11 Convincing the Principal

"Well Principal it's about the further development of my ultimate actually, I have some ideas as to how to improve it more in the future while I go to school here as I wish to change my Ultimate from what it is to something I wish it truly become." I start off with getting to the point as quick as possible.

"You wish to improve your Ultimate to the point it will evolve it to the next level? Although it's not unheard of, it's usually hard to make an ultimate change from one to another, let me ask you then as to which Ultimate you are aiming for?" Principal Kirigiri said with an intrigued look on his face.

"I want to change from being the Ultimate Fanfic(Doujin) Writer and becoming the Ultimate Mangaka instead." I say with conviction in my eyes.

"Hmmm…. Isn't that the same thing that your sister became when she went here to Hopes Peak a few years ago?" He said giving me a inquisitive look.

And he was right, I do have a sister in this life named Fujiko Yamada, and she was the last Ultimate Managaka at hopes peak a few years back, she is my elder sister who's in her mid twenties by now as she is almost 10 years older then the current me anyway.

"Well of course my sister was when she went her last, but you must have some recollection on her…. Tastes when it comes to the manga she draws right?" After all he must have done some background checks on my family and probably has a grasp on what my BL lover of a sister draws after all.

"Right…. She does draw…. Those stories, which look amazing for the art she makes but I never had interests in those types of manga in the first place." He says with a bit of a pause before he goes onto praise her work.

"Yes, well I'm obviously not going to draw things like that and instead I've already come up with two mangas that I'm going to submit to a manga publisher tomorrow after school as I already have the ideas down pat, what I'm here for is if I can ask something that only the principal of Hopes Peak academy can do, oh and here you can read the first few chapters of each and see what a neutral perspective on my work thinks about it." I say as I pull out the copy of the original manga chapters I made of both Food Wars and Crazy Crazy Love and let him read the first 3 of Food Wars and 2 of Crazy Crazy Love respectively.

He looked at them and the front cover artwork got him intrigued, the one with Food Wars showed a red haired kid wearing a white bandanna holding towards the reader a very delicious looking plate of food with two school girls and a man in the background with a similar hair color to the kid who he could assume was most likely his father from what he could see.

On the other one made him feel a sense of mystery, darkness and tragedy from the other one, there were 9 boxes arranged in a square with a desolate looking man wearing an eye patch over his left eye and bandanna over his mouth, and and a receiver like head phone over his right ear as his dead looking eye stared at the viewer.

In the eight boxes surrounding the protagonist was the silhouette of what to be eight different women all holding a box of various sizes, all leaking blood and seeping out of their boxes and onto the page itself, but their was a 10th box that sat in the bottom right corner of the cover showing an inquisitive looking woman staring in the direction of the protagonist, but stuck out the most is that she is the only character on the cover that has any color besides black and white with the exception of the crimson blood and the blood red dead eyes of the protagonist along with the dripping bloody characters spelling 'Crazy Crazy' with only the word 'Love' being sky blue instead.

Just the attention to detail to the artwork on both of the covers already got him interested and soon enough he soon read both Food Wars and Crazy Crazy Love.

..

.

About 45 minutes later.

*Sigh* the Principal sighed at what he saw of both stories which he had already come to enjoy very much so from both there art and detail alone.

Food wars was fun and exciting getting to know how different dishes were made and the funny parts of how it was so good it would literally make people's clothes blow off from the taste alone.

Where as Crazy Crazy Love had a rather normal slice of life beginning with most people trying to figure out why Iseri Shuichi is so heavily scarred like he is as in the first chapter he reveals under his eye patch is a completely stitched over eye in a cross shape as what appeared to be faded scar marks in the same cross shape underneath the stitches that seal the eye shut that have been there so long that the ditches themselves have seamlessly integrated with the skin on his eye lids from being on for so long and in the second chapter someone accidentally spilled some water on his earphone on his right ear, though it was a plan from the main heroine to have one of her friends do that as she was curious with her new schoolmate.

And they soon realize why it's over his ear, it's because his ear is completely missing and all their is the hole in the side of his head which they see but he doesn't care for the looks as he drys off his earphone before clicking it into the mechanism on the side of his head to hold it in place.

