1 Welcome Young One

Damein had just walked in his room after an evening walk to clear his mind and was going to play some vanguard. He was sitting in his bed while watching tv as the fridge turned on and off in the background. Black uncept hair and short stubble growing in. He had just lost his job and was burnt out.

"That stupid fridge just needs to fix its self." Cursed Damien. He lives in a standard apartment with only the bare minimum except his king sized bed which is his most expensive belonging.

Damein got up to unplug the fridge, and he fell unconscious due to his low blood pressure. His neighbors won't notice a thing as he's very far away from the world. As he rages on the game a lot they will not bother with the noise.

As he woke up he noticed something off.

"WHERE DID MY ROOF GO!" yelled Damein. He lives on the top floor.

As he said his roof is gone and the sky is yellow a huge hand appears and grabs Damein.

"WHAT THE HECK, WHERE AM I!"Damein screams in a confused tone

"Hello young one this is my home"Said the loud yet calm voice of the giant person.

"What happened to my house?" Damein demanded

"That does not matter, young Damein." Sayes the giant with a striking resemblance to Jesus but with dreads.

"How do you know my name?!" Damein's scepticism clear in his tone. This is a prank right?

"I am what you would call a God, young Damein."says the mysterious giant

"And I am here to give you another chance at life." He did quite pitifully hiting his head on his coffee table and busting it open after falling unconscious

"ANOTHER!? what happened to my old one?" Damein says confused.

"You have died young one we don't have much time I need you to make a wish before you go" God says

"Wha-t…" Damein was being sucked into a mysterious portal

"I WISH FOR OP STATSsss…"Damein says as he was whisked away to only god knows where.

Damein found himself in a forest clearing empty of any signs of life even the trees bare no fruit he was completely in the open.

"WHOOSH" an arrow flies past Damein's head cutting a small portion of hair from his head effectively trimming his bangs sending tingles down his spine. He starts running to the nearest tree to hide.

"HOLY!" he shouted so loudly his pursuers stopped in their tracks.

"Is that a human?"says a very feminie voice

"OF COURSE I AM!" Damein screamed still mad about the arrow

"I thought he was a goblin."sayes a tomboyish tone. The MC was wearing a green and brown flannel and brown khakis and green shoes.

"I'm so sorry mister I swear I'll repay you I'm Sapphire" Sapphire said while bowing she was wearing what looked like leather armor while she carried a bow on her back with a quiver she had her dark blue hair in a ponytail and light blue eyes that shined like diamonds.

"As long as you bring me with you home we're even" Damein says with no courtesy or a second thought

"Umm… OK" She says while blushing thing about the many things that could mean she starts mumbling

"I'm Ruby nice to meet you" she says while holding out her hand she was wearing a cape and what looked like some sort've metal chest protector with straight blonde hair with red eyes that glows like blood

"What are you doing? We've got goblins to the east!"said the unknown man

"Whose this?"

"Shouldn't you introduce yourself first" Damein

"He's Damein."says Ruby

" Oh, I'm Toby, I didn't realise you were acquainted." said Toby he had short black hair black eyes with a good fade and a blue robe he was holding a staff.

"Not rea-"Ruby tries to speak

"Are you a wizard holy crud" Damein said

"NO- I'm a warlock sorry for yelling" Toby says with pride in his tone "They are both distinct professions"

"Really how so?" Said Damein confused

"Warlocks cast spells through their blood line while wizards use runes"

Toby explained

"Oh I get it" Damein cold sweat running down his back this man is a magician of sorts.

"Really?" Toby says questioningly

"Nope not at all" said Damein unflinchingly a magician is a magician through and through.

"As I was saying we just met" says Ruby a little irritated

"Guys, guys" Sapphire mumbled in the background "GUYS we need to talk somewhere else it's dangerous out here." Urgency in her voice

"Good point, lets go boys"Ruby says calmly

"Okay" Toby and Damein say almost in sync toby gives him the look that says you will hear more later

"Boys" Says Ruby mockingly

And so they started walking back towards what they call home.
