"Did Ari ask about Zion?" Zoila asked Maxine.

"Nope. When she woke up this morning, she didn't even mention his name." Maxine answered.

"Do you think she forgot about him again?" Cole asked.

The three walked in front while the others were at the back, following them. They talked about Amaris' behavior because they expected she would look for Zion and get mad once she found out that her mate had left with Eiris.

"I don't think so. She didn't ask where she was, and it seemed she remembered all that happened." Maxine commented while she glanced behind them.

She sneered when she saw the Elven Prince Alwyn walking beside Amaris. The two looked like they were talking about something. Maxine noticed that her cousin smiled when Alwyn whispered something in her ear.

"Am I the only one who noticed that those two seemed closer than yesterday?" Maxine frowned.
