When the people heard Feng Zhen was going to participate the imperial entrance examination, they were all shocked.

Immediately, Queen hou dan said hastily "Zhen'er, Don't be impulsive"

"There are my daughter, do I need permission to talk with my daughters?" asked Queen hou dan as she knitted her brow.

As he saw the change in his mother's reaction, he retreated and kept quiet.

"That's more like it. It's good you still know whose in charge" said Queen hou dan as she lightly laughed.

"Huh!" both Zhao Xuan and Shen guan mei were startled when they heard Queen hou dan calling to them, yet they followed.

When the people saw how authoritative Queen hou dan was towards Feng Zhen. Some felt sorry for him, while some mocked him in there whispers.

"Being the prince doesn't mean his only below the Emperor and above all, hahaha..."

"Look at the prince, he looked like someone who had his treasures stolen from his face. Hahaha..."

After some few minutes, Zhao Xuan and Shen guam mei came back.

But when Feng Zhen went to talk to them, they snorted and ignored him.

'What just happened' thought Feng Zhen in puzzlement.

Afterwards, Feng Zhen and his group bid farewell to Queen hou dan and her guards.

Then Feng Zhen and his group entered the imperial city.
