Second Young Master

The sky had already shown it's dark color as the moon stood in the sky, glowing faintly while the stars refused to come out.

"Second Young Master....Old Sir is calling" Butler Yu said as he handed the phone to Qin Yichen who was standing in front of the labor room. His beautiful and mysterious eyes did not leave the door of the labor room. So many things were going through is mind at that moment.

"Grandfather" Qin Yichen answered.

"At least something was able to come out from this. When will you be coming back?" the old man asked.

"As soon as she give birth" Qin Yichen answered.

"Good. I'll be waiting for you" the old man said as he hung up.

Qin Yichen passed the phone back to Butler Yu. He looked towards the labor room as guilt overwhelmed him. Her screams were like arrows plunged into his heart. He closed his eyes and said in his heart

"Xiaoya... I'm so sorry"

Meanwhile, in the labor room, beads of sweats were already on Lu Xiaoya's head as she used all her strength to push.

"Good... you're doing very well Mrs Xi...just keep pushing" one of the female doctor said. Lu Xiaoya did as the doctor said.

The first baby came out, followed by the second one, then the third. As the babies were coming out, they were wrapped in a cloth before the nurses took them out.

Qin Yichen saw the nurses holding the babies as they walked towards him.

The nurses gave the babies to the other nurses who were brought to the hospital by the Qin family. Qin Yichen carried one of the babies.

"Congratulations Second Young Master" Butler Yu said with a smile.

"Second Young Master... the helicopter is ready, we should go" Butler Yu said.

Qin Yichen gave the baby back to the nurse. He looked at the labor room one last time before leaving.

In the labor room, the doctor and the nurses were a bit surprised. Lu Xiaoya was still in labor.

"I thought the ultrasound scan showed that it was three babies?" one of the female doctor asked

"Where is the Second Young Master?" the doctor asked.

"He just left" one of the nurses replied.

"What do we do?" the other female doctor asked as they both looked at Lu Xiaoya who was in pain.

Lu Xiaoya didn't understand what was going on. The doctors kept saying 'Second Young Master' over and over again. Who was he?

"Doctor...please I want to see my husband" Lu Xiaoya begged.

"Don't worry. He's outside. He's waiting for you. You have to push this last baby out" The doctor replied.

Lu Xiaoya didn't say anything else. She wanted everything to be over quickly so that she can see her children.

As she gave her final push, the last baby came out. Lu Xiaoya heard the cry of her baby and smiled. She closed her eyes before taking a deep breath. She was tired.
