"Althing!" I shouted at the black hands that came from underneath the ground that is rising to the surface it almost reaches 25,000 feet.



The Althing rushes towards me with its mind controlled humans with fast movements

I'm the last one alive out of all seven of us. We were called the "Red Barons" we are humans selected to go surgery to transfer the count system and to hold the ballot.

The count system for us the higher the count the stronger we are. But there is one downside to it the power of the ballot came from the Althing so if our count become zero. The Althing will take us to the abyss by force. I don't know what it will do to us there if we're caught by it. Luckily there's none of us seven aces who got a 0 count.

The count increase is connected to the things you do like follow a conviction to follow, the more you follow your conviction and uses it, it will increase but if you disobey your own conviction your count will decrease.

Or cooking if people say your food is delicious your count will increase, but if they say it's bad your count will go down.

But my count system is different the more I kill humans my count will increase, maybe that's why I'm the only one us of seven is the only one alive.

But there's one thing I really hate and it's to kill innocent humans who have done nothing to deserve death. I have a belief that the strong protects the weak but why is my count increasing the more I kill humans!?

Like the one I'm facing right now, the Althing controls humans be it children, teenagers, adults and the olds.

I took a deep breath and exhale "Haaaaaaahhhh" then I take a look at my special agent suit and it's all buttered up. Then raise my head and glare at the Althing with anger and sadness visible in my eyes. And says



"I'll take on the burden of my sins of killing innocent humans but for the sake of humanity's survival and the world. I'll stop you so no more humans will get controlled by you!

Even if it means DEATH!!"

I dashed at Althing and the mind controlled human and with unbelievable speed that will put the fastest man and animal to shame before the war with the Althing.

I slash the first human that is a child. It pains my heart to kill such an innocent child. But I cannot stop so I slashed, slashed!, slashed!!.....

Until there is no more of mind controlled humans.

I snort at something "Heh" 'The legendary aces more like the legendary murderers'

I tightened my hand to hold onto the hilt of my sword ( looks like a katana ) with a size of 120 cm. And equip my bloodlust that we got from Schmelman. But It has one downside to it the higher our count is and if we use it. The higher the chance we will go berserk and lose our sanity. And my count is 1,500,000 but with Schmelman's bloodlust it will be 3,000,000 I'll bet on my will to keep my sanity.



I activated it and I feel my emotions going off. And in my right the number 001 is because I was the first Ace to be created. Red lightning starts to burst out of my two eyes and in the blink of an eye. I vanished and the Althing stop it's movements to spot me but they can't. Because I'm moving so much faster than before.

Before The Althing knew what happened 100 of it's hands is gone and it's starts to panic...

And I keep slashing, slashing, slashing.....

I don't know how many hours I've been slashing it for or maybe days.....

I can feel my bones creaking and breaking every ten strikes I hit it.

But I still kept slashing it till I can't move no more....

Before I knew it The Althing starts retreating back to the ground bit by bit and as I fall to the ground kneeling. My bloodlust still isn't gone but I think of my little brother light who is sickly and we need money for his medication so the reason why I agreed to participate to be tested If I can be an ace so If I passed I can ask them to treat my younger brother. And surprisingly I passed and they heeded my request to give medication to light , I knew I had a talent in swordsmanship because I was a former champion in kendo when I was still a highschool.



I smiled at the memory of me and my little brother bonding, playing, talking, everything we've done together.

And before I knew it my bloodlust is gone...

But The Althing doesn't want to back down yet because I hurt it's pride so...

He shoots me a curse of immortality and petrification without me knowing it and grew a head then laughs a he said "HAHAHAHAHAH You, Ace of the Flashing strike will know pain!!!. You think you can escape from your sin's by dying like a hero. YOU!! NO ALL SEVEN OF YOU ARE JUST PLAIN MURDERERS'!!!. BE GRATEFUL YOU MADE ME BACKAWAY BUT REMEMBER THIS ILL CREATE SOMETHING MORE TERRIBLE THAN YOU COULD EVER THINK!!!

And then The Althing disappear like it was never there I didn't know what he said fully.

But I can hear one word that made me tremble with anger and sadness not for The Althing....

But for myself and the word is 'Murderer'.....

And like that I lost my consciousness without know that he inflicted a curse of immortality and petrification on me but before I lost my consciousness I saw a glimpse of my body turning into a stone. I don't know what stone it is because I quickly lost my consciousness. But I do know one thing I've been petrified.....
