1 Prologue
The slow electro dance music and the whirl of the disco lights moved her to hum to the music .
While others danced and drank their hearts out ,she held on to a single glass of wine and kept her monolid eyes at one point .
“Hey Rich ! Tell us who's on tonight ? Claudia or Angela ,huh?!”Rich smirked at his friend's words and gulped his last shot of vodka and landed his glass hard on the table .
"No Ken ! Tonight is neither for Claudia or Angela or any other woman because tonight is for a new fish I just spotted .
Cheers ! "He raised his glass for a toast .
“Don't be surprised Ken ,because Richard Yap will never change .
He's every woman's favourite but the irony is that after every night ,all ties are broken with them and they end up in tears ,haha !
Cheers guys ! ”Leo also raised for another toast .
"You are right Leo ,which woman in her sane mind would deny Richard Yap ; CEO of Yap Art Paintings Cooperation !

She's Rich's new fish ,alright ?!

After a while of chit chatting ,Richard decided to make his move on his new fish .
There was no doubt that he was every woman's fantasy and he loved it that way .
Aside from his good-looking features ,he was a complete hedonist and every woman didn't have to last for more than a night in his bed .
"Miss ! Your credit card isn't working so I suggest you pay in physical cash !"The bartender said to the woman who had her hand resting lazily on her chin .

It can't be that over a night ,it has been jammed !
Check it again !”She passed the credit card back to the bartender who tried again and failed .

“Don't worry ,I will take the bill and do well to add it to my bill .

"Judy Hopps !"She said with an elegant smile .
“Umm! Want a drink ?”Richard asked lovingly .
"Sure ! After all ,I owe you for paying my bills for me ,thanks once again Richard ."
“Umm! About that , don't worry ,it was just a chicken change ,hehe !
Waiter ,give us two shots of whiskey !”
"Actually , I'd just have a glass of lemonade !
Hope there's no problem with that ?!"
“Of course not ! Waiter ,two shots of lemonade for the beautiful lady and I !”Richard ordered .
"You ordered lemonade too ? You shouldn't have done that Richard ,you should drink to your choice !
Anyways ,cheers ! " She raised a toast to him .
“I respect a lady's choice , actually Judy !
Cheers ! ”He also raised a toast .
“So sup ?! I haven't seen you here before !
I mean , I mostly spend my nights here but I haven't seen such a young beautiful lady like you here before .
Your beauty is bewitching ! ”Richard said drawing closer to her .
“Do you want us to get on it tonight ,Judy ?
I promise you that your night would be worth remembering each night .”Richard tried stealing a kiss from her but was pushed back slowly until she pinned him to the edge of the bartender's table .

Ha! Waiter ,a bottle of whiskey !”He ordered .
Once Jodi got to the headquarters ,she changed into her trousers with a plain top and a trench coat .
Wearing a pair of lace-up shoes ,she carried her gun in the holsters of her belt and reported to her boss .
"Sir! "She saluted attentively .
“Sit down detective ! ” Detective Ian Coony, who appears to be Jodi's boss, said .
“I must compliment you for your bravery today detective Sta.Maria .
I want you to know that this job isn't going to be easy at all .
It'd take bravery , astuteness and a burning passion to run this race .
I just want to know if you are indeed ready because I just received a message from the Head of the CIDG and he has put before me that we have just thirty days to complete this mission .
Reason being that the increased crime rate of Yap Art Paintings Cooperation is getting out of hand . It's rapidly getting through all the continents .
Detective Jodi Sta.Maria ,if you are able to bring to us Richard Yap within thirty days ,then you'd be promoted to being a senior detective from an underground detective .
All you need to do is to provide us with solid evidence that indeed ,over the past three decades ,Yap Art Paintings Cooperation smuggles and sells illegal art crafts and archaeological discoveries .
Once we have all the evidence ,we will be able to proceed in filing an arrest warrant against Richard Yap .
So one more time detective ,are you ready to run this race ?!”Detective Ian Coony asked, looking into Jodi's eyes fiercely .
"I'm more than ready sir ! I will go through hell if it takes to bring Richard Yap before the law !''Jodi said with a burning fury in her eyes .
