Okay, I'll stand up, I removed my cover clothes and swipe off my alarm

I sincerely hate standing up from my bed ,I mumbled as I walk into the bathroom half awake.

My name is Preciousgift , I am 18 years old .

I am the only child of my parents ,well , I was raised by my mom.

she said she doesn't know dad's whereabouts.

Funny right? IKR.

I was forced to raise my voice at her, when she said that ,but she went on reminding me of how she raised me alone without my dad and how good I am without him.

I was bored of listening to the story,so I stopped asking about dad.

It's the beginning of a new session, and I am sure it gonna be a hectic day.

I attend Obafemi Awolowo University Ile _Ife.

I stay off campus, and also,I am studying Physiology.

I hurried out of the bathroom and wore one of the clothes I bought while we went shopping during the holiday.

I rushed to the kitchen,microwaved my food ,ate and rushed too school.

K2, a short girl screamed and engulfed me in a hug.( K2 ,is the name of one of my favorites Korean movie ,I so much love the K2 guy ,my friend literally started calling me K2 since they know I wouldn't stop blabbering about the movie)

I missed you, Faith.

Faith,a short ,dark skinned girl ,did I forget to add beautiful? I dare not.

she's one of the gifts OAU gave me during Orientation week.

Fortunately,we are in thesame department.

Let's sit at the back,I don't want any lecturer to start asking me what I read during the holiday.

Faith said dragging me to the back.

Faith,I called ,you are short ,you sure won't be able to see anything from the back ,I said, laughing at her.

Just for today babe,I didn't read up on those courses we are offering this semester.

I was about to reply when the lecturer came in .

Good morning , students,I am Prof. Ajayi, I will take you PSG 205.

I know you have all seen the courses you are meant to take this semester,and I am sure you read up on them.

No,the students chorused.

Really,so what were you doing during the holiday? He asked with a stern look.

I watched hell out of movies,talk of any latest 2021 Netflix movie,I watched em all.A girl replied from the back,not far from where I was sitting.

The students started mentioning different title of movies and she was replying them with "WATCHED".

Quiet,the lecturer roared.

The lecture hall went quiet immediately.

I am so disappointed in you all,I thought we still have students who cares about increasing their CGPA,not bunch of idiots.

Some students started murmuring ,Quiet !!

Mr Ajayi ,roared again.

A hand went up and soon the class turned to who it was.

A tall guy ,fair in complexion stood up and soon some students started murmuring again.

What do you have to say ,young lad? Mr Ajayi asked .

I read up on PSG 205,it deals with the study of blood.

It's function , components and others.

He went on explaining and that's where it started.

CRIME 101;I fell for him at first sight.

I didn't know he is a student of Physiology,I whispered to Faith when the boy was done.

Faith looked at me and shrug ,me either.

The lecturer commended him and made him the course rep for PSG 205 before giving us some topics to read up before next lecture.
