After atleast 20 minutes, Alex reached the portion where every skill was legendary. It wasn't that the skill with ratings hero and below was bad. The skills were all good which took 20 minutes to reach the portion of legendary.

Continuously tapping the system panel, Alex saw many legendary skills that intrigued him.

Reading the description, Alex couldn't really picture out the result without casting the spell but looking around, he thought that he might cause a catastrophic damage if he tried casting the legendary magic spell.

Even though, he didn't really knew what the spell would look like, it definitely sound cool based on the description which Alex liked.
