Chaos Theory

After all of that and the help of Fortunate son it was discovered that I now had the Chaos System activated, it forcibly close any of my others and now is acting as my fifth system alongside my Delivery, Savior, Shop and Romance systems that we're currently active with my Art and Gacha Systems still deactivated.

Now what is the Chaos system? Good question as I don't know as it's description was in that weird god like things language which even translated was still confusing and esoteric in itself.

"Humumu, this is one piece of work you got here Hifumi, I maybe the Administrator of your True System but the Chaos system in itself is one of the forbidden systems that I'm not allowed to give you access to without you achieving certain condions." Shinigami said to me, after I split to remake Shie again, as we sat on the couch and thought things over.

"And you don't even know what it does exactly?" Which is odd since she has knowledge of all systems after all.

"Nope, this version of the Chaos system was modified that its not the same as the one that I know in my databanks from the one who gave you the system, from what I can tell this Chaos System is made from the merger of a few systems to make a new one altogether, which ones I'm not entirely sure but from what I can tell is having this system will make things problematic until you 'claim the eight hunters as your trophies' whatever that means, but it seems those eight will hunt you down and it will reward you for dealing with them…. Probably…."

"Probably?"

"Yeah you see the Orginal Chaos system would force the user to cause Chaos within the world they are in, its a system only accessed to users who have annihilated a planet with sentient life on it giving the user the title of 'World Ender' 'Villian' & 'Chaotic Evil' and with those titles any world you would go to from then on people would already have a bad opinion of you and unless you went out of your way to save not just one but three separate worlds those titles would never fade away, the system it self isn't the problems but the titles you gain unlocking it, but this one has everything locked with the only quest of defeating the 8 hunters currently active on it." She says before pulling out a pipe and smoking from it for only bubble to come out the top.

"You can thank me for that master." Fortunate Son said as he appeared by our side.

"What did you do exactly that made it so it's not harmful for me to have?" I said as we looked over at him.

"If I hadn't stopped him from giving his 'gift' as he called it you would have been branded with his mark of chaos, not only that you would have started to become less than pleasant to be around and more and more villainous as time went on with you not even realizing it as you would justify every action you did even as the acts became more and more heinous by the day, that and it would make those 'hunters' as he calls them always a threat you as you would be weakened while they would be strengthened when facing you and if anything you should already know who they are or at least who they were and why that would be a bad thing to you as the events of your past life would more than likely repeat themselves." He went onto explain for me as I held a hand over my right eye as I felt it ache with a phantom like pain when thinking about what happened back then.

"One, two, three, four, five, seven, eight and nine huh? All of those girls are coming after me once again…. Probably to kill me for what I did to most of them in my old life or maybe just have me all to themselves as they so wished all those years ago." I mutter to myself as flashes of memories came back that I don't like to think about.

I was once in love with them but after I ended that old life of mine and wished to create a normal one with no connection to them they came after me and the girl who I had once lived who had nothing to do with my dark past and excluding one and nine I had no choice but kill the rest I reclaim what pieces of me I had lost back then.

I shake my head not wishing to think about that as I stood up, "Those 8 will be after me again, and if that thing gave them the power of even a single system it will be hard for me in the long run." I say as I looked at them all.

"Bad news is that the Chaos System gives the user a free path to another world so long as they ultimately cause their worlds end, whether by there own hand or with the help of others and in doing so makes them exceedingly powerful with each world destroyed in the process, but on the good side any wotld you have interacted with Hifumi are nearly impossible for them to reach without aid from someone within the worlds you have entered to give them access to as system users only have access to the 'Template Worlds' when entering them but when they do enter that world it becomes a 'Noncannon World' since that original worlds fate has been changed with a system users presence within it." She said giving me some info I wasn't privy to before now.

"And before you freak out your original world is an 'Amalgamation World' one that is the fusion of many Template worlds into one, the only way they can get into your world would be for to go and destroy each individual world that yours is made of to make a key for access in and your world is made of more the a hundred different stories with many abscure stories one has never heard of so I give my word that if you don't invite them yourself, they can't get into your home world." She said finishing her explanation as I was left with my thoughts thinking this all over as I walked over to the windows and looked down at the beautiful and rich place that is Paradise and out onto Night City as well.

"Master, if I may give some advice?" Fortunate Son said as he spoke up making me look at him.

"It's best not to worry about it until you finish the mission you have in this world, while this mission is on going the worlds connected to yours are in stasis and won't be in danger of any kind while at the same the 8 of them will be busy ruining their worlds and while you won't be able to fix the ones they destroy whenever you go to their worlds you can deal with your version of it as she said, no matter what you do you will never effect the worlds Original Fate, you being there changes one version of them but never changes the orginal fate, Sasha, Rebecca, Kiwi, Maine, Dorio, Pilar, David, Jackie and V along with many others all die one way or another and that was their original fate." He says before walking up to me and placing his hand on my shoulder.

"But that doesn't mean they don't deserve at least one timeline where they could all be happy and live the lives they deserved in the end, and you being here has changed them all for the better as a result of your actions to save everyone and everything you can, and doing so you will be rewarded for what you have done." He says encouraging me to keep doing what I'm doing and in doing so will increase my strength to keep those I care about safe as a result.

I turn around at look at the setting sun in the distance and smile, "Heh, to think I was worried about nothing, so alright!" I say smacking my fist into my hand.

"Seems like we need to do everything to help fix this fucked up world to put us even further in the lead before they even have a chance to catch up!" I say as the others grin in acknowledgment.

Now we have a game plan set and now we have to do whatever we can to save this world from its inevitable collapse.

But elsewhere Time flows differently from the one where Hifumi is, some slower and some much faster.

But by this point three of the 8 have already helped destroy their orginal worlds and bring chaos upon the world with its destruction.

The death of humanity or a new world order that sent their worlds into despair it didn't matter to those three as they have already completed their respective quests while some even bare the scars of the fights they went through to gain even more power.

One with flowing purple hair, another holding a black notebook and the last with a mad grin as she taste the blood that stained her blades.

All three were the first ones to finish their first missions and were now in the lead compared to their competitors to seeing their loved one once more.

Three, Five and Nine have achieved their goals and are off to step into a new worlds to gain more power and possibly new Ally's to aid them on their journeys
