From what Erix read from the wiki he doesn't seem to have read the full Light Novel or rather hasn't caught up, unlike his knowledge with the Web Novel. Anyways what he knows, Masayuki, known at the time as just Rudra, was born millennia ago as a prince of the Nasca Kingdom with the ambition to unite the entire world.
At some point, he was taken under the tutelage of Veldanava, who trained him to be a Chosen Hero that could rival Guy Crimson. Over the course of the many years of his training, he obtained both the Unique Skill Chosen One and the Ultimate Skill Uriel.
He was also blessed by the Elementals and their Queen, awakening as a True Hero sometime after. Before his first confrontation with Guy, Veldanava approached him and proposed that they trade Ultimate Skills, his Uriel for Veldanava's Michael. Rudra accepted the offer and received Michael, a skill better suited for his dream of unifying the world.
He set out on an expedition to the Ice Continent, taking his sister Lucia and the woman he fell in love with, Velgrynd, along with him. When they arrived at the Palace of White Ice, he dropped any pretenses of an honorable duel and promptly demanded Guy to hand over all their valuables.
He had no intention of killing Guy, only wishing to deal with him to gain the support of the rest of humanity as well as Guy himself. In the duel that followed he was unable to get an edge in on Guy, even with the Holy Field and Holy Blade spells cast by his sister combined with his immense swordsmanship.
Guy simply analyzed his movements and copied his every move, only making the demon lord stronger as their fight went on. Even Michael, and the immense power it possessed, wasn't enough for him to achieve victory. The skill had yet to accept him as its new master and he could only control its power for an extremely short duration.
From there, he frequently undertook expeditions to rematch Guy, with no decisive winner ever arising between the two. Back at home, Lucia and Veldanava's romance blossomed and resulted in the birth of his niece Milim.
With Veldanava now bearing a mortal life span and living a normal life, Rudra strived more than ever to unite the world and give their family a life of peace. In this vein, he decided to change the nature of his match with Guy.
The two of them directly fighting each other would never go anywhere, so he proposed that they duke it out using their subordinates as a proxy, the winner being able to claim rule over the entire world. However, this ideal wasn't something that was fated to last.
The unexpected death of Veldanava and his sister drove him into a deep depression, one that the will residing within Michael was able to exploit to slowly twist Rudra's heart into a cold and heartless puppet.
The next two thousand years were a constant internal battle between him and Michael, one that exhausted his physical body and forced him to reincarnate over and over, losing pieces of his soul every time due to the strain. Over time he lost more and more pieces of himself, even his status as a Chosen Hero, until he was eventually taken over and killed by Michael.
His lover Velgrynd, empowered by Rimuru Tempest and Ciel, set out to gather all of his soul fragments that had spread across time and space in various worlds. She gathered every fragment, piece by piece, living alongside dozens if not hundreds of versions of Rudra until only one remained.
In the presence of the young Japanese high-schooler, Masayuki Honjou, all of the soul fragments flew toward him of their own will. The instant that the fragments merged with Masayuki, the sudden return of his powers created a counter-force that sent the young boy across time and space, with him returning to the Central World.
However, due to him returning before the death of his previous self, large parts of his soul, including his memories, laid dormant. He was left with only the pieces that his past self had lost, namely his status as a Chosen Hero and the Unique Skill Chosen One.
'Velgrynd is certainly a loyal spouse, I wish I could have her. Perhaps I can absorb Masayuki and Rudra becoming him but then Milim would be an awkward addition to my harem.' Erix thought to himself knowing that Velgrynd in the light novel is too loyal to Rudra to abandon him.

Erix's status is not mortal and morals don't apply to him. Though, having his daughter join would be another story entirely.
"That aside, I'm more eager to gain his skill.' Erix planned on plundering his skill if he had the chance and even gaining Michael if he ever decided to head to the Eastern Empire.
'Putting that aside, I wonder what I should do for today.' Erix recalled that most of the residents of the Jura Forest are currently in the process of considering giving their servitude to him. He wanted to visit the Kusha mountains and meet up with the Tengu accompanied by Shion, Shuna, and Yuina.
At the moment, most of the Primordial had been given the task of gathering more forces under them since from what Erix recalled had some cult following, especially former Vert, Misery.
Some of their descendants remain in Tempest as they were needed in case when another force arrived. Though, the likely scenario that would ever happen was still best that he played it safe for his people. That remains in the kingdom were Vermeil, Melascula, and a few daemons that followed the other primordial during Erix's summons.
'What do you girls suggest for me to do? Visit the Age of Gods Dungeons or Visit 'Earth' hoping to find something entertaining.'
He thought to himself curious how the earth in this verse differs from his own considering there are many changes happening that he is hoping to find something interesting. Though, he's leaning toward checking the dungeons to acquire new things, especially information.
[ I would choose the 'Earth' because Thou art still on break and our expansion is stable enough. The only thing we need to do is wait until our schedule of meeting up with other denizens of Jura Forest. ] Arryn suggested and indeed as Erix is currently free as most of his tasks are done by his servant from the Kijin, formerly Ogre.
Yuina and Shuna handle them settling down while the former had been given the task of helping with the product of clothing. There are summon monsters that produce high quality and durable silk that is also flexible enough to create clothing. From Yggdrasil, they would normally drop their silk as an item that they then use for crafting.

This way, you can use it to gain human favors. } Amaia added reminding Erix that humans wouldn't take the monster nation kindly therefore the cooperation of the hero that allied with the monster would allow the human citizen to feel at ease.
'True, but Youm can cover for me later considering he'll be a nice asset to be another territorial vessel if a human kingdom decided to attack.' Erix leaned on his chair as he did not plan on taking Mjurran from him and preferred to use them as servants instead.
[ That surprising thee would leave a woman alone. ] Arryn expected his master to take Mjurran to his ever-growing harem of women.

'Seriously? Sure I do use some charm to lure women but only those that caught my interest and she isn't one of them.'
Erix gave a simple explanation and didn't try to elaborate besides showing his disinterest. He brainwashes women to save them from their fate a lot faster and lets their bond strengthen naturally once he gets their interest. He's not that self-centered and egocentric.
'I wonder who I should take with me in starting my campaign on Earth.'
Erix rubbed his chin considering that it would be nice to have humans from Earth use their knowledge in expanding and improving the technology of Earth but avoid the disaster of pollution. He decided to have two Daemons accompany him instead since they'll be useful in tempting Humans.
"Vermeil, Melascula." He said and the two appeared in front of him and kneel in front of him.
"You call, Master?" Both spoke at the same time and Erix stood up from his chair.
"I am currently curious about dimensional travel and see if I could bring you two to test it." Erix is curious if it would affect them when they travel towards Earth and later to Gourmet Verse. He wants to go on earth and have a Korean Kitchen as well as BBQ as he was craving it ever since he reincarnated on Overlord Earth as his other life in Real Earth was someone who enjoyed their food.