Before the end of the second chapter leaves with a sadistic looking woman watching from an extremely long distance directly at Iseri.

But seeing these he could say for sure Hifumi is already showing the talent at becoming the next Ultimate Mangaka.

"Alright, I can already see you have promise Yamada-kun, but what do you want my help with anyway when your showing astonishing progress already?" He asks as he puts down my mangas and looks at me.

"Well, you should know that a majority of the time I will be working on my Manga while I'm in school next year, but at the same time I realized if I want to become one of the greatest Mangaka's out their I'm going to have people help me out, so I'm planning on having assistants with my work, which isn't strange as most Mangaka have assistants in their works, even my sister has assistants even with her skills after all, so I plan to get an assistant to help me out while I'm in school, and I already have someone in mind sooo…." I get a bit hesitant in the end but Jin catches on quick.

"And that person is from your current middle school correct? And you want them to come to Hopes Peak and be here to help you with your works while at school, but they aren't from a rich family that could afford to pay to go to Hopes Peak as part of the Reserve Course correct?" Jin says as he raises his eyebrow at me.

"That's correct sir, her family is just a normal middle class family and wouldn't normally be able to afford the tuition for attending school here, so I was hoping you would be willing to give her a scholarship so she can attend the next three years of Highschool with all expenses paid for on her tuition, if you could that is." I throwing it all out there for him, but if this isn't enough I have an idea that will make him have to agree with a 90% success rate.

"Hmmmm…. I'm not opposed to it, but it's the school board that might have some issues about it" he says as he scratch the side of his head.

My eyes glint as I expected this, they would be the toughest nuts to crack, though Tengen is an ally on Jin's side for the most part and he has large sway in the school board so I just had to throw out an idea to get them on board as well.

"Hopes Peak Academy is all about bringing hope to the next generation through our talents gaining world recognition right?" I decide to ask him.

"Yes, that's the reason our founder made this school in the first place." He said with a nod as what I said was true.

"Then wouldn't more hope spread through the world if the main course and the Reserve course students worked together in that way?"

"What do you mean exactly?"

"Well principal everyone has dreams and aspirations right? Us Ultimates already found our callings in life and want to improve and perfect it, but wouldn't it be great if the Ultimates themselves helped improve other people who want to join those certain fields in the future?" I say as I see his eyes widen a bit at my idea I'm proposing.

"Your saying that we should do something like a Talent Development program for the Reserve Students with the Ultimates guiding the way for those interested in their fields specifically?"

"That is exactly what I'm getting at, sure we might not get actual people gaining talents at Ultimates but the world in turn will get amazing Nurse, Doctors, Mechanics, Government Officials, Athletes, and everything else out there for them to do so, though there would obviously be a few exceptions to this rule like the Ultimate Lucky Student or say the Ultimate Gangster as those can't or in the latter's case shouldn't grow in size due to obvious reasons but there is a benefit with these students going out into the world with acknowledgments that they were taught and trained by the Ultimates they aspire to be like in the real world, they won't just have the Hopes Peak Academy Graduate on their backs but also have it publicly known that they were taught, trained and worked alongside the Ultimate of their choice and thus get scholarships easily to whatever college has for the talent they developed or field they desire to pursue with companies lining up to hire them right then and there!" I said with excitement as I got more and more in-depth into my plan for this school.

Hearing that Jin stroked his chin as a smile appeared on his face as he nodded, "This plan of yours could work and if this is played right it will allow us to break the barrier between the Main and reserve course for good and make the school nearly whole again like it used to be as a result, tell you what Yamada-kun, I'll hold a meeting with the school board tomorrow about your idea, and so if it goes through I'll easily get your friend a scholarship as a reward for helping me out with this Yamada-kun so don't worry about it until then." He said before he began to type down everything I said to make a plan around it, though with a few minor tweaks as they can't force any Ultimate to teach or train others if they don't desire to if it would get in the way in developing their own talents in the first place.

"Alright then Principal Kirigiri that is all I had to say about this then, so I'll take my leave, I will see you again in two days, so until then." I said with a satisfied smile as I got up, put my manuscripts away and left school with a smile on my face with a mission well accomplished.
