7 Paths crossed

"Wait... Why am I going to Orario again? To get a job? To be an adventurer? I don't seek fame, power, glory, or any of that Hero Harem crap! I just died a few days ago... I'm not planning on dying again or even risking my life there... So why am I going there!? That place is where shit hits the fan! Even if I have the power of Archer I'm still... Weak." I silently said while looking at the ground beneath me.

I then ponder and ponder. `Why. Why. Why? WHY!? Why am I following that PATH!` I screamed within my thoughts. `Why am I soo drawn on going In going to that place!? I'm In a fantasy world for F*CK SAKE! Orario is not the only place in this world. Why do I even bother going to the most dangerous place (Arguably) in the world of Danmachi?` I questioned myself within my thoughts. Not knowing that I've been standing still looking at the ground for quite a while.

"All the time I've been here. Even if it has only been a day, I've been thinking of finding out where I am at, but. Now that I know where I am, why do I need to go to the place where I'll probably get dragged around by some God or Goddess." I said as I thought of the things I did when I got here.

"Damn, atleast in my past life all I needed to worry about was my grades, allowance, a thief, and lots of fake ass people." I said with an exaggerated sigh.

A few more minutes pass by as I stand in the middle of the road, absent-minded of what's going around me as I get deeper within my thoughts.

I then regained clarity within my mind, thus pulling me out within my deep thoughts.

"Hmm... Let's start with a plan for now. Going to Orario is a second objective that place is dangerous in my eyes. I did ask about the Freya familia and the Loki familia but all I got from the guard was cluelessness. which could mean two things, One. They both haven't descended from heaven, or Two. They have descended but are still staring up their familia." I thoughtfully said.

While I was formulating a plan for the days that will come by, a group of 5 people saw me standing in the middle of the road.

I then turned my head as I heard footsteps coming closer in my direction, I then saw a group comprised of 5 people looking at me with curiosity.

"Hey there, young lad. By any chance, do ya want to join my familia?" Said the short redhead.

A look of surprise came to the 4 people in the group, as they look at the redhead and me. The redhead came closer to me as if waiting for my answer.

I was dumbfounded at the words that came out of the short redheads mouth, that was now staring at me and waiting for my reply.

"Uh... Did I hear that correctly?" I asked the redhead.

"Ya sure heard that right, so. Ya wanna join my familia?" Replied the redhead.

"Um... It would really help if you introduce yourself first Ms. Goddess. I wouldn't want to get myself into a familia that I don't even know of." I said to her with a hint of nervousness in my tone of voice.

"Oh. Looks like I forgot about that, silly me Hehehe. *Cough* Ehm. You may call me Goddess Loki, young man." The redhead who introduced herself as Loki replayed with a smile.

`Oh boy... Looks like I just went and met the future powerhouse of the world, now that I look at the group behind Loki. I could see two Elf, a Dwarf, lastly a Pallum. They look so young! What time did I get transported to the universe of Danmachi?` I thought to myself as I think of an answer.

"Ehm. it's my turn then, I go by Rayvel Canis. As for my answer to your question about joining your familia, I'm sorry but trouble is something that I would very much avoid if possible. Such as fight monsters which your familia will do very often from the looks of it." I sincerely replied to the Goddess.

"Ehhh. Ya sure about that? But from your looks alone, ya look tough. if I may say so myself. I was expecting that you're more of a fighter from the way ya look. But I guess you can't judge a book by its cover." Said Loki while giving me a curious look.

"Uhm.. I'm really sorry again Goddess Loki. If that is all then I'm going to continue my travel to Orario." I replied apologetically to Loki.

But before I could make another step, a small blond pallum went closer to both Loki and I.

"Oh, so your also going to Orario?" Said the small blond Pallum.

"Uhm... Yes, I am. So you're also going to Orario Mr?" I replied questioningly.

"That's great then, and yes we're going there as well. You may call me Finn Deimne." Said the Pallum who introduced himself as Finn.

The elf that was standing on the sidelines made herself known to us by shouting.

"Why do we need to add more of this pigs in this stupid familia!?" The Elf shouted.

"If he doesn't want to join then can we move on now!? I don't want it to take longer like a certain Dwarf who made me sleeping in that uncomfortable bed for days just to get him to join this stupid familia." Said previous shouting Elf.

The Dwarf then retorted with it's own insults to the Elf which then led to the Pallum to somehow get involve to the verbal arguments.

`Oh damn. so they were like this back then huh? I guess everything starts somewhere after all.` I thought to myself as I watch the three argue.

without my notice Loki was looking at my direction with a smile as if to say. Your going to be part of my familia no matter what.
