and how he can now somewhat control his own life force which might be the reason behind this.

Cleanse-simple cleaning spell that dispels dust, stains on clothing or substances upon one's body.

Create Water: a simple elemental spell that converts humidity in air into water. Water can not be more than 5 ft away from user, otherwise control is lost (dnd style)

Flame Wave: An intense blast of fire magic that spreads out in a 10ft cone in front of the user.

FlameBolt- fire formed into a spear-like structure that possesses exceptional piercing power.

Mind manipulation- low leveled mind control spell that is only useful for making suggestions, can be overridden if intellect is high enough (weak monsters only)

<Modified > Reinforcement magic (trace): enhance aspects of an item through its physical aspects. Can copy items up to 50% original power, cannot exceed level limit. Can reinforce flesh and human body parts, enhancing durability and minor improvement overall power.

Minor Illusion control: Create small scale sounds and flashes of images that could serve as distraction

Lightning shock-close quarters lightning spell that can be enchanted upon a weapon or armor for extra dmg/defense.

Bolt Lightning- a lightning bolt that can reach up to 100ft.

<Self made><Incomplete > Firestorm- A mix of fire and lightning. Akin to a volcanic explosion with the lack of earth element which prevents it from reaching its full power.

Wind Blades- sent out 5 or more blades of wind that can inflict injuries of various size and severity.

<Unlearned > Shikigami creation.: summon a creature or being that is linked to the user via affinities, elemental or otherwise.

2nd magic: Operation of Parallel Memories. Bond of memories and aspects which allows the user to move through the unknown.

Gravity magic- wormhole, Wave of Darkness (gravity well), Nebula, Reverse Gravity, Meteorite.Crush

Gravity Manipulation - Locked

<Skills >: (to cut down on word count a bit. all anima Scissa will be referred to as 'AS' except the default one. Umbra Sui also has it's shade reference names shorted to their initials)

Anima Scissa- Holders of this skill are torn beyond construction and thus are unable to use magic. Comparably, the possessor may tap into the power of their soul to unearth new found abilities comparable to magic. When the vessel possesses enough power, new fragments may be unearthed.

AS(Magister daemonium): tapping into the soul, the user may exhibit the power of a gluttonous demon who may consume the strength of others through the incantation, "Shadows of the Abyss, I AM the Endless, Rapture of Power and Possessor of All that Belongs to Others." Level 2 incantation: I am the endless, Rapture of Power and Possessor of All that Belongs to Others. Level 3: incantation: I am the endless, Possessor of All. Level 4: I am the Endless.

AS(parasitica corpus): allows controlled body manipulation (only self) which can refine muscles to draw out enhanced strength temporarily. Transformations rely on Mind to maintain. Call out the incantation "Mura" to direct energy according to the user's thoughts. Distractions can negate the transformation.

AS (Odr): A binding of love and commitment that can never be broken. This skill serves as the eternal reminder. You share aspects of those you love and love you back.

Freya - enhanced charm.

Raikou - enhanced strength growth

Syr Flova - enhanced Charm.

Murasaki Shikibu -illusion resistance

Tamano Vitch Koyanskaya- enhanced mind capacity

Kiara Sessyoin-enhanced sensitivity

KamaDeva- enhanced charm.

AS(Umbra Sui): A shattered soul cannot simply rest in passivity. Provides a semi corporeal body to provide assistance to the user. Incantation is "Shade that I am". For the next 5 minutes, can freely manipulate the formed shades according to their specialties.

1. MD- gluttonous spirit that creates shockwaves of devouring force

2. PC- a nimble spirit that manipulates it's own body to shred thine enemies.

3. US-An elfish spirit that overlays the user's power in the form of shockwaves.

4. CI / IF - A 6 armed bulky figure that can be overlayed by other spirits to grant them similar physiques and greatly enhanced strength.

