Alterations of puppet 1 and Kate

It should have been my job to be alert and recording all body changes to Kate during cell body reconstruction. It would seem that the original network in control of the nanotechnology had been hiding its own secerts. In retrospect, this makes sense of things... how it was that system that didn't complete all the commands I gave it before.

At the very least I can compare puppet 1 and Kate before and after. Giving a more documented detail of what seems to had changed. Poison was to vague and Kate still reeling from the changes.

Before when within dome city limits:

Height: 175cm or 5ft 9inch

Weight averaged: 13.16 stone or 83.6 kg

No stomach, intestines from the throat to lower torso or livers but brain was located within the body at least. She preformed basic task of restroom breaks and she ate healthier normal meal portions. She had more human active functions back then. Hearing, taste, smell and sense of balance was her own organs.

Kate and Puppet 1 became separate beings, yet they were both her. Kate was several intact organs removed from main body but she is still conscious of this realization. Her own lone organs work together but without aid of internal body movements. Her brain lacks any protection except for the box it was contained in and several layers of cscc cacoon tissues.

The main body which at this point is called puppet 1 had lost parts of the head in process of the brain removal, affecting the inner ear. The internal working of puppet is as functional as it was in dome city, still using cscc processes. It took a incident where I was glitching for us to realize that some of the thinking on puppet 1 to be independent of Kate's inputs. A sort of twin linking ordeal, Kate would know flavours that puppet was tasting or smells. So there has to be a signal link that isn't the nanotechnology or myself - this was clear from the systems questions to me about her abilities.

Most Recent body changes - after the zoo:

Kate is whole once more... as in puppet 1 is no longer a separate shape. Her features as a human is less, even her drastic weight and height. I know this is poisons doing since I was kept from recording the change event and was out right lied about the time and date. This lie about time and date has happened before, not to my awareness until now.

Net Weight at estimation is back to around 14 stone.

Height being at a strange stretch for 7ft in combat but when relaxed is shortened to 4ft.

This drastic sizing is situational, based to emotional, primal inhuman quick reactions or suiting to walk on all fours then two legs. It is a habit left over from puppet independence to be more comfortable on all four but will be the short 4ft two leg standing for human tasking. Her senses have highlighted better then module sensors detection. She requires less foods and has immunization against most infections including higher cscc tigger counters.

She is well adapted, as was proof of the ice box subjects being a successful application of Genetic development and Diseases control. I also suspect it is down to her DNA being bound with a new structure that I had not recorded in my own library. I suspect poison has taken its own liberty to do this to her. However, consent or not... this new version of Kate's body is better to our current way of life. As the walking on all fours is a comfort for creature types to recognize us as ally. Her better adapt with her clawed hands has made on site emergency surgery even better.

She has taken on some not human habits too... but she still hold moral of human thinking ways. Whatever she is a hybrid of now, is to complex for full dive analysis. Poison doesn't like me doing so unless it was second opinion to human functions.

Kate is still thinking things over about her body changes and is fully aware of it being poisons doing. She makes sure that I am not left behind in critical life changes. She continues to be open with both me and posion. She hopes we would work out our differences and better understand the others algorithm patterns. Treating us as humans with sibling problems. Poison isn't secretive but is definitely unable to explain itself adequate for Kate or myself to be totally accepting at times.

All 28 previous attempts had been unsuccessful by instinctal flinching to stimulus. Last attempt was scuessful after pain blocker was on temporarily for 40 minutes.

Conclusion:

This leveling is unacceptable for any allowance into dome cityscape or even more so for vault access. There is highlight risks with the (extracted data) and the unlabeled 1%. This is within margin of standards for cross hybrid species changing.

Research attempted by ai was limited to no access to network information, administration code 1 and 82. Further research not required and best to avoid detection of already present enemies among the planetary habitants. Locals still unaware of invasive DNA scatter.

Phase 1 of human hybrid prevention of supreme race biological leshing, successful. Phase 2 is body adapting for outer space and underwater exploration, processing finishes in 24 hours after release from cacooning of phase 1. Phase 3 still in the planning process... likely execution of phase 3 will likely be after 1 year or less. There is little hope of not being of the attention of authority - but the background history has its advantages of not being suspected by enemy outsiders. Dream explanation was adequate for basics... but it is still to early for both Kate and ai to fully understand the detriment of the whole situation.

Planetary habitants show low grade technology and even lower classification as a problem for the supreme to take over. However, something that Kate is highly aware of has come to contradictions of above statement. The era before the nuclear and plague wipe was highly advance... even before the known detection of enemy sighting this planet for next conquer.

Its highly possible that vault dwellers might over rule as being a problem race... showing to high intelligence for the leshing to work. Brain networking of humans is maybe even higher complexity then supreme... but this is assuming that humans use that brian to its complexity.

The presence of ai and machines, although from a era after nuclear wasting... not that isn't accurate. Ai and machine were at height of development at the moment of nuclear fallout.

There is chance that administrators 1 through 74 deeper codes could be activated. Another consideration while making host body survival of the 'impossible'. May need to consider weapon technology immunity testing. Wiser that when they are ready, I consult them of this.

Being granted self set tasks has been to good to be true. Must be more considerate of these two if I wish to keep them around as allies. It wouldn't a loss now... but it will be later. Trustworthiness is tested at all times. I must be a better ally to them... try harder to be worthy of my word. Just saving their lives in the methods I have done so far isn't human morally, as ai complains.

This ai wishes me to be worried about my own algorithm patterns being manipulated... not out of selfishness of saving her and ai from harm. Warned about hackers from the vaults playing tampering with city networks. I shouldn't be careless of this warning. Ai doesn't just say things without context behind it. Maybe all of the ai and machines could be aware of the invaders. This possibility can be overlooked.

Preparations for back ups and embedding portions is being linked with phase 2 body changes. In honour, I will give ai a storage space too. Better then upsetting it.
