A rather short chapter as I am focusing more on the shop, hoping to hear some suggestions. This fanfic is not intended to encompass all existing spells but rather to choose a path with a few selected ones. I like the story having choices about others.
Lucius POV
Dungeon, Eighteenth Floor.
Returning to Rivira (Author: Damn name, sometimes I write Riveria, vice versa, and even combine the two names...), I sighed as my companions helped me, surrounding me as we entered the city floor of Rivira.
"I still can't believe you pulled it off!" said Welf, looking at me and studying me.
"Yeah, sometimes I can't believe it either." I said, looking at the hilt of my sword; the blade had already been broken and disintegrated a bit after the fight.
I was walking better but still with a bit of difficulty, limping.
"Always knew Lord Lucius was strong, but I'm surprised too!" said Bell.
"Am I the only one who finds it strange that he just shows up every time we're in danger..." Lili murmured beside me.
"Heeee." Riekling exclaimed.
"Well, isn't it Argonaut?" said a new voice as we passed through the forest.
"It is, looks like he's battered for getting here! Huh? Look, that tough guy is with them too!" said another voice; none of the group was well, except for Riekling, so it wasn't a big surprise that people thought we had been through tough times.
'Tough guy? Are they talking about me?' I thought as I looked at who said that. When we looked at the origin of the voice, we found the two high-level Loki familia amazons, and Aiz was with them as well, as always, expressionless.
"You guys coming back from the eighteenth floor?? Tell me Goliath is reborn!" said one of them, Tiona, excited at the idea of fighting the Boss of the seventeenth floor.
"Unfortunately for you, this guy got there first!" Welf pointed at me.
"Huh? What do you mean?" asked another amazon, Tione.
"They're saying we already beat Goliath; he was reborn as soon as we passed through the room, but we eliminated him to move forward." I said quickly, not wanting attention about a level one defeating a monster that should be stopped by an entire raid group or at least a level 4 solo.
Bell smiled nervously, especially since Aiz was here, and when he was about to say something to correct me, I nudged him to stay silent. Lili was the smartest and stayed quiet, understanding the situation.
"YOU GUYS!? You killed Goliath?" said Tiona, known as the most talkative of them.
"Long story, but here's the proof!" I showed the boss's crystal, and they were dumbfounded, even Aiz, who was now looking at Bell.
'They really think we can't handle this?' I wondered. "Now we have to go, I just want to get some sleep!!" I exclaimed. Not that I still harbored anger against Aiz, but I didn't want to get too involved and was quite exhausted. After that, we left the girls behind, still bewildered. I knew that, in the original, they and their familia would defeat Goliath when they returned to the surface, but I am in this world now, and Bell and his colleagues don't need to resort to the help of the Loki familia.
Finally entering the same inn I stayed in the last few days, mainly because I still had things in it, I stayed with Welf in one room, and Lili and Bell in another they rented, as there were no rooms with more than two beds. When I finally lay down on the bed alone with Riekling, I looked at my mission system first to see my results.

I looked at the screen and couldn't help but feel very satisfied with my results! To start, I gained a significant hidden bonus for killing Goliath at level 01! Unexpected but very welcome. And most importantly, I can move on to level 2 now with a new option! However, it's still not enough for an Upgrade for me; I have about two days before Hestia arrives with Hermes, Ryuu, Asfi, Mikoto, and others. Wishing to evolve a bit more, I ended my thoughts as I closed my eyes and relaxed to sleep.
I slept like I never did before, with a very satisfying smile. The next day, I found only Lili in the hotel, while Bell and Welf went to explore the place. I told the little Pallum that we would stay a few more days here and told them to enjoy themselves. I'm not the head of the familia, and I don't even care about that; I'm a lone wolf for now, but they seemed to follow my suggestions before going to the surface. I wanted to see the fight against the mutant Goliath, which will happen soon. But Lili is a bit different; she questioned why stay a few more days and said something big was going to happen, that she had this feeling. In doubt, I said it was 'my spider sense,' just to mess with her, and she asked if that was a new ability that could be acquired, but I said no, it was a special and unique power of mine, unfortunately.
After saying I would go to the nineteenth floor while they could do whatever they wanted during that time, I took Riekling and went to the city to buy a new sword and return to the floor below and us. So, I spent 15 hours on this floor killing everything I could and returned to Rivira, which was already night at that moment.
At night, I ate with them. Bell was already heading to the Loki familia camp. They managed to make friends with the group of girls there, and they were impressed that he broke Aiz's level-up record from one to two, which he managed to do in just a year, when they found out. They asked me why I went to kill monsters on the lower floor, and I said I was almost leveling up; just needed a little now, and that surprised them too, even though in their heads, I'm already at the limit of level one.
The next day, I did the same thing. I killed, killed, and killed. No group of adventurers bothered me again while fighting on the nineteenth floor. Finally arriving at the hotel, I took a shower and ate. After lying in bed, I reviewed my Status, ready to evolve this time.