5. SF/ SI- A armored Giant figure that is at minimum 25 ft tall, Intuitu allows enhanced channeling of other shades onto itself. Gravity Manipulation unlocked while enhanced with Caro Irae.

AS (Caro Irae): Thine body is a divine temple for untold rage. The god of wrath has descended upon thy flesh, granting thee the Asuran Physique and Might.

AS(Invictum Furorem): Rage is a powerful tool for the Asura, Godhood and invincibility are the result of such rage. Rage is a catalyst for unmistaken power. Rage = power. Deathly blows are not fatal under this state. Temporarily sets Berserker Development skill to EX rank.

AS (Stella Flagelli Potentia): The will of a true warrior does not fail so quickly. For even the stars bend to its true meaning. Grace thy might with the will of a giant, who fought off the very stars from his home.

AS(Stella Intuitu)-The stars made manifest have their own desires. The things they pursue are out of reach of most mortal lifeforms. Yet when the Star Scourge arose, even the stars were made mortal. Their knowledge laid bare for the picking.

<NEW >AS (Vestibulum vitae filum vis larva)[1]: Nen, life force, controlling that force is one of the crowning achievements for many who pursue enlightenment. Limit Break: A status that goes beyond simple mortality. Users receive extra Excellia facing foes of a higher level.

Axel is a bit confused on what his own status page is referring to by all the sleep references. He understands the mask part since by looking through the minor memories of Killua Zoldyck. He had gotten an understanding on what Nen is and how to train it. His own ability came naturally to him the moment that Killua acquired his godspeed state. The experiences and training that the young boy (at the time) went through flowed through him to grant him similar experiences which means he can replicate that godspeed and his magic affinity to lightning has also increased from what he can feel. It would take a bit of time to replicate the god speed itself but that should only be a few days.

The knowledge he acquired of his ability sent him into a second flashback where Killua had a training session with his grandfather Zeno Zoldyck. His face had somehow detached and floated over to Axel who had replaced Killua in the memories. This is how his ability works though there is one restriction, he can't copy the face and abilities of another innate 'specialist'. A type of nen user whose abilities don't fall into any other of the 5 nen affinities. Of course these people that he can copy have to be nen users, but even if they themselves might not have ever awakened their abilities due to a lack of teaching. Axel would still have access to it. As if his mask gazes through alternate timelines where they did achieve their abilities and uses that format. (recommended to gaze at aux page for Nen tutorial if you never watched Hunter x Hunter)

Since Killua was quite the adventurous young man, he had witnessed many types of people and thus nen users. Even just a casual glance seems to work with his ability (which means any random 'extra' from the Greed Island arc is free real estate due to the fact that only nen users could even 'play' the game). Though the more he knows about the nen user, the better he can replicate them and their powers, but just Killua's personal family is enough for a variety of abilities, not to mention his best friend Gon, Netero, Bisque, and many others.

Axel exits his own thoughts as his new abilities will require some experimentation as he has both his own unique abilities as well as learning Killuas and whoever else is missing from his memories. There is a gap in part of the memories he got. A strange sense of self, as if an amalgamation of others that was reformed into something new, better, stronger. Letting natural instinct guide oneself, it's this instinct that had allowed him to discover his mask ability so fast. Which is why when he got stuck under the rubble, his own mood was irritable and he latched onto the first irritable looking person from Killuas memories. That resulted in him temporarily taking on the stature of Phinks Magcub and using his Killer Cyclotrone (an ability where he 'rotates' his shoulder akin to a gear to wind up a powerful attack. He will have to find out his limits as his falna still transfer over through the mask so the original person's limits are not his own as long as he himself is stronger or has more nen than that person.

With the fragmented life force of both a god and demigod, he can be truly considered talented in Nen arts but he needs proper training to utilize it. Axel looks over at Kaoruko who has been lost in thought since she had witnessed the new skills. He pinches her puffy cheek which startles her as he gives him a light smack on the wrist. "That hurt"

"Hehe"

"What will you do now?"

