Plans for a Date

"'…. So why the hell did you come to me about this? You already know I'm not interested romance at all, I know I'm terrible at answering these questions.'" Saiki said as we were both playing some Street Fighter with each other.

"Because your the only kinda normal guy friend I got, the other is a perverted chef and the other only thinks about improving his strength, and both of them are in her class so there's no way to ask, well there is a Yakuza guy, a Mechanic and a rather normal guy who are also my friends but the mechanic is a stalker, Yakuza guy is in love with his bodyguard who thinks she's nothing but a tool to protect and kill for him and as for the only other normal friend, well he's dating a gamer girl and doesn't really know Mikan that well so I didn't think to ask him." I say while basically trash talking my friends behind their backs.

"ACHOOO!!!" (x5)

'Is someone talking about me?' The five of them collectively thought but besides Soda and TeruTeru the others stopped thinking about it.

"Hehehe…. Maybe some hot chick is thinking about me." (TeruTeru)

"Lady Sonia! She must obviously be thinking about me! Screw what those guys said! I'll win her heart somehow!" (Soda)

(N) …You poor Sweet Summer Child, Haa well keep those happy dreams, hopefully one day you move on.

"'You know what I'm not going to even ask why all your friends are weird, but that's probably because of them being Ultimates, so what is she again? The Ultimate Nurse? Then the date probably should have some medical theme to it, why not just bring her to a hospital for a date?'" He says before putting in a combo string that dishes out half of my health in less than 10 seconds.

But he accidentally breaks the combo streak, letting me do a punishing counter before getting into my own combo right back at him.

"Are you serious? Taking her to a hospital for a date? C'mon man you could think up something better than that, and if you suggest a Morgue I'm going to have to question your EQ." I say before finishing him off with an install super.

"'Tch'" he clicked his tongue before tossing his controller off to the side, "I don't know man why not try going to the Museum of Human Anatomy that opened up a few months back? That place is probably the best option for your date with her or something you know?" He says before going over to his personal Coffee Jelly maker before putting in the ingredients to make Coffee Jelly.

"…. Saiki are you actually smart when it comes to people problems and only act like an idiot?" I say as he turns back to look at me.

"'…. Do you want me to beat you up or something?'" He says with a bit of a squint in his eyes.

"Saiki I know you've never really fought someone before, but you should know I wouldn't be a push over right?" I say as the tension in the air escalated.

*Ding*

"Your jellies done." I say as the tension just pops like a bubble as Saiki goes and grabs his Coffee jelly before grabbing a bowl and pouring it in.

"'Oh and you can get your own Coffee Jel-'"

"I'll give you 2,000¥ if you let me make one for myself." I say laying out two 1,000¥ bills.

"'…. Fine.'" He said before taking my cash before I went to go and make myself some Coffee Jelly.

Next Day, in class at Hopes Peak.

It was a rather normal day where everyone was there to basically give an update on their improvements in their Ultimates, but something was off and most of the girls noticed while the guys stayed out of it.

Mikan was just sitting at her desk with her head down while an aura of depression could be felt over her head.

"Mikan-chan?…. Are you okay?" Mahiru said as she came over to check up on her best friend who was unusually depressed, erratic with her clumsy and klutzy self, but never just outright depressed to such an extent.

"Oh man, with Mikan this depressed I feel like I could just make a sad song with the sad vibes coming off her." Ibuki said scratching her head as she also didn't like seeing Mikan this sad, like they take what Hiyoko does to her not as seriously as she doesn't actually seem sad when she's bullied and to them it seems more like playing around rather than genuine bullying, even though it kinda was.

"Mikan-chan…. Do you want to talk about it?" Mahiru asked as she knelt by her desk, by now it was only Mikan, Mahiru, Sonia, Ibuki and Hiyoko who were still here with Hiyoko acting like she didn't care while Sonia was with Mahiru and Ibuki trying to help Mikan.

"Yes! Talking about things helps one feel better about things correct? So talking will make you feel better no?" Sonia said before grabbing at her elbow and pumping her other arm into the air.

"…. *Mumble Mumble*…" Mikan said something but they couldn't hear what she said as her face was still in her arms.

"Tsk! If the piggy doesn't want to talk then why are you bothering with her." Hiyoko said clicking her tongue as she was getting annoyed before she began to pick up her stuff to get ready to leave.

"…. Hifumi…." They heard Mikan say which made Hiyoko, who was already at the door, suddenly stop as she turned her head.

"Hifumi? Did Hifumi make you sad?" Mahiru was surprised to hear that he would do something as everyone knew they were dating after all.

She just nodded and didn't say anything else, though they could faintly hear her sobbing which made her friends sad to see her like this.

"That stupid ugly fatty did what to my pig?! You know what! I'm going to lay into him and give him a piece of my mind! Nobody bullies my pig but me! You here me!" Hiyoko shouted out as she began to stomp on over with a clearly pissed look on her face.

"That's right! Besides the mean things Hiyoko said, he should be ashamed of himself for making my friend sad! Oooo! Wait until I go and use my photography skills on him to find some dirt on him real quick!" Mahiru said as a fire lit up in her eyes as she planned to lay it on him when she saw him next.

"Yes! I shall use everything in my power to call upon the Novoselic Special Forces to come and teach that mean Hifumi a lesson he will never forget!" Sonia said that, and while it might sound like a joke she was completely serious as the NSF is on par with the Russian Spetznaz after all.

"And to finish it all up we tie him up and place him between two giant speakers cranked passed eleven as I play some heavy death metal!" She says as she pulls out her guitar as she plays a sick riff, though it's not plugged in so it's not as amazing as it could be.

"No! Wait! Wait! Please don't do that to him! I don't want you guys to hurt him for my sake!…. *Hic Hic* I already know he feels bad for what he did and even apologized to me…. But I don't know what I should do now…. I really do love him though…. And I don't want to break up so please…. *Drip Drip* don't hurt him okay?" She asks with genuine teary eyes as she begged her friends not to do anything to him.

*Vrrt Vrrt* Just then Mikan got a text message from her phone, so she wiped her eyes before pulling it out and looking at it.

Her friends got curious and took a peek at who it was from, and turns out it was from Hifumi, he tried talking to her through the Group chat that they are connected to each other but she put herself in an offline state and didn't get any of his messages so he had to text her instead.

Hifumi: Mikan? Look I know that I messed up real bad, and I want to make it up to you, so how about I take you out on a date on Saturday okay?

Seeing this Mikan was surprised a bit, but then she became really happy because this would be there first real official date with just the two of them since they started dating each other.

Mikan:…. Okay, but where are we going?

Hifumi: Let's leave as a surprise let's meet up at the Train Station by Hopes Peak at 2PM alright?

Mikan: Alright I'll see you then.

She then put away her phone and her depressed mood became much better as she hummed to herself, but the four girls all looked at each other and nodded.

'Let's spy on their date!' (x4)
