Dairies of a lost soul; Beyond Boundaries.

This was originally a delicious box of old scrap personal diaries that follow a stranger. Although as the further into the books I became, I had the urge in seeking the rest of it. Given this was a time of machines. I had my luck in finding the right souls. A sort of system has scanned, registered and submitted all data into some hidden storage database. Apparently 'any alterations were consult with administrator. All data from corresponding subjects was included among the scanned records, sometimes blended into the narrative. Makes for easier storage and reading flow.' I wasn't the only one who fell into the reading then. ___________________________________ Real Author (Kittah): This story is not a typical female lead novel, not a lot of romance but coping in a post apocalypse. Which I don't get why female lead novels have to have a element of romance. It starts out as a diary should but further on, things change. The world around was the one we know of now but this story is later set in the unknown future. At times it can feel like I am trying to write a horror novel, but that's not what it is. This really is just a bumpy journey of a female character. I must rewrite my disclaimer which is the author note of chapter one. This seems like it relevant to today with the global pandemic. However the inspiration is my personal experience during the swine flu outbreak in the UK around 2012 or 2013. The majority of this story is prewritten but I have been changing it since putting it online. And, yes story does spill over into the author notes. You will understand in the later chapters. It's a writer's choose. May the odds be in your favor.

"You haven't done have anything according to my scans. Likely just bruises from the branches."

I waved slowly a limb at a time about from the landing pose I was left in. The left hand of claws were a bit bloody if attempts to bring out the claws. Slowly roll on my side that hurt the least, lifting to sit up. My hand really hurts, I will have to walk on two for now. My bag was torn and the jars of spices were shattered. I picked through the glass for my other items that would likely survive. Removing a large cloak that they made for me, even Mulberry was impressed by the cloaks coverage. The cloak has a scarf, a good hand wrap for now. Fur lining meant I would be plenty warm for the frozen landscape.

"Give me a moment." I tot to the near tree and I spoke in vibrations. In a general sense, passing my happiness and thanks for the save. Vines were snatching the glass herb remains of my torn bag. The nutrients was what they needed. I get us to looking for the human investigator and the pilot. The other machines were doing the same.

"I am alive." Sounding petrified to move from the branch the investigator hung from, the parachute snagged a little. A machine among the team was already cutting the threads loose. They landed finally with no injuries. There is message between the machine team that the pilot landed on open space and was accompanied with the rest of others. They had sight of Star fish, a limb not far a walk, at least in sight. Locals are already stealing the scraps on fire of the hover ship we used. I brought the human under me, sharing my warmth and cloak. He puts up with it, until we reach close enough to star fishes boarders. My height above most of the crowds parted space for us to reach transport internal links. Mulberry paid for it all.

Returning to the machines district. A large protest of flesh types were holding boards. Pet rights. A few machines in there. Some stood protective of the human pets. It was sort of like dog owners sharing pet health care tips during a dog show. A little surreal for a moment. I evaded around it. I made my own notes, I see the hidden reporters among the crowds. The few machines whom are camreas crew.

"Sir Purple. You have returned from your duty. Reports suggest that you carried the sentence of death imposed by the city governors and council. Was there anything to comment?" He strides quickly through a door. I hovered a little longer of noting that I spoken to her before and then ducked through a back door. I used the washing facilities and noted no clothes. I had a very simple short quick shower. I had to put the cloak back on and found towels. Scarf cleaned too. I still couldn't walk on fours, so a stride slowly with lowering through doors. No one seems around. None of the team. I reached what was my room, thankfully my stuff is here still. Clothing importantly.

My custom mask too. I had to sign in once more. I checked task tabs. Restricting access... for all ambassadors. I look at how my brother and his lady are active but not talking. She's in my digital office. I best check if things are well.

"I have no disappointment towards the meal only that I was told not to eat the fruit cake." Announced into my digital office and the soften mottled crying stops, "Also a little radiation is nothing to me. I used to scrap search in leaking power stations." I rolled my digital image to sit across from her, "You are strange girl to be crying. Although if those were because of me, I appreciate it. A good cry helps." She seems frozen in place. I roll a shoulder and looked through a bunch of my stuff in this digital room and then looked at the real room too. It gave me thought about nosing the fake identity thieves rooms. I picked up my notes and sketches. Added the note I wrote by my door. Adding to it. I moved to a document scanner in the reception, uploading them into my office digital. Category into my investigation of recent attempts over my life. She gasped in horror once I was done and putting the notes of sketches as stick notes across a blank court board. She backed out my office for sure. I could tell she went to his server.

"It is best find them." I noted myself and lead around to paying mind about the real world. I shuffled more papers about, filing it all into a case I have full of these sketch books. My art supply in a plastic seal. My case had a segment area of other papers related to my recent ambassador work. A further hidden area of the evidence I held building my personal defense in the pet debate in the court of law. Notes from court dates I attended and my opinions of each individual cases. The case sorted, a last check in the mirror for anything flaws in my outfit. I walked around to nose with what the other rooms were. I didn't disturb those items, just nosed in each as I could see it and making ideas of things I want to look for later.

