13 HEHE, MAGIC GOES BRRRRRRRR!

Bell wasn't fully present when he walked out of the dungeon and through the streets of Orario back to the twilight manor. The fact that Bete FUCKING Loga said "Sorry" to him was so mindblowing, and unexpected, that it caused his mind to blue-screen.

Walking into the kitchen of the twilight manor, Bell took a bowl and got himself some already prepared soup from a large Pot on the stove. He had no idea who made it, but everyone in the kitchen took their portion out of it, so he figured it was okay if he did that too.

When he walked into the dining hall, he immediately heard Loki calling him.

"Bun Bun! Over here, come sit next to momma~!" No one looked at him, or Loki in a weird way, everyone was already accustomed to the goddess quirks and *interesting* personality. Bell shrugged and walked up to the table and sat beside Loki, who Immediately cuddled up to him. "This one is Your new brother, make sure to treat him nicely." The goddess said and snuggled back to Bell side. And while it did make him slightly uncomfortable...a freaking goddess is snuggling to him! Who the hell would reject such a thing!?

Huh, what's that? She has no boobs, and acts like a boy?

... I fail to see the problem!

And besides, while she may have a flat chest, you cannot deny one thing... Her ass is out of this world! *Chefs kiss*

"Nice to meet you, I'm Finn, captain of the Loki familia" the Pallum (this world version of a hobbit) said from his seat across Bell and extended his arm that the boy shook without hesitation.

"Bell Cranel, a rookie spell caster."

"A mage, huh. That's rare for Humans." Finn stated the obvious. "I take that you study magic in our library?" Loki grinned and spoke before Bell had the chance to respond.

"Nope! Your little brother is amazing, he is already able to cast spells that can damage 6th-floor monsters! ...or at least that's what Riveria said."

Finn eyes widen at this. His gaze focused on the boy, who at this moment was becoming more, and more tense as he felt the hands of the Goddess travel to the places that had never been touched by anyone other than himself. Finn didn't pay much attention to that, it was a normal sight at this point. No, Finn instead stared in quiet shock as he double-checked, triple-checked, quadruple-checked if Bell, was, in fact, as young as he looked.

Could a boy so young truly possess enough knowledge about magic formulas and comprehension of magic spells to deal damage to 6th-floor monsters? ...that was...incredibly impressive!

Finn saw Loki stop molesting the Bunny-like boy and heard her click her tongue in irritation before she disappeared like she was never there. Much to Bell relief, may I add.

I retract my previous statement, cuddling up to a goddess has suddenly stopped being appealing...except for some of you freaks out there that like to be molested, am right ya'fucking degenerates?

"I'm afraid that you will have either physically stop her, or let her have what she wants. There doesn't seem to be any other way besides those two options." Finn smiled with a comedic sweat drop on his face.

"I don't know how to feel about hitting her, but letting her have her way with me is also..." seeing the complicated feelings Bell had about their goddess affection toward him, Finn changed the subject.

"Well, never mind that for now." the pallum said and swallowed a spoonful of his soup before continuing speaking. "But, is what Loki said the truth? I mean no offense, but it's hard to believe someone so young can be already a mage ready for combat."

"Oh, yes, it's true. I have already been to the dungeon twice, but the deepest I've been is the 4th floor" Bell ate a spoonful of soup himself before speaking again. "I'm actually wondering if I should go to the guild and get the permission of my dungeon advisor to go into the deeper levels. With my summoning magic, I can practically make my own party, and recently I figured out some spell that one-shots the 4th-floor monsters." the {Fire Bolt} + Rasengan is OP, but if those two can mix, then why wouldn't another spell mix too?

Holy shit, would the {Thunder Lance} or {Thunder Arrow} combined with a Rasengan create a Chidori projectile?! Kakashi did say that he created the Chidori when he tried to add the lightning element to the Rasengan...so there is a possibility...

"I'm planning to test some new spells out in the training area after the meal, actually. Make sure to check if I'm able to cast them properly, and see which one will fail, and which one will succeed."

Finn smiled and nodded in satisfaction at Bell words. Not many rookies would be as careful as him...actually, almost none of them would now that he thinks about it.

"Would you mind if I can come too? I want to see how powerful your spells are if it's not a problem." He was curious, and he had been given a chance to witness the new addition to the familia in action (sorta), so he would be a fool to let this opportunity pass.

"Not at all, let's finish eating and go." Finn nodded at Bell and both of them started to eat their bowl of soup.

They both took their time, and Finn even encouraged Bell to share his experiences with the dungeon and what he thinks of it so far. Bell said everything, except the fact on how he chose to farm the points for his defense stat...it was too embarrassing to tell.

