28 Is it from Darren?

"Yes, I also really want to answer his call. There are certain things I have to straighten out," said Celine.

When she finally wanted to answer that phone call, it turned out that the connection had been lost.

"Well ... You lost the chance of answering Darren's phone calls. Even though it's just a second you are late before pressing the answer button."

"You were the one who asked me to talk, why are you even scolding me now," Celine didn't want to admit that she was wrong.

"Yes, sorry. I thought you would not want to answer Darren's phone calls, so I gave you a little push so that you won't hate him too much," said Nayla.

"Gosh ... How could I hate him. I can at least shift the hate onto other people," Celine defended herself.

"Well, you can always call him back. Because this time you are the one who was late to answer his call." Nayla dominated, as if she really wanted to sue Celine.

"What? I don't want to! Just leave it for when he calls me, then I'll answer the phone. Now I don't want to." Celine tried to sell her point hard.

When Nayla wanted to retort her friend. Celine's cell phone vibrations stopped her.

"Woooo ... Another incoming call. It seems that the President's son doesn't want to stop," teased Nayla.

"Not an incoming call, but the vibration of an incoming message notification."

When she saw the name of the contact who had sent her the message, Celine's heart shook;  beating strong without any reason. In fact, everything that was concerned with name Darren always managed to make Celine's heart tremble violently. As if to show that the vibrations of her heart were only aimed for Darren alone.

 Yes, Darren owned that heart.

"Hey, you just went into daze again! See what's in the message?" scolded Nayla.

It seemed that she was waiting to find out the contents of the message.

"It's from Darren, right? That's for sure!" Nayla answered the question that was asked herself.

"What the heck! Why do you immediately think that it's a message from Darren? As if the only contact in my cell phone belongs to him," said Celine.

"Huuu ... If it's not from Darren, that means you have an affair? Gosh... Women are so bad! You have insulted Darren Theodore's sincere love." Nayla deliberately spoke in a loud tone. Even so, the people surrounding their desks remained ignorant.

Seeing Nayla's outrageous action, Celine couldn't possibly stay silent. Celine covered Nayla's mouth with new found agility,  "Nay, hey ... Stop it! People will hear, how could you shout like that? I could be hunted by an office full of people because of your hoax news! Vincent Theodore is currently hot in public discussion! If you mention Darren's clan so clearly, danger will be stalking me! My peaceful life will be gone, already!"

"Haaa? Hoax? So your love is a hoax? Then what did those tears mean?"

Nayla was getting even worse. She was annoyed to see Celine who was lying to her own heart.

"Never mind, nothing is important. Come on, let's go to the canteen. I'm very hungry." Celine grabbed Nayla's hand randomly.

"Woooo ... A packed lunch! Who brought it? Darren?" Nayla asked when she saw the paper bag, Celine was carrying.

"What the heck! Darren, Darren, and Darren always come out of your lips. Maybe you like him much more, huh?"

"Eiii ... Ha ... Ha ... Are you jealous?" teased Nayla.

 Celine just pursed her lips.

"Some are sore but don't bleed," added Nayla.

Celine didn't respond to that. Even though she occasionally threw one or two annoyed looks at Nayla, who always teased her, she just continued walking without responding.

"It must be from Darren, right, the packed food?" Nayla repeated asking.

"No, Nay. From my papa, he brought it for me."

"Haa ...? Your father? How come?"