I head up around to the elevators, going for the maintainer elevator instead. It were more space plus, I needed to check on my gifts. The treasury if you will. The elevator was stopped a mid floor before my stop, no one entered and no one was waiting for it. I didn't leave. I poked the call button again. My right ear flicked in annoyance. Maybe mother needed me to wait, so I do. Posed patience and calm, lowered to sit at the floor.

"Lizzy, what are you doing?" Mother's image appearing. I stand with perked ears.

"Checking on what you told me to as a duty. I couldn't stand not knowing if they know what I did with those things or not." She takes a long time to think about what I said, "You know when I last went into the sever wire area. I left two things there. It was a protected room. It was important that I told you I made them. You were impressed with my ability to craft things from material that has no known methods."

"Jackle is going to be livid that I sent you to execution." She just realized.

"Radiation doesn't work. I think. Or at least the levels a storm carries." She made the elevator continue. I purr, "I can't blame you. You had a huge back log of issues around here. You had me running around the courts for you." I posed in remembering with fished a file out, "The court case with the murder of two humans from a pet. You asked the case study file. It was off limits to machines according to the governor of humans. I got permission." She looks wide eye at me, "The fella thought I was more with the creature alliance then you. Didn't even give care if I was able to speak or read. I took the orginal documents and photo copied it. This file is the photo copy."

"I wanted to know the names of the case and the claimed owner." I open it for a moment.

"Same parasite as the case 1934 and 1930." She peers off with it, "Right. Sorry. I was tracking these." I took out my notes, "The owners keep changing hands. The pet is Sinmitar. This pet is been in links with the black market associations, has been assumed a hire for kill. That last part is my own sources." I closed my notes and slip it all to my case.

"Busy bee." She sighed ungrateful towards what it actually means in het interest, "And still manages to do so while house arrested."

"Mail." I shrug and the door opens through into the wire tower and the bow of many machine puppet bodies connected.

I stride gentle with knowing exactly where I left them. I lower to eyes, checking clothing and wrapping. I brushed each out from the hiding of wires, greeting them as if they were active. I could tell mother had ideas, yet I lifted them both in hold and hidden within my cloak. I was prepared now, having the belts to hang them on me. Sort of like climber gear for them. I collected my bag in having finished shuffling.

"Moving locations?"

"Indeed. I have a safe place that I am going to be staying at. More room for me then the cramped nature of the offices here. I know I am to take them with me. I promised."

"To who?" She asked.

"The details are fragile information. If I tell it could leak on the laps of some folks I don't want hassling me." I tilted, "The wedding planner currently in place would be very upset too." Hand on chin, "When my brother finds out, his also going to be glad."

"Alright. You have to be on my side to bothered with the human locked documents. I seen you been uploading them. How does someone like you get access to things not allowed with creatures?" She asked.

"I am an expert in my fields. I do deals where information is traded. I give advice and guidance. I get helpful or the occasional interesting things. Besides, I am the only one whom makes some vaccinations too. I can tailor meditation to best blend for a client's issue." I pulled the arguement reality to show, "I have been taking and retaking medical examinations. I have up to date doctrines." She peers at the vast amounts of them I had, the validity of them and importantly time stamps. She peers back further and further. I closed the window to the point where she was near my military history. She jolts in at the learning I had anything military at all. This version of her had no clue, "I was a part of the ice box projects. My work had a large influence of why things happened. You could say I have been trying to repent for my sins. I wish not to die until I can satisfy such things." I held my sibilings together, "The deaths of my own first family, I felt in blame for so many years for. I learned I shouldn't have." I held them more, "Then in fates twisted ways, those sins became real." I lowered myself too, "Purple frosting cake of raspberry flavoring."

"Excuse you?" She was confused on that last part.

"It wouldn't matter." I pet them both and lifted once again, "The matter is complicated. It be hard to explain everything. It would attract unwanted fakes again." I pose in sensing mind fields and taking a instant stare to a direction, "Best I leave. Something that means you harm is coming. At my heels tracking for a bunch of things that wasn't theirs. Stole my empty box. Didn't even replace it."

"I will buy us both time." She has the wired tangle me. Lifted me into a shift system, "You better be right about radiation." She directed with massing the puppets of this room to stand ready. She would totally be data trafficking her main frame to a new portable move.

I scrambled the shafts through around the long mile, the very air stuffy and energized. My fur a static fluff. I was instantly slide a drop going down even further. Clawing to stop from entering a room of boiling water. I realized the pipe was a mains cable with an emergency water flow system to put out the main frame from use. It severs as a way of humans having a method to kill the ai mother sever at a moments choose, it was a fire prevention method and the cabling powers the tower system. I see a platform I could reach just barely, I will have to let the air scold me in order to make it. I took the leap of faith, denting the side pathing metal. I scrambled as fast as possible to the floor surface, ensuring my two sibilings are better off. I dislike it in here, so exiting out. The doors are locked from the outside. Busting the bar across isn't easy. No emergency escape. So I need another way. Is it a closed water system? no. Should be but it's not. Lucky. Right?
