22 Becoming A Pro Gamer Part 3

"Edge next time, put your buyout price higher than your min price. You put them both at 50k each, so next time, put your buyout price at like 200k. And then people can begin bidding on it. If you do a 24 hour bid you will be able to get your earnings the next day and probably even have a few buyouts as well, plus higher prices for the others." Pam had forgotten to tell Ayden about how the auction works. She had meant for him to put the 10k credits as a min bid for twenty four hours. Luckily he sold them for 50k credits each, or he would have been shortchanged.

"Then I will do that next time." Ayden's head was spinning as he looked at the 2,500,000 credits sitting in front of him. If he were to go to sell all of these now, he would have 250,000 credits of real world money, and that was more than he had made in all his years raising his baby sister!

Ayden flipped through the tabs until he found the money exchange. He filled out his bank information and pushed in his bio data so that everything was connected before finally converting the 2.5 million credits into real world money. As soon as he hit the accept button, a ding sound was heard from his bank, saying the transfer went through. He really wanted to jump for joy. But he also knew if he wished to keep this going, he had to continue leveling up and making new and better items to sell.

When he was done, he took a deep breath and let it out before turning to Pam and pulling her into a hug. "What!? Edge!? What are you…." Pam became flustered as her cheeks heated up.

Ayden whispered softly into her pointy ears: "Thank you…. Because of you, I can see a brighter future for myself and my little sister. Thank you so much, Pam…." Tears actually began slowly rolling down his cheeks. Pam could hear the shakiness in Ayden's voice, causing her to smile softly as she hugged him back.

"Then you better treat your Master well from now on!" Pam replied softly. Their conversation was only loud enough for the two of them to hear it, but the fact that the two were hugging in a public place caught many people's eyes, and a picture of the two appeared on the forums.

Thanks to Isabella covering for Ayden, he was still semi safe from people hunting him down to find out how he makes things. Ayden left the auction house with the same amount of money he had when he first arrived. But it was still quite a sum of money for ingame use. He brought Pam to a restaurant and bought her a meal as thanks for what she had done before returning back to the house. He still had many things to create, so he wanted to work on creating his next item, which was nano injections. They could be used for both healing and rejuvenating nano and many other kinds of injections to boost stats for a short amount of time.

"Now, when it comes to nano injections for healing, you want to use the following herbs and boiled in a certain way to make a perfect combination of blending before adding an elven secret ingredient," Pam said with a smile as she showed Ayden the proper procedure of making healing nano injection.

The process of making these was much slower than creating augment chips. When she got down to where it was almost finished, Pam suddenly leaned over and spat in the concoction, which made it glow a bright green color. Seeing this, Ayden stared at Pam with a complicated look. Pam turned and looked at him with a questioning gaze as she asked: "What?"

"Did you just spit in that?" Ayden asked, unsure if he saw that correctly.

"Oh? Hehe…" Pam smiled as she leaned in close to Ayden and licked her lips. "Do you want a taste?"

Ayden's mind went blank as his eyes locked onto Pam's lips. He was not someone who was used to being so close to girls even though they had already slept in the same bed. But seeing her this close, he couldn't help but move in, and so he did.

Pam's eyes went wide when she felt Ayden's lips on hers. She was only joking with him wanting to tease him, but in the end, she was the one who got teased! The kiss only lasted a few seconds, but afterward, the two were silent for a couple of minutes before Ayden said: "Sorry…."

"No-No, I asked for it…. So-Sorry for teasing you…. An-Anyway… Elf spit has healing properties in it… When mixed with herbs, it will cause the effects to be slightly stronger. See." Pam pushed the red liquid over to Ayden, who focused on it.

"50 health and 70 with my spit…." Pam was having a hard time looking at Ayden. She liked teasing him, but she forgot he was still a man! Just thinking about it was making her cheeks heat up. In her 132 years of life, she had never been so close to a man.
