Chapter 11- Time Castle I

[Kiyoshi's Pov]

The Light of dawn seeped into my room. I rubbed my bleary eyes and walked to the window. There was a pearly glow in the sky. Suddenly I felt something in my chest something like a feeling of being scared and randomly your heart dropping with that sinking feeling. I suddenly realized that today is the day that my future will be decided and it's in my hands only, feeling the same sinking feeling I proceeded to get ready for this day.

Office Luke also wakes up looking forward to this beautiful day, As soon as he gets up from his bed he notices a small letter on his study desk and goes ahead to open it, It turns out to be a letter from The Agency Tech informing him about the time he's invited to The Agency. " Good morning Mister Luke, This is to inform you that you have been invited to The Agency Tech for a cup of Tea, We'd be honored to have you at 8 in the morning." he suddenly stops and look at the watch which showed the time "7:23 Am" he looks at the watch in confusion then again looking at the Time before his mind understand and he runs to get ready.

In The Agency Tech, Nozomi can be seen waiting for this day proceed and is looking forward for having Officer Luke and also the enternce tasks. Kiyoshi who was getting ready and at that particular time brushing his teeths was interrupted with someone knocking at the door, The feeling in his heart seems to grow and with his hands shaking he opens the door but is relieved to see that it's Saski, "You looked scared for a hot sec there." Saski says while entering Kiyoshi's room and him returning to the bathroom to finish brushing his teeths. After he's done Kiyoshi comes out and says, "Who wouldn't be?" leaving Saski softly laughing and he says that he'll be waiting for Kiyoshi in the dinning area as he's already feeling hungry also Kiyoshi will get enough time to take a bath. With that Saski leaves for the dinning area and Kiyoshi's runs to take a bath. On the way to the dinning area Saski meets Yuki who was also going to eat his breakfast, " Yuki sir, Howdy?" Saski says running towards Yuki trying to catch up with him and Yuki replies with his cheerful attitude that he's great and looking forward to Kiyoshi's entrance tasks. They both then proceed to the dinning area and Kiyoshi joins them soon.

Kiyoshi says still catching his breath, " Good morning everyone. Am not late am I?" Saski says that he isn't and still has time before he has to be there. Meanwhile, Officer Luke has just reached the entrance of The Agency Tech, Harumi soon comes to take him inside and while they are walking towards the Time Castle, Officer Luke looks flabbergasted with how beautiful The Agency Tech looks and spends most of his time looking around and trying to comprehend how can something look so good. Soon they both reach the Time Castle and Nozomi greets Officer Luke, " Good morning, Miss Arai." he says and Nozomi replies with, " Good Morning Officer Luke. Happy to have you here." Nozomi then tells him that they'll be having tea first. Nozomi takes him to the waterfall present behind the Time Castle and they both talked there. Meanwhile, Yuki and the two boys are done with their breakfast and that's when Yuki for the first time feels the sinking feeling that Kiyoshi is experiencing. To make him feel better Yuki asks him to do some stretching before going anywhere, Saski also accompanied Kiyoshi in this small exercise and after a good twenty minutes Yuki looks at the watch, Time reading "8:15 am" and simultaneously also Nozomi looks at Harumi indicating that they'll be starting with the enternce tasks soon. Officer Luke and Nozomi are done with drinking their respective tea and Nozomi says, "Officer so now shall we proceed inside the Time Castle? as we are already done and it's time for the enternce tasks." She says looking at the Officer and he replies, "Sure." Soon Harumi interrupts and diverting Officer Luke's attention and till the time he looks behind him as to where Nozomi was he doesn't find anyone, Harumi simply asks him to follow her toward the enternce of The Time Castle and so he does without even saying anything. Harumi and Officer Luke soon enter the Time Castle and the first thing Officer Luke notices is this feeling of complete shock taking over him and the feeling of seeing something that's isn't possible was giving him goosebumps. He could feel his skin getting all itchy. Harumi breaks him out of this feeling and as soon as she does the door behind the also closes and the darkness takes over and after a sec or so the light from the old antique watches starts to glow and that's for the first time he notices that they were standing on a wooden square floor floating in the air and the whole building doesn't have a defined ground and wooden pieces of floor are floating mid air and also millions of antique watches also, some of the wooden floors even being upsidedown and some watches also. This goes on as far as he could look, Soon Officer Luke hears a loud sound of a clock ticking and the wooden floor that they both were standing on just changed positions, " What is happening? what is this place? It can't be real." These words flashes before his mind almost making him dizzy.

He finally looks around and sees Nozomi stand infront of him, This gives him a jump scare and him already being at the end of the wooden floor makes him stumble and fall but somehow he ends up on the same wooden floor making the situation even more confusing for him. Nozomi to clear up his mind a little bit starts to explain things. "Officer you look pale, is everything fine?" She says looking at Officer Luke and he replies, "How do you expect me to be alright after you've shown me this mind confused place." Nozomi just chuckles at this and tells him that it's a death domain, she further tells him that all of his questions will be cleared soon. Nozomi and Officer standing on the same floor allows her to show him another amusement thing. Suddenly they both are on the main floor, where Nozomi sits and controls the whole Time Castle, He is also given a seat to make himself comfortable but the feeling of being inside something so immaculate and also nothing being below them and also just floating in mid-air is something worth giving you the chills for life time. Officer Luke can just sit in amusement. On the other hand Yuki tells both of the boys that Kiyoshi has been called to the Time Castle, Saski for the last time wishes him the best of luck before Yuki and Kiyoshi both leave for the Time Castle.

On the way to the Time Castle, Yuki noticed something and said, "Kiyoshi how'd you define a promise?" Kiyoshi looks surprised with the sudden question but still answers, "A promise is an object that may produce a single value some time in future: either a resolved value or a reason that it's not resolved. That's how I'd explain it." Yuki looks impressed with this answer and says, " Then I want you to promise me something right now and right here." Kiyoshi looks at Yuki before asking what the promise is in a curious way and he replies, " That we together with The Agency Tech will put an end to this blood thirsty war." Kiyoshi looks at Yuki with being full of hope and promises him that they will end this war and win. Soon after this conversation they both reach the Time Castle, Yuki wishes Kiyoshi all the best before opening the gates and closing them, The same thing which happened to Officer Luke was experienced by Kiyoshi, The shock taking over the body and the numb feeling wasn't normal but rather rarely shown. The only words in his mind are " Is something like this possible." After a quick second Kiyoshi realized that they both were literally standing on a floating wooden floor. He also notices many antique clocks floating all around the Time Castle. Yuki says, "This is the Time Castle or as you may understand as a death do. Creating a powerful distorted domains like this is like a drinking a cup of Tea for Nozomi also once you enter a the Time Castle there is absolutely no way of getting out of this mind puzzling place, She controls the whole castle and can also change your position as to her liking." Kiyoshi doesn't understand the full meaning but only by listening and looking he could understand some parts of the line but is still surprised as to how a normal looking building from outside could look like this from the inside. He further notices that it was a very large area with no defined floor and also it's floating with nothing as far as the human eye can see.
