The Beginning

"Mandy, make preparations. I am in the States."Gemma said through the receiver when the call connected.

"United States of America?Z are you insane? That will be uncovering your identities." The receiver yelled.

"Mandy." Gemma Ashton started slowly as she sucked her lollipop. "I am here on a mission! I need to dig out that organisation as soon as possible!"

"You wanna go on this stupid mission ! What the hell is wrong with you Z?"

"You understand this more than anyone else,Mandy this organisation has been a dread over 50 years now! It took our parents lives!It's time to stop it! Or should it continue its menace till the whole world dies?And besides cracking the case,I still have other things to check out on that organisation." Zero reasoned with her receiver.

"It shouldn't but not at the expense of your life Z, I still need you.Zero can you be rational and forget about that mission? How many heads had the American Soldiers lost to that organisation? Uncountable. Not to talk about you,Z. You're a hacker not a solider. There are still many cases yet to be cracked,the world still need you to crack them! Besides the FBI criminal psychologist Jeremy Campbell is still on the lookout for you. You can't just..."

Mandy looked at the phone. Zero had disconnected the call.

This was one thing about Zero, nothing could change her mind once she had set it on something....

Meanwhile, Gemma Ashton was taken aback. She vividly remember when he had almost caught her here in Fourth Street,New York. She couldn't let him find her. Hidden memories should forever remain mystery.

"It has been 3 months now since the First Sacrificial Maiden happened and Z is yet to take action,Mr Campbell I think something was wrong with your prediction."

"Stop buzzing in my ears criminal psychologist Zach. You can carry on with the investigation if you aren't okay with my speed." Jeremy snorted sarcastically before walking away.

"Why is he playing with this. Z is a criminal who ought to be arrested and this Sacrificial Maiden saga is getting out of control. Besides why should he be an expert psychologist! He's just 17!" Zach complained to no one in particular. He had personally flown from Britain to US because of this case and wasn't happy about how the FBI handled the investigation.

Jeremy sat in his car and scrolled through the latest news about Zero which his subordinate had sent him.

"Still no news about you?Z what are you planning this time." He muttered as his driver slowly left the FBI premises.

"Madam Mu! I've finally found Young Master." Guang,the family Butler bowed respectfully.

"You mean Xander?" Camilla asked in excitement.

"Yes Madam. He's at the City Hospital. He got beaten up again." Butler Guang said as he stood erect by her side. Mu Camilla heaved. Her Xander always get beaten because people thinks he's gay.

"Let's go to the hospital." She said "I need to see him."The drive from the Mu Mansion to the hospital took 30 minutes.

"Baby Xan." Madam Mu encircled Gemma in a warm embrace. Words couldn't describe how she felt. Butler Guang couldn't find Gemma for a week and her blood pressure had risen.

"Mother." Gemma Ashton nestled into her mother's embrace. The warmth was spreading all over. This is the first she's experiencing mother's love. She had been a loner shut off from the world but now,she had someone to cling to.

Guang was shocked! His Young Master would never allow his Mum to touch him not to talk about embracing him. He was even more shocked with the turning events.

"Who's he mother?" Gemma asked pointing at Guang.

"Guang, your Butler."

"Ahh! Butler Guang pardon me for my quack memory." She apologized. Guang was taken aback. "Did his Young Master just apologized to him?"He thought as he flashed a glance at Gemma who returned it with a smile.

"𝘈𝘩𝘩! 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘭. 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳! 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘣𝘰𝘺𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘴. "

"Oops!"Little Guang slapped himself hard when realised what he was thinking. Saying this aloud will only fuel his Young Master's gay desires!

But Gemma was no fool. She knew what he was thinking on seeing the rosy cheeks. She waited until they got home after her discharge. Her tired mother went upstairs immediately and Butler Guang was about to attend to other matters when Bo Jiu pinned him on the wall.

"Are you perhaps, smitten by my handsomeness?" Gemma asked smiling. Her beautiful canines made her looks even more ravishing.Her scattered hair shielded the both of them from the look of any outsider. Little Guang was indeed smitten.