When they finally finished and moved to the training field, Bell positioned himself in front of the dummies and stretched out his hand. Much to Finn confusion.

"Aren't you gonna use your staff?" the Pallum asked as he shot a quick glance at the magic staff strapped to Bell back. Bell himself let out a chuckle at the comment and sweatdropped a little when he felt the staff on his back let out a pulse that seemed to radiate dissatisfaction.

"I would like to, but one of the spells that I use to empower the other is something that is created above my palm..." The boy said and scratched the side of his head.

"You can't create it on the tip of your magic conductor?"

The question made Bell freeze. Could he? This entire time, Bell operated with the Image of Naruto always making the Rasengan on his hand, but that doesn't need to apply to him, right? After all, he doesn't use chakra, his mind mana is far more flexible! And the staff on his back is supposed to Chanel magic with ease, just like any other magic focus point.

Reaching back, Bell fingers grasped the wooden staff, which seemed to appreciate its owner touch. 'Is it sentient?' Bell briefly wondered.

Taking a couple deep breaths to calm himself, Bell concentrated and started to create the Rasengan step by step, with the only exception being that he did it on the tip of his staff and not the palm of his hand.

It was done, and it wasn't even that hard, to begin with. "I feel stupid." those words caused Finn to chuckle, making Bell feel slightly embarrassed, but he quickly pushed those feeling to the back of his mind and pointed the staff at the target.

"{Frost}" a wave of cold energy shot out from the tip of the stuff and through the spiraling sphere, causing it to become unstable and explode forward in a violent explosion that caused the floor to freeze. However, it didn't reach the wooden dummy that was 10 feet away.

"it seems like this one is a short-ranged spell," Finn commented and saw a confused Bell. "Bell? Something wrong?"

"No, it's just... {Fire Bolt}" another Rasengan was created, but this time it remained in its spherical form, and shot forward as a normal Fire Bolt would. The result was the same as last time, on the impact the spell exploded into an inferno of spiraling flames.

Finn let out a whistle when he saw that.

"I don't get it, why did the one combined with the {frost} become unstable?" The boy murmured but was still heard by the Pallum.

"Can you cast a regular {frost} spell? I think I have a theory"

Bell obeyed and used the regular {frost} spell, causing a ray of cold energy to shoot out and hit one of the random dummies in the arena, rapidly encasing it in ice.

"

I think that's because your {Fire Bolt} spell already has a somewhat spherical shape since it's just a downgraded version of a {Fire Ball}, so it has no problem fusing with your other spell that's also a sphere." The Pallum theorized and made Bell think about such possibility. If that's true, then most of his spells would not combine well with the Rasengan.

Or would they?

Bell the crazy magic scientist shall make his debut tonight!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"And that's why half of the training ground is burned, frozen, electrified, and melted at the same time." the pallum concluded his explanation. Bell meanwhile was looking down and finding the floor very interesting as he felt Riveria glare at him.

'Hmm, yes the floor here is made out of floor.'

Loki was laughing somewhere in the background.

"Sorry" the boy muttered, but it did nothing to ease the elven princess glare.

Finn did the smart thing and walked out of there while sending a quick prayer for Bell.

A sigh escaped the high elf lips. "It's too late to deal with this, just go to your room. We will talk about this tomorrow." She said with a defeated tone as she hid her face behind her hand in a tired manner.

Bell didn't need to be told twice, he skedaddled out of there as quickly as possible, right into his room where Loki was already waiting.

"Lose the shirt Bun Bun, time to see your stats." Loki said with her signature smirk present on her face.

Bell just wanted to get this over with and go to sleep, so he took out his shirt and crashed on his bed. Soon after, his goddess made herself comfortable on his back by sitting on it. Bell felt the now familiar feeling of her blood dropping on his back and reacting to the Falna written on it.

"What the hell! Were ya' hit by a boulder there or something!?" When he heard that, Bell smiled. Letting himself be stabbed and beat up multiple times was worth it after all. Thus, he fell asleep with a satisfied smile on his face.

"Bell? Oi, Bun Bun, are ya' there?" leaning forward to have a better look, Loki saw that her child was fast asleep. She just sighed and copied his stats on an empty piece of paper. He will see them tomorrow.

"Seriously, tho, what happened in the dungeon?" she couldn't help but ask.

============

yeeee, another chapter!

imma tell you right now, I'm not gonna make Bell go into the dungeon for a few chapters, instead putting my focus on exploring Orario and interacting with the many colorful characters from the original story!

Oh, and I will also introduce a "someone new."

btw. Help me choose.

Adorable red hooded reaper. (some of you will recognize her.)

or

white hooded woman that has eldritch shadow powers combined with sci-fi technology. (I doubt any of you will recognize her at all.)
