95 Chapter 95 – Victory 01.

When the last echo of the explosions fades and the dust begins to settle, what remains of the castle is little more than ruins. The last opponents are defeated, buried in rubble.
Lucius, now alone on the battlefield with only the sound of the wind among the ruins, lands gently among the ruins. He looks around, seeing the result of his solitary war. He knows that he has demonstrated something that will change his life in relation to the inhabitants of the city, even though his life was already quite busy in Orario. But now the war is over, and Lucius emerged victorious, showcasing magics that would make everyone question how it was possible for him to do this at level 3. He had no more reason to hide his power, so he was satisfied with the outcome of his destructive power and new magics.
As everyone admired the scene of Lucius landing victoriously on the battlefield, the man beside Ganesha with the microphone exploded. "The... The victory goes to the Hestia Family!!!" The narrator of the Ganesh family shouts seeing that there was no one else to fight against Lucius and the king of the siege, Loras level 4 of the Heimdall family, was also defeated and was buried under rubble somewhere in those ruins.
"What an exciting ending, inhabitants of Orario! The Hestia family emerged victorious at the end of the combat, and all this is the result of one man appearing at the last moment to protect his family!"
The atmosphere became electric at that moment throughout the city, with all eyes turned to the magic screens that show the conclusion of the devastating battle with an ending that many considered impossible. In taverns, on the streets, and in homes, people are gathered, discussing among themselves with a mix of admiration, fear, and speculation about everything they witnessed.
In Mama Mia's Tavern, a group of regular customers, normally noisy and lively, is silent, watching the dust settle on the battlefield.
"He really did it," murmurs a man, his drink forgotten. "He defeated them all."
"Did you see that last explosion?! How does he have so much power?" Another spoke, "Didn't you see him gather that light before the attack, it seems to be an ability that reinforced his magic!" A fourth exclaimed.
Mama Mia, watching from the counter, nods her head, her expression solemn. "That boy, Lucius, made history today. They really won when the odds seemed so low, Orario will remember this day for a long time."
"Lucius won-Nyahh!"
"You saw-Nyahh."
"Where's Ryuu, hope she didn't get caught by the explosion too..."
"HEEEEEE!!!!" Riekling jumped for joy on the side of the counter with the war finalized and his master summoner winning it brutally.
In the streets, citizens gather, discussing what they just witnessed and asking how Lucius did all that to other adventurers, but no one really knew how Lucius had such power.
Meanwhile, a group of young adventurers discusses animatedly, each one expressing admiration and aspiration.
"Did you see that? Who wouldn't want to have powers like his?" asks one, eyes shining. "One day, maybe we can be as strong as him," dreams another, the idea of such power clearly enchanting him.
"Yes, if we are that strong, we will be famous and reach much deeper dungeon floors." Exclaimed a third.
"This Lucius... he's so handsome..." Exclaimed an adventurer from the group with a dreamy look while looking at the screen where Lucius was at that moment with his cloak fluttering in the wind.
In the quarters of the Loki Family, The main team watches in silence until Tiona easily breaks it.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It was so much fun! Lucius is so cool!" She exclaimed excitedly.
"The kid did really well, he's really much more powerful than the last time he was here." Gareth comments with a thoughtful look.
"..." Aiz doesn't say anything, but her eyes tremble with the final result of the war between the two families.
"So strong..." Lefiya commented, still stunned.
Finn is speaking, his voice serious and thoughtful. "The power structure among the families will undergo some change after this day. We need to be ready for the changes that will come. Orario will undergo some changes." The others listened to their captain and nodded.
As for where the gods were, everything was in uproar.
Hestia is jumping for joy, "Did you see? Did you see?" she exclaims, proud and amazed with the end of the war like a joyful loly.
"Damn Chibi! You got such a powerful diamond!" Loki shouted at Hestia with some envy. "But I still won't hand over mama to him, and they still snuck out without me knowing to the dungeon!" She exclaimed the last part, remembering the scandal she made when she found out that Riveria and Lucius went together to the dungeon to face the monster rex of the water capital.
