Sylvia was already present there, watching her surroundings keenly.

Corbin didn't respond and only nodded his head with a faint smile. Lina failed to notice the clouds of gloom hovering over his head as she went to put her bag aside and put the coat and a head cover before she started working.

Selma looked exhausted. Her warm and welcoming aura felt dimmed as she carried herself around like she was carrying a great baggage.

"Selma, where shall I put this?" Lincoln entered carrying a white coloured heavy bag in his hands.

Selma pointed at the corner in silence, and he got the message.

"Oh, Good morning, Mr. Addis! You haven't gone to the farm today?" Lina asked.
