The next day.
Everyone was in the gym for the inauguration of the new student council president.
Nagumo made an announcement about how things were going to change and how the school would become more individual based rather than class focused.
Syl yawned. This was pretty boring, it was just like any other school announcement.
When the assembly ended Syl walked over to Chabashira.
"Sensei~ I have a question!"

Syl scowled quickly before returning back to normal. "My angel is fine! Why? Is someone jealous?"
Chabashira furrowed her brow. "Chie has been in a bad mood lately." She mumbled.

She fell to the floor with a permanent smile and a nose bleed.
Syl arrived at class and everyone was surrounding Kushida's desk.
A bunch of words were etched into the desk.

She was staring at her desk crying.
Horikita shot Syl a glare as if to say. 'Too far'
But Syl was just as confused as anyone else! He had no clue what was happening! He had nothing to do with this!
Then he saw one more thing etched into the desk.

Syl shrank back in fear and gulped.

They did this just cause she was dating Syl?!

Syl went over to comfort Kushida, who started crying into his chest.
Eventually class started and Chabashira asked the class who they wanted to attack in the exam.
Syl raised his hand.
"It's rare to hear from you, Syl. What is your suggestion?"
Syl stood up. "I think we should attack class B, Ichinose's class. Right now this is the best option because Ryuuen will use another dirty trick and Sakayanagi's class was originally class A and is the best at academics. I think it's between class A and B and facing Ichinose is much better than Ryuuen. What do you guys think?"
The class nodded along.
"Yeah."
"Makes sense."
"I don't want to go against Ryuuen again."
Horikita analyzed the class's responses.
She stood up. "Then is anyone against attacking class B?"
Kushida hesitated for a moment before deciding not to speak up.
The next day.
Class D found out that they would be facing Class B as both classes wanted to attack each other.
It turns out Class A tried to attack them too but because both Class D and B had mutual ideas they got left out.
That night Syl got a call from someone.
"Kukuku. Are you running away? Trying to protect X?"
Syl rolled over in his bed and pulled the hood off the hood of his onesie as he ate a lollipop.
"You think I'd run away from my captain? Never! I just need to take care of something." Syl replied lightheartedly.
Ryuuen chuckled. "Albert was glad we didn't have to face you again."
Syl smiled. "Me too! Love that guy!"

Syl made a gagging noise.
Ryuuen laughed. "I hear they're calling you Azazel."
Syl sighed. "Apparently I made her become a fallen angel or something? I don't know, I'm not too caught up on the lore of angels."
"Can't say I am either."
Syl chuckled. "Is that all?"
"I just wanted to make sure you weren't helping X run away."
Syl laughed. "Don't worry, I think you'll meet that bastard pretty soon."
Ryuuen laughed. "I know."
He hung up.
Syl sighed and lay back down in his bed.
He looked at his computer in his room and sighed.
"How exhausting."
