Chapter 12: Level Up
Right now in the meeting room used by the executives Loki was updating Noctis's Falna as well as getting filled in by Noctis, Riveria, and Lefiya. They were explaining to Loki what just happened.
Loki did not really care about what happened too much as she had a big grin on here face looking at Noctis's Falna. Loki smiled "Well congratulations Noctis you just broke the record for Level 2."
Noctis smiled "How fast was I compared to the old record holder?"
Loki gave a wry smile "Well Ais did it barley within a year and you just did it in two and a half days. So that's a big jump."
Loki then sighed "Of course the next Denatus is tomorrow too so everyone is going to know what a little monster you are. I was going to have to report it to the guild anyways but there are now going to be a lot of eyes on you."
Noctis shrugged "I don't care what kind of eyes are on me. I just want to get stronger other things are a distraction."
Loki sighed "That might be true and while I'm okay with that. Based on what Riveria and Lefiya just told me we need to work on how you handle public displays. Also what do you want your nickname to be."
Noctis smiled he had been thinking about what his nickname should be for a long time. He really wanted to be called King but he knew that belong to Ottar for now. Noctis then said "Let's go with Blood Mage."
Loki smiled "Alright no problem anything for my new star child. Now why don't you go rest, oh and here is your stat sheet."
Noctis grabbed it "Thanks I'm going to head back to my room."
Noctis then left the meeting room and started to look over his stat sheet.

Description Inventory that stays frozen in time. Holds the size of a medium sized house.
Blood Magic 4/10
Description Can use the users blood as well as the blood of fallen enemies or allies. While using this magic it heals the user. Possibility that blood lust reaches max while using this could cause frenzy.
Hypnotic Eyes 5/10
Description Is able to make a person who's strength or level is lower or equal to the user obey his every command. Depends on the persons will as well.
Soul Search 10/10 Max
Description Can see the souls of any mortal or God being able to see their personality as well as how they feel in the moment.
Skills Kings Aura, Predictive Killing Intent, Swordsmanship, Unarmed Combat, Extreme Regeneration, Unending Resistance.
Kings Aura 4/10
Description Can not be willed to do anything. Follows his own heart. Can also inflict users own will as an attack.
Predictive Killing Intent 5/10
Description Can have future glances of moves with Killing intent towards the user.
Swordsmanship 1/10
Description A better understanding of the sword. Uses a sword more naturally then any other weapon. Allows for extra damage to be dealt.
Unarmed Combat 8/10
Description Gives a higher understanding of close quarters combat. Does increased damage with fists and kicks.
Extreme Regeneration 4/10
Description Able to regenerate wounds faster. With Blood added regeneration happens faster. At higher levels the possibility to regenerate limbs is also possible.
Unending Resistance 3/10
Description Somewhat resistant to all elements. Somewhat resistant to all types of damage. Immune to disease. Somewhat resistant to all poisons.
Back in the meeting room with Loki, Riveria, and Lefiya
Loki sat down "Lefiya leave too I need to talk with Riveria."
Loki watched as Lefiya left. Loki looked at Riveria "So what did you think?"
Riveria kept a neutral expression "I could not catch the beginning of the fight since you wanted me to keep my distance to make sure he did not notice. I was able to see him half way through his fight with the Infant Dragon and his full fight with the Black Wyvern."
Riveria then continued "His fighting style is actually flawless. Like he has fought for years. He definitely does not lack the training. He only lacks the strength and speed."
Loki narrowed her eyes "You seem hesitant though."
Riveria nodded "Well another way to put it is that his fighting style is brutal as well. It's very aggressive and when he fights he has this crazy grin on his face that only seems to get wider as the fight gets harder. It might be hard for him in a team setting."
Loki sighed "So he loves fights. Something tells me he will be more problematic then the other girl."
Riveria nodded "Where is she by the way."
Loki shrugged "She said she needed to train her ice magic and then she left Orario. How about one of my level fours leaving Orario to go train outside of the dungeon. What is going on with my Familia."
Riveria stayed stoic "Well at least she is not causing problems for us. Last time she was here she killed a group of adventurers for trying to get with her."
Loki put her hands on her face "Hopefully she won't be back for awhile. That way we can get Noctis to settle down a bit. They might be a terrifying combo to try and keep in line. But they are both worth a lot."
Riveria nodded "I will let Finn know and see what he thinks. I'm worried of Finn and Noctis disagreeing. Based on what I have seen today they appear to be opposites."
Loki pinched the bridge of her nose "Go do that. I have to get ready for the Denatus tomorrow."
Noctis however during this whole conversation was already asleep waiting for the next day.
When Noctis woke up he did what he always did and headed to the cafeteria for food. All the elves were staring at him again and Riveria came down to sit next to him.
Riveria kept a neutral face "Loki wanted me to tell you to not go into the dungeon until she comes back from the Denatus."
Noctis frowned a bit "Why?"
Riveria swallowed her food "Well because she wants to announce to our Familia how you are level two an officially say how you are apart of the advance group. Normally she would never do this for a level two but everyone should be okay with it considering the fact that you got to level two in two days."
At the Denatus
Loki was sitting down next to Hephaestus as all the Gods and Goddesses were either arguing or talking. Loki noticed Freya seemed annoyed as she usually did during the meetings. Ouranos then said "Everybody quiet."
Ouranos looked around to make sure everyone followed his lead "So Loki I believe you had an announcement to make."
Loki nodded "Yes. One of my new children has broken the record for fastest to level two."
To that statement many Gods and Goddesses either groaned or simply did not care. Ouranos kept a neutral face "So what's the new record."
Loki smiled "Two an a half days."
To this many Gods and Goddesses were shocked many saying it's not possible and the Loki was lying others saying how unfair it was that Loki has another prodigy. Only four people seemed to not care Hephaestus, Freya, Apollo, and Hermès.
Ouranos then yelled "Quiet!!!"
Ouranos then said "Obviously she would not lie about this. There is no reason to lie about it. Loki please inform the guild of the new record. So what is this adventurers name?"
Loki smiled "His name is Noctis no last name."
Ouranos "Okay now that's a good segway to start the new nicknames for the new level ups. Loki you may go first."
Loki nodded "His nickname will be Blood Mage."
Ouranos nodded "Does anyone wish to vote against this?"
No one dared to vote against Loki fearing a war game might be had for her new child's nickname.
Ouranos "Alright very well who else has leveled up?"
