Insane greed, 600 blocked chapters, that's like 100 USD to read it. Novel is quite good but nowhere near actual book and you can buy several good books for 100 USD. Don't support super greedy page like this one, it's daylight robbery.

A different kind of cultivation novel. Intense yet light hearted and hilarious. The way the author described it, really bring out the overall charm of this novel.

Pretty nice story. it doesn't really follow the typical xianxia/xuanhuan novels together with modern setting. this is just my cup of tea =D Keep it up and don't drop this =)

One of the funniest novels I've readen so far. The beguining is a bit strange because it seem it will only be a chat and nothing else with lots of new characters. Give it time and it gets better, it all makes sense and it is part of its hilarious plot. The novel is about a college student that is invited into a strange chat group. It is novel about cultivation in modern times and how the protagonist gets his views of the cultivation world crushed by some freak old men, weirdos and new technologies.

Actually I have read all the chapters till thethe recent raws. the chapter 21 cold air immortal box is chapter 158. What about the previous chapters???

[ Read 1634 chapters currently ] CCG currently updates 7 chapters a week or 1 chapter a day; CCG has 3190 chapters. Does that mean it'll take 4 years to translate this novel!?!

I started reading the comics of this book and than switched here to read the novel and to be honest is one of the best book i have read lately. The characters are funny and likeable, the story doesn't revolve around a reincarnated being and an almighty system(just that says a lot about the author ),and even after more than 1500 chapters I'm still waiting restles the daily updates.

Overrated with too much plot armor. Jokes are not funny anymore and when you expect the MC to solve the problems seriously, it becomes a joke and plot armor x1000 activates. Boring and bland.

Boring story with nothing to look forward to. Simple predictable dull mc just kept getting lucky on his generic cultivation path. The chatroom idea is inconceivably stupid, considering human nature of interpersonal relationship. I consider the story so far absolute absence of ******* or any kinds of excitement. I saw occasions that the author tried to create surprises but seriously most, if not all, of them are lame. The story progress ******-mindedly with so little complexity as if it's designed for kids or idiots. Maybe things would get better in mid story, but I can't continue downgrading my intelligence with this kind of novels. For those who enjoy the story, sorry for my harsh comment. For those who haven't started reading, think twice before proceeding.

Its gonna be long so here. 1st part to everyone. Statistics mainly and comments via me by many of my friends. 2nd part to everyone 3rd part message to general readers 4th part message to translators. Honestly i do not wish to spoil anything but to many new readers to this book im just gonna say this. This book really makes you crave for more but has one serious problem just like many others. The premium chaps. Due to the update of premium chaps, the release of regular chapters to people whom do not wish to use stones have stagnated and halted. If you are like me and only spend after the book has been fully released, dont bother reading since i give a rough estimate that this book will end anywhere from 2400 chapters total to slightly over 2500 and if unlucky at about the 3000 mark. I highly doubt that it would go that far but based off the release schedual, i estimate that this book will be finished translation in over 10 years and if unlucky in 16 years. Also if we calculate the stone expense it would sum up to about 22209 stones thats if we consider the current regular chapter release stagnation that looks like will not ever change down the road. Lastly to consider our expenditure, for those who will one shot buy the chapter en mass, it would cost you anywhere from $400 to over $500 considering the book 'rebirth of the legendary guardian' as a prime example of stupidity and angering readers, where the translator will suddenly block all released chapters except the first 100 and turning the last chapters to premium premium chapters, the price of expense can reach to $700 or at 30,000 stones. Hence if we consider hard copied books to digital content in bookstores where the average price is $25 to $80, you get a ratio of where you spend anywhere from $200 to $640 you will have to pay anywhere from 3.5× to 1.1× the price. Ok to be honest i truly support the translator i truly do. He translates the book with his effort and wants readers to read and appreciate it. But please understand that stalling or just ignoring the presence of many readers to only give the things to those whom truly support this book wholeheartedly can result in many of us feeling frustrated and angry just because of this ignorance. So if the translator ever reads this, please know that i am not criticizing you or anything, its just that many readers prefer the regular release schedual where we can read at a comfortable pace and not worry about running out of stones. The previous update where you gave the option to either pay 4 stones or watch an add for the 2 most recent releases could be considered alot more better then now as not only does it let us read at a comfortable pace but also not just stop reading at all due to the aftermath of premium chapters such as stagnation of free releases or greedy bastards that will make everything premium so that they can earn more cash resulting in the displeasure of the audience. So to summarise it off the bet to new readers that wish for a stable release and dont mind premium releases but just a normal release schedual for free chapters, do some math and if after 3rd october 2018 the free chapter release exceeds chapter 481 then by all means read it but after this date and there is little to no updates..... i seriously ask of you to just dont think of reading it and put a note in it to come back in about 10 years to read it when it is near or at completion. But if you really are tempted by all means read it. This last part is to the translators. In regards and representing my association of friends and myself, please add back the regular chapter release rate and stop making us get angrier day by day.

This novel its absolutely amazing and funny. You should give it a try!. The first time that i took this book i didn't really liked, but after a few chapters the story got really interesting. The translation quality and the updating stability is pretty good as well.

This novel physically made me laugh out loud so many times. The story and humor of this novel are tightly written and on point. This my favourite comedy webnovel at the moment. The tranlsator does a fantastic job too!

The official synopsis is quite accurate: boy-next-door with a fortuitous encounter in the form of a random invite to a chat group which becomes his doorway into the world of cultivation. The main character is quite likeable. and do not expect him to get massive power-up from the get go - his progress in cultivation are slow enough to be almost realistic. So far it has mainly been a slice of life novel, narrating his encounters (both fortunate & unfortunate) with very interesting characters. There have been some pretty quirky chapters but it has made it a more interesting read. The translation itself is very good and it is one of the novels that I look forward to the daily updates (which have become more prolific, yay!). Bon roman, avec un excellent public, des personnages drôles mais bien développés (en comptant le fait que l'auteur passe un demi chapitre sur un tel personnage, ce qui est très bien fait) un exemple est le marchand d'esclaves. MC n'est pas super OP au début, mais il a des cadeaux à être dans un futur, il apprend vite, il n'est pas le caractère arrogant, égoïste, repoussant et perverti typique, il est marrant, c'est un bon MC. Une chose qui ne me convainc pas est comment l'auteur s'étire beaucoup pour augmenter la culture du MC, puisque certains le savent (MC passe plus de 700 chapitres pour atteindre le troisième niveau) Mais je fais confiance à cet auteur, j'espère qu'il n'a pas forcé le scènes dans le futur. Eh bien les gars, avec cela, je précise que nous aurons le groupe de discussion de culture pour un bon moment :)

If you are getting bored with the usual cultivation novels out there then try this one. It is set up in a modern world so you can feel quite a connection, unlike those fancy fictional worlds. It is quite comical with the right amount of action but paced a little slow,still worth a good read. Chapters are released everyday at the rate of 6 to 7 chapters a week. Hoping for the release rate to double as the novel has a long road ahead 😃.

This is one of the best cultivation story in my opinion. This story is focusing on the adventure of the MC and his relationship with multitude character. This novel is a thoroughly good read and i recommend it to anyone

Another novel added with 140 chapters missing.................... do you even have plans to retranslate the previous chapters? Can you maybe buy the translations from the previous translator and just edit it? So many options and yet here we are.

I've been a fan of this novel for a while now, And I can say the current translator is just mtling the chapter and edit it, and that makes it worse.
