Chapter 2: The Newbie Starter Gift

When Lin Xuan claimed his starter gift he was very confused. The system said "Congratulations to host for acquiring the Shop of Bloodlines and Body Constitutions".

Lin xuan asked " Isn't the bloodlines and body constitutions already available on the normal system shop''. The system told Lin xuan that in the normal shop on the system can only provide the host with all kinds of martial techniques, footworks, medicine and martial related pills and other things like weapons only. System told Lin xuan that the bloodlines and body constitutions shop is a very rare gift and it only has 0.10 chance of appearing. Since Lin xuan was very lucky he got it. 

Lin xuan was very excited opened the shop. He was devastated when he saw the lowest bloodline available on the shop 'The Heavenly Chaotic Dog bloodline' costs 1 million coins. He asked why the lowest available bloodline's price was very expensive and how to get coins. System told Lin xuan that since the host wanted to reach the peak of immortality, the system only sells things that are of immortal and higher tiers. System told him that he can achieve points by doing system tasks and exchange it for coins. It told Lin xuan that he can get 10 coins for 1 point. Lin xuan asked the system if he can get anything for free since he couldn't afford anything from the system shops and all the tasks assigned by system was quite dangerous with his current level. The system replied " Since host is the only cultivator in the world and he is not in the cultivation world , the host can choose any one thing each from Bloodlines, body constitutions, magic weapons, pills and cultivation technique ". Lin xuan was so happy that he screamed " Hell yeah, the luck is on my side". He then proceeds to choose from the options available to him. 

First was the weapon section. Lin xuan asked the system which is the best weapon suited him the best. The system recommended The 'Primordial weapon' to him. The system tells Lin xuan that the primordial weapon can change into any weapon he wants once he reaches the golden core realm. Until he reaches the golden core he can only choose one form and it stays as the weapon he chooses. System tells him that the primordial weapon merges into his body so it's also very convenient for hiding it from others. Lin xuan chooses the primordial weapon and he decided to select sword as it's form until he reaches golden core. A bright line shines in front of Lin xuan, after some seconds the light dissapears. In front of Lin xuan was a sword.a Dragon and Phoenix pattern was on the bottom of the sword with a glided black crown pattern on the sharp blue sword. When Lin xuan touched the sword it dissapears and a crown tattoo with Dragon and Phoenix surrounding it appeared on his chest. He then chooses Heaven and earth energy gathering pill upon system recommendation . 

Lin xuan asked the system to recommend him a technique for him since he now uses a sword. System recommends him the Ultimate Mastery technique. System tells Lin xuan that the ultimate mastery technique contains 9 techniques. Each technique is for different weapons. The first technique is the Heavenly Dao breaking sword. If mastered to its fullest the host can tear open space and enter the void. The second technique is the Heaven shattering spear. If mastered to its fullest even the weakest attack from it can make a hole through immortal realm and it's strongest attack can shatter heaven and make a hole in the atmosphere and space. The system tells Lin xuan that he can see the other techniques once he masters the first two techniques. He was totally dumbfounded to learn that such technique exists. He decides to leave it at that. Now it was time for bloodline and body constitutions. What he chooses here decides his path until he can obtain a new bloodline and constitutions.
