He was aware that Ho Min Lin had liked her when they were in highschool but he always treated her as a friend and he knew that her heart actually beating for Tan Ji Nan, she was just denying it at the early stage of their adolescent life. 

"But thanks for breaking my heart. If you didn't I would have not realized that l already had a gem while I was trying to pick the rock!" Ho Min Lin asked and laughed at her own jokes.
