C63: Freya, Versus Ottar. Soul Shock 5

I've made a new Aux page explaining nen and the new frags which i would suggest for anyone who has not watched Hunter x Hunter or know what Nen is. It's a pretty comprehensive system that could work all by itself for a story but the thing is, so is fate's magic and powers. Thus I have no qualms including this into the story.

Axel himself is shaking a bit as his body deals with the rebellious energy inside him.

"Grrr. hcech" Axel groans a bit in pain and spits a bit to get rid of the bad taste in his mouth before stomping it down, he turns to the frightened Aisha and extends his hand to her..

"Let's go, you need a new familia now right? You can join us along with Haruhime."

He offers and she hesitantly reaches out to his hand. She has a slight red mark on her face as a result of the slap she suffered but otherwise is fine. She has one hand on her belly, as if worried that Axel would do something to her or possibly some latent gut wrenching pain that she might be feeling from their single session a few days ago.

The duo begin to walk out while under the view of all the amazoness who have been weakened to due their falna made null. As the duo arrive at the entrance of the Ishtar Manor, they find the Freya familia at its gates with Freya herself in the lead.

"Axel, you should have let me handle Ishtar, She has been attempting to cause trouble for me for quite a while now."

"I had a few bones to pick with her. It's not like I suffered any repercussions. She is gone now. Forever." His words originally cause some scoffs to rise up in the Freya familia executives in tow but when they hear about how the goddess is eternally gone, sweat drips from their brows. With Raikou, she cut the connection that the god had placed on her so that the god would struggle to find her before she would naturally reincarnate or be made into a proper god if her divinity is supple enough.

Axel on the other hand had permanently killed the goddess, absorbing their essence into himself. Even now Freya is becoming more and more smitten with Axel as his appearance 'magically' becomes more refined and handsome. His body was already made perfect by being molded against his soul but minor imperfections arose as each fragment 'awoke' but those imperfections have been fixed again as well as any future fragments too.

While a slightly awkward silence is going on, Ottar steps forward, unsheathing his blade and pointing it towards Axel, "Face me, prove you are worthy of protecting our Goddess. God-killer"

"You really want to do this now? Why not in a war game later so I can outright disband your group and free your goddess?" His words cause growls and angry comments to arise from the executives but Otar himself who openly cares for Freya as his mother doesnt deny his words or be angry. He wants what is best for her and understands that he is part of the chains holding her down. As he is a simple person, he simply charges forward, sweeping his blade horizontally at Axel.

Axel pushes Aisha aside as he himself bends under the blade to dodge it. The wind becomes riled up from Otar's attack but he doesnt use his technique that he did last time. Readying his sword again, Chanting, "Hildis Vini", the blade glowing gold, he swings out and Axel couldn't dodge this time around, coating his body in a ceramic shell, he tanks the strike which sends him flying back into the Ishtar home. He breaks through the front entrance and 2 more walls before finally stopping, the duo meet in the middle of each other. Axels fist against Ottars glowing sword.

BOOOM

Axel is knocked back once again due to the strength difference between them. Axel employs Migi to enhance his own flexibility so that he can dodge more. With his body more limber now, he charges once more at Otar, he feints a strike where he planned to repeat the previous collision but dodges at the last moment due to his body essentially turning into a noodle to go around Otars sword before he lands his fist on the Boaz man.

Otar is flown back but he appears uninjured due to his development ability-Strong body but also since he can recover rapidly thanks to his skill Stortus Otar which grants him both the Healing Power and Spirit Healing development skills. The skill also enhances all his other skills and development abilities, especially since it scales with his own level and stats.

Axel grins as his blood rushes to the excitement of the fight, he rushes forward once more, enhancing himself with reinforcement magic, anti gravity magic. As a final treat, he uses his self made Crush spell to pull Otar down through the floor of the house as he is affected by intense gravity. Axel then jumps into the hole after the Boaz warrior, using a crush spell on himself as well. Enhancing his descent speed as he kicks out at Otar who responds with another energy beam of gold aimed at him.

The collision causes Axel to be thrown back into a set of rafters as it seems this underground area was being recently built for some reason. He uses a mix of splitting his body into two as well as illusion magic to create multiple copies. Of course he is attentive to detail and attaches the 'cord' between each mirage as well as to the split main bodies to give the impression of realism. He also adds on sound effects to their footsteps as they stomp forward on the various wooden ledges and floorboards. Axel's two real bodies go in opposite directions as they pincer Otar while the illusions charge from the front.

Unfortunately for Axel, Otar has been diligent in studying Axel's techniques after witnessing his power against Antares. He paid attention to every rumor or story that possibly detailed Axel's abilities. Since Axel had reached level 2, he hasn't really been hiding his abilities. So except for the invisible gluttony which can be seen when reaching a certain distance like it did with Phyrne Jamil but the shades, various shockwaves, flexibility and magics are all cataloged. The most wary that Otar is of Axel is in regards to the extra arms and Giant red-haired shade that beat up Antares. The others have more limited destructiveness but that doesnt mean that they wouldn't have some unique property to make them stand out against the Asuran and Radahn shades.

Otar first slashes out at the incoming illusions, shattering them before kicking off the wall he is near towards one of the clone bodies since he now knows that Axel split himself. The two bodies grab their connection cord and tug. This shatters the various walls and poles holding up the construction sight before they rush to move towards each other and remerge before they are struck by Otar who blasts Axel into the rubble he just made.

Axel stays under the rubble for much longer than Otar predicted, as such he takes a defensive stance as he believes that Axel is planning something. This is both correct and incorrect. The divine energy inside Axel's body has finally settled down which has opened the gateway for more soul fragments to finally emerge. The memories of 2 soul fragments, one major and one minor. Unfortunately Gluttony has to retract half of the memories and personality of the major fragment to prevent an overload of information in Axel's mind.

A thin aura begins to coak Axel's buried body. As each fragment settles down and provides their memories and abilities, the aura around Axel increases by a good measure each time. The minor fragment is related to Killua Zoldyck, a young man related to an assassination based family. Due to his lifestyle he had been exposed to tons of interrogation tactics and training which has nullified. The last fragment remains unknown due to most of its memories remaining sealed except for the person's experiences.