"How about being my boiffy ?" Bo Jiu low sexy voice droned into Guang's ear.

"𝘍*𝘤𝘬, Xander! 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴! 𝘐'𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘳! "Butler Guang cried in his mind. Before he could spell Jack Robinson, Gemma's lips were just some few inches away from his. He immediately escaped from her grip.

" Young Master Alexander! Don't try seducing me like that anymore. I am as straight as a stick. "Guang said trying to erase the memory of his master nearly kissing him.

" You're sure? Then don't blush anymore. It may tempt me to do something more than a kiss. "J

Gemma said inching closer.

"Anyways, that was just a tease. You're too short for my liking with no abs. I prefer guys like Brother Jeremy. "

"Young Master! You have a vicious mouth. What if I am really gay?! You could weaken my sex drive."Guang complained bitterly.

" To be honest, Little Guang, you wouldn't get a girlfriend with this petite stature of yours. " Gemma replied laughing. Butler Guang realised that arguing with her will be his loss, so he decided to educate her.

" Young Master, I advise you to stop chasing Jeremy Orsino." He warned seriously.

"Why? "Gemma asked eying him.

"First" Her butler began "as the only heir to Admiral Orsino, he can't be gay." "Secondly, even if he is gay, he can't choose you, he is heavens away loftier than you and lastly the Orsinos can never agree to your relationship! Jeremy may even k!ll you if you persist him too much."

"Then I must get killed. Go get my uniform." Gemma ordered sternly.

"Excuse me? " Guang wanted to ascertain if he had heard wrong. When did his nouveau riche Young Master started loving school? And any day he felt like going to school, he never wore his uniform, it was always branded wears.

"Can't I go to school any longer? " Gemma asked as she played with her lollipop.

" Is just... Is just that you don't like wearing your uniform." Guang stuttered.

Gemma smiled. "For the last time Little Guang, send my uniform to my room. "Jiu said smiling like an evil maniac who had caught a prey.

" Alright! Alright! " Butler Guang didn't hesitate any longer. He sent his well ironed uniform to his room. Gemma had a cool bath and tied a new set of bandages around her chest. When she was satisfied with the result, she wore her uniform. She left the last two upper buttons open revealing her white clean top. She styled her hair backwards and wore a glittering diamond stud on her right ear. She slung her bag across her shoulders and walked out with every coolness. Guang was taken aback. He didn't know his Young Master could be this dashing.

"Are you getting mesmerised again?" She asked winking at him.

"Ahh! Me? No!" Guang denied at once. Gemma laughed displaying her canines.

"Any skateboard available?"

"Young Master!" Guang laughed"you don't know how to skate! What do you need a skateboard for?"

Gemma frowned. "Servants shouldn't question their master. Get me a skateboard if there's one!"

"𝘔𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭. 𝘐𝘴 𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘳 Xander? "Guang muttered as he turned to look at Gemma. It was really Gemma, the hair, eyes and height were Xander's! So what's wrong?

" 𝘐𝘵'𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦. Xander 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥. " Hid mind told him as he went to fetch his own skateboard.

"Here you go. "He handed his favorite skateboard to Gemma.

" Thanks! " Gemma said collecting the board. Guang's ears stung. His master just thanked him. Did the sun rise from the west today??

"A high capacity computer, laptop and phone will be delivered by 4pm.Do well to collect them . " Gemma instructed as she placed a foot on the skateboard and skated away! Guang was amazed! When did his young master learn to skate?? He ran outside the busy street to see if he had fallen but the diminishing figure skated along the busy road dodging cars and trailers.

Guang slowly walked back to the house. His Young Master had ordered for a high capacity computer system and a laptop too. Phone aside, his master had never touched a computer before, so why did he order for one? Or did he have a skill he didn't know about? In any case, he called Mu Camilla to tell her about these changes.

Meanwhile, 12pm had long passed when Gemma arrived at school. As the gate was locked, Gemma had no other option than to climb the school wall. She entered with a thud and mingled with other students satisfied that no one saw her. But at the 3rd storey of a classroom block, a young man's fist tightened.

Zero couldn't be at Illyria High right?
