Albeit this I have a small stockpile of chapters in a document and hope to finish this book instead of stopping half way through. ===============================================

4th Chapter

------The Next Morning-----------

When I woke up I put on the clothes I had on last night because from what I saw in the map is that we don't have access to a laundry machine at all so I'll have to use just this pair of clothing for now on. After getting dressed I walk out of my room to hear a huge commotion of people screaming and people scared hiding in corners. Confused, I walked over to Kirigiri and asked "What happened here?" in which she replied to me with "Sayaka was murdered by someone here."

'Oh well isn't that interesting, I thought she was the one going to kill someone. How the turned tables have turned.' I thought to myself. I then ask her "Where is the body at?" She gives me a suspicious look before saying "You seem awfully too calm for something as big as murder much less the one who killed her is amoung us." I just ask her once again, becoming a little irritated "Are you going to answer my question or what?"

She then answers and says Sayaka's body is in Makoto's room." Instantly when she said that I remembered back when Sayaka asked if we could switch rooms. She said that she was afraid yet still was trying to switch rooms with someone else after hearing me decline her so she was obviously desperate in more than one way. The first being that she was scared and wanted to go home, second is that she wanted to go home, and third is that she wanted to go home because he was scared.

If I'm correct about this Sayaka was probably going to try and kill me that day. The reason for this hypothesis being that if she really was desperate to go home then the only way to go home was to kill someone. So she was going to try and put the blame on Makoto since she was in his room when he died. In a sense she could have just killed Makoto right when she was about to switch rooms with him and bring him into his own room and set the crime as if someone broke into his room and killed him during the night.

Or she could have lured someone to Makoto's room and killed them and make it look like Makoto killed him or her by switching the tags on our rooms. Most likely if she was going to carry out that plan then if her plan failed it would end up in her death. So that's what probably happened during the killing. So now all I need to find are clues to backup my hypothesis and to figure out who the actual murderer is.

In Makoto's room I could see slash marks over the walls and that the lock was tinkered with and the actual door knob was broken, barely hanging on the door. Continuing my look I see Makoto crying in the corner of the room saying that he didn't kill her and that she was his friend, I think to myself 'Oh I know for a fact it's not you because Miss Sayaka here was trying to either kill you or push the blame of her killing onto you.'

After assessing the room I go and look at where Miss Sayaka's dead body is located which is apparently in the bathroom. After looking at the body and the bathroom I could tell that the murder weapon was a kitchen knife or some short sword. So far the notes Ive taken in my notebook of this murder is:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sayaka's Murder

Murder Weapon- Sword or Kitchen Knife

Room Condition- Slash marks all over the room. Doorknob is smashed. Lock was tinkered with, most likely with the tool set we have been given in our draws. There is also weird writing on the walls, most likely she was trying to write something out on the wall but was too tired and exhausted to do so.

Body Condition- Was stabbed with either a sword or knife multiple times most likely in a fit of rage of some sort.

Suspects: Celestial, reason being she's been way too quiet. Sakara, reason being she is the only one I would guess to break a door knob.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Keep in mind this is 'So far' not my final notes. There could be someone who I don't suspect but could be the murderer. After our one hour investigation was over Monokuma announced over the loudspeaker "Hello Students your one hour investigation is over. Now your one hour free time will start. After that one hour is up all students will attend court."

After hearing the news everyone went to the cafeteria. When everyone arrived there were a few people in silence trying to process what happened and another bunch of people calm and processing the situation and trying to find clues. I started to approach Celestial as to confront her in some way, even if she's not the murderer it would be fine as I'm not accusing her. I'm more telling her that she's the murderer.

Next to her I whisper in her ear "I know you killed him." If she would react in any way to discomfort then she's either the murderer or is an accomplice, although I doubt that someone as smart as her would do such a lazy job. She responds to my statement without a hint of doubt in her voice "I'm not the murderer. But it seems suspicious that you would accuse someone so fast and have no evidence to back it up."

I said to her "How would you know that I have no evidence that you're the murderer. Maybe you're so confident in your skills that you thought that I couldn't find anything against you." Sure this might be a bluff but still you can never go wrong with a bluff. "I know you're bluffing. It's easy to tell mostly because I've been exposed to multiple different bluffs during my gambling career. You're quite interesting. Do you still want to continue this conversation because it's going nowhere?" Ah- guess she isn't the murderer but still I would like to continue talking to her another time. "I'll stop here for today but I would like to converse with you once more if that is alright with you?"

She says calmly with her eyes closed "I would enjoy that."
