4.Cured Of His Illness

Universe did as he was told; he pressed the button on which "menu" was written. After that, the screen changed, and what appeared in front of him was a total of six options.

One of them was the profile option. Without looking at the others, Universe clicked onto the profile option, and then the screen changed again. This time, there wasn't any option, but a 3D figure of Universe himself appeared.

On his body, there were several red "x" marks, which indicated defects or some kind of problem in Universe's body.

"Did you see these red marks? This is the reason. You can't cultivate."

Seeing this, Universe was really shocked. "How can I have a problem with my nether region? Seriously, what kind of defective body did I get?"

"Don't worry, host. With me here, you will be fine. Did you forget, you have 1000 MP in your account?"

"Oh... can you tell me how I can use this MP to remove these defects from my body?"

"Of course, host. Just follow my lead. Just choose one of the marks and click on it."

"I already did, and it's saying 'blocked meridians.'"

"Okay, now do you see the '+' and '-' in front of it? Just press on the '+' sign."

"Okay..." Following his mobile's instructions, he pressed the '+' sign, suddenly a set of words appeared.

"Hey, it's saying I will need 10 MP to upgrade it."

Just as Universe clicked on the "OK" button, his body suddenly felt painful, and black-colored substance started to pour out of his body.

"Don't worry, it's impurities in your meridians which are getting cleaned up."

"Go and check again the red markings."

Universe again checked and found that the red marks on his meridians were still there but a little dimmer.

Understanding dawned upon him, and once again Universe did the same process and cleaned his meridians again. After impurities came out again, Universe felt like he could fly. It's like something heavy from his body has been removed.

Checking the profile again, he saw that his meridians had returned to normal yellow in color.

After learning how to fix his body, Universe did the same with the other six red marks, which were his nether region, both of his knees, both of his shoulders, and finally his heart.

Universe spent a total of 140 MP for all of this, but in the end, he felt rejuvenated, and all his previous body problems were solved.

"Thank you, you don't know how much it means to me, Mobile."

"Hey, it's really awkward to call you mobile again and again. How about I give you a name?"

"I thought you wouldn't ask." Mobile replied with a pout.

Universe let out an awkward smile, but after thinking about it, Universe came up with a name.

"Hmm. How about I call you Alfa from now on?"

Alfa was silent for a while then said.

"I like the name, Thank you."

"Young master."

Just as they were talking, a voice came from outside.

"Shi fen, I will be out in a minute. Just wait for a second."

"Okay Alfa, I will talk to you later."

Finished speaking, Universe wore his white robe with silver patterns and walked out.

"What happened Shi fen."

Shi fen was his personal maid, but he thinks of her as a little sister because since childhood they have been together.

She was the only one who is around him since young and knows him better.

"Petriach and mistress are calling you for lunch."

"Oh.." then he remembered that he forgot his lunch until now because of his excitement.

"Okay let's go."

He made his way to his parents' house, and after 5 minutes, he was standing at the door. After knocking twice at the door, his parents called him in.

Walking inside, Universe directly sat beside his mother.

Seeing this, his father couldn't help but ask.

"You always sit beside your mother, why don't you like sitting with me?"

"Father, don't say that, it's just a habit. How about tomorrow, I will sit with you."

His father became happy hearing this and told the maids to serve the dishes.

As they were enjoying their lunch, Universe suddenly said.

"Father and mother, I need to say something."

Both of them stopped and looked toward their son.

"Because of your pill, father, now I can cultivate."

It was out of the blue; they couldn't even process it for a while. But his father suddenly reacted.

"Of course, father, why would I lie to you."

His parents were truly happy for him.

After closing the door of the room, Universe sat on the bed and asked.

"Alfa, I still have 800 or so MP left, do you think it is enough for the next upgrade."

After a while, Alfa replied.

"Just check the other options, and you will know."

Universe opened the menu again and started reading the options one by one.

First was his profile, second was Mobile bank, third was Mobile mall, fourth was Time manipulation, fifth was Comprehension, and the last was Cultivation.

When Universe opened the cultivation option, he saw his avatar was sitting in a meditative position, and on both sides were '+' and '-' signs.

Knowing what to do, Universe pressed the '+' button. Then suddenly a text appeared in front of him.

"For starting the cultivation, host will need 10 MP, do you want to go ahead?" (Yes/no)

Seeing this without hesitation, Universe clicked on 'Yes' and finally started his journey toward the pinnacle of this world.