Apollo, on the other hand, appears dejected, a rare glimpse of doubt in his eyes. "How is this possible?" he wonders, his confidence shaken. Heimdall beside him seems grim and incredulous, sharing the somber mood. Throughout Orario, the battle may have ended, but the conversation is just beginning. People talk about Lucius, about what he did, and what it means for their future and the city after this day. Some people are excited, others fearful, but all recognize that what happened today will not be forgotten. Lucius, with his overwhelming victory, has entered the history of Orario.
Apollo and Heimdall continue to be visibly shaken, their normally confident stance changed as soon as Lucius gave his demonstration of power. They exchange worried looks, knowing that the consequences of this battle go beyond the physical field and enter the realm of the gods.
Apollo, trying to regain some control over the situation, turns to Hestia, his voice trembling slightly with nervousness. "Hestia, you must understand, this was just a play between our families. A tradition of Orario, nothing more."
Heimdall, equally nervous, nods in agreement. "Yes, yes. There's no need to take this further. It was a friendly competition, that's all."
But Hestia, with eyes shining with rage and determination, shows no signs of agreeing. "Play?!" she exclaims, her voice resonating with a force rarely seen. "You put my people in danger, threatened their lives for a game, and openly attacked us! This went too far!"
With a dramatic gesture, she points her finger at them, her decision clear and firm. "As my right of conquest, I demand everything that belongs to your families as compensation. And more, both families must be banished from Orario! You abused your power and endangered the safety of my children."
Apollo and Heimdall, now visibly desperate, begin to protest. "Hestia, be reasonable!" pleads Apollo. "You can't just demand this from us."
Heimdall, his voice laden with a mix of anger and fear, joins in. "Banished? This is absurd. We are gods! You can't do this to us."
But Hestia, with the support of the other gods and goddesses who witnessed the battle and its consequences, stands her ground. "I can, and I will. You were irresponsible, and now you must face the consequences. Orario is not a playground for your games and whims."
All the gods listening, still quite surprised by the unexpected outcome, agree with Hestia's right; she won the game, she has the right to it as Apollo and Heimdall gave their conditions.
The revelation leaves both nervous and shaken, but unable to do anything against it, they can only nod in despair.
"Congratulations Hestia, it was a great victory!" Demeter approached to congratulate Hestia.
"Well... Thank you..." Hestia spoke awkwardly with the attention she was receiving now, many gods came to congratulate her.
"Hestia!! Set up a meeting between me and Lucius, he was so cool!" Aphrodite joined the conversation.
"Get out of here, Aphrodite, you won't touch my son!" Hestia immediately shouted at her.
On the field where the war game took place, Bell and the others emerged from outside the castle; they had fled before the impact, but even so, as soon as Lucius's magic hit the place, the force of the impact still caught Lili, Mikoto, and Welf, throwing them away at that moment.
"Are you all okay?" Ryuu asks still under her mask.
"Yes, what an explosion..." Welf comments.
"Mr. Lucius overdid it, as usual..." Lili commented.
"..." Mikoto and Bell remained silent at that moment and looked at the damage that Lucius caused.
"He really overdid it!" Welf had to agree with that, seeing the scene of destruction in front of him.
"Wow, I never thought I'd see the day when Lucius would cause such destruction..." Bell finally spoke, his voice filled with a mix of admiration and concern.
"Lili, Mikoto, are you injured?" Ryuu asked, approaching to offer help.
"I'm fine, thank you, Ryuu-Dono..." Mikoto replied, still a bit dazed with everything that happened.
"I... I think I'm okay. Just a bit dizzy," Lili said, trying to stand up with Welf's help.
"This Lucius... he's not human," Welf murmured, looking towards the horizon where the castle once stood, now only ruins and dust.
"Let's go, we need to see if he's okay." Bell said and proceeded back towards the now ruined castle, and everyone followed behind.