"I think ill celebrate a bit by inviting the rest of my group over. Though I do still need to inform the guild that Evillus or something that took over Evilus has appeared. Not sure how I will explain the god dying though since that was all me. I'm sure Freya will be able to handle it until I can properly take over the number 1 spot of Orario" he says with a split decision before he just ignores the guild and heads out to give invitations to everyone before heading back and starting to cook.

While Killua himself is not a good cook, he was taught a few things to help his own survival, which means simple roasting is easy for him though he has to rely on Talion and anything Raikou taught him in regards to cooking anything more 'intricate' would fail to hardship (Hunter exam shows he can cook since he did for the gourmet hunters but that's it. A single, simple burger).

.He mostly had his butlers do all the cooking when at home. Migi is no help here, the god and demigod don't eat…ever, so they are no help either. Talion is Axel's sole support in creating the meal for his friends who start arriving one by one. Welf is one of the first to arrive as he had suspiciously already been with Daisy when he found him. They seemed to have just been talking as they were fully dressed.

Mikoto, Ouka and Chigusa arrive next/first as they had just finished a bit of their morning training and stopped a bit to investigate what happened over at Ishtars when the guild shooed them away. Bell and Daisy arrive last as Bell had to pick her up since Axel doesnt know where she lives.

Once everyone is seated, he distributes plates of food to everyone. He starts by saying, "I'd like to introduce a new member to our lovely group. They have joined my familia after having been kicked out of their previous one due to various complications. The Takemikzuchi familia is acquainted with this individual. Let's give a round of Applause for Sanjouno Haruhime" Haruhime opens the door that she had been hovering behind since Axel put her there. She waves at Mikoto and others before taking a seat. She receives a small round of applause, mostly from Bell, Welf and Daisy who didn't know her. Lily simply eats her food with a skeptic look.

"And Aisha Belka" A voice calls out grandly from inside the house

"WHAT?!!!" Raikou sticks her head out from the doorway after pushing out the amazoness who has a bit of a shy expression on her face. Axel was not told anything about this as such is surprised.

Aisha brings over another seat next to Haruhime. Introductions then proceed with the whole group. Aisha is actually more accepted as Haruhime's trial was made public so everyone pitys Haruhime but Aisha is a proper combatant while Haruhime was believed to only be a supporter like Lily. Lily almost even went ahead and proclaimed Haruhime as dead weight if not for Aisha's glare as the amazoness had picked up social cues that Lily is a hateful pessimistic gremlin.

"Just wait until you see Haruhime in action. You will beg her to never leave" Aisha proclaims as she pats the fox girl's head.

Axel is also curious of what Haruhime can do but he keeps his curiousity in check.

"Speaking of the dungeon. Our next expedition will be in 2 days, but before that, I wish to help everyone here to gain a new skill."

His words attract a slightly feral gaze from Lily and Aisha but the others are more curious in how he could share a skill with them.

"Everyone keep calm about what shall happen next and get into a comfortable position or pose if you prefer to stand" Axel says and Aisha, along with Bell and Welf stand up while the others stay seated or sit cross legged on the floor. Axel stretches his hands to connect to everyone which Lily almost ran away from but he kept her in check.

Axel begins to channel his nen towards them before he gives out a "HA" and a burst of nen washes over them as their nen nodes are opened. Each of them begin to release their own aura.

A wave of "Ooooohhh" is said from each member as he spends the rest of the day explaining what is Nen, how it works, the training for Ten and the other 3 basic nen techniques as well as other small deeper details but with their next expedition being in 2 days. He tells them that they have to at least learn 'Ten'. He does make a minor mention that since everyone here is fairly straight forward people they would likely become enchanters but he doesnt explain much about the types just yet as it is unlikely they would awaken an ability as fast as Axel.

Bell ans Mikoto are the first ones who were able to quickly learn Ten, followed by Aisha a few hours later. The others struggle for quite a bit before they finally got it an the end of the day. They then had two more days before the expedition
