Uh… I willed the jets to appear and watched in awe as several panels of sorts opened up to release 4 jets in total. They upped my acceleration massively, but just as it said, I couldn't use them for long. Rocket punch acquired! Continue explaining the mutations.

Holy OP… I wanna test it all!
Acid: Caused the water to explode- yet still melted an underwater rock tower.
Fire: Whole lotta steam, yet strong enough to make the ground red hot… and burn my mouth a bit. More importantly, the fire was more like napalm, and stuck to anything it touched.
Liquid Nitrogen: Hahaha no. I'm not dumb enough to test that here and end up freezing my face underwater. I instead poked my head above water and fired it into the distance… and created a giant iceberg. Neat.
Plasma shot: A single shot and the iceberg now had a giant hole in the middle as the rest rapidly melted. My teeth feel like they're close to melting or shattering- note to self: don't use ultra hot attacks directly after freezing attacks.
Alright… What's next?

How does this work with Battery-Powered? I tested it out, and to my great surprise I can create bursts of electricity at regular intervals… which can then be absorbed by Battery-Powered. Then after a short break I can do it again. Aside from feeling a bit hungry, it doesn't really cost much effort, and it allows me to charge my battery (literally) to use for future big attacks!
I wonder if I'd be able to survive going through the breach yet? With this new ability I at least have a lot more firepower… I can tell that the plasma shot I let out is already capable of hurting me… so how strong would it be when boosted? I reckon strong enough to 1-shot weaker Kaijus. And there should be a lot more kaiju on the other side… which basically means it's a giant buffet waiting for me. Now I'm hungry…
*Sniff*
Hmmm… what's that wonderful smell? A meal delivering itself to me?
I swam around the nearby pillars and headed toward the snack which seemed to be getting closer- ending up with me poking my head around a corner and spotting Gipsy Danger and another Jaeger heading in my direction.
Ah, so they're trying to nuke the breach already? But what smells so… It's Gipsy Danger?! And the other Jaeger? Is it because of the Nuclear-Powered mutation?
Tasty as they smell, they've not made it onto my shitlist yet, so I'll refrain from eating them… not to mention I wouldn't want to attempt to eat a nuke, I'm tough… but I don't know if I'm that tough.
Ah damn, I've been spotted. Well… I'm not really that afraid of them- both due to my speed and newfound power. I come out from behind the pillar and just eyeball the 2… they seem so much smaller now. I'm on all fours, which should make me have to look up to see their face… but I'm not, my heads actually on level with them despite my hunched posture.
Both Jaegers get ready for a fight, but I just snort at them before turning around and fading into the inky darkness of the surrounding ocean. I'm still aware of them of course… Even if I can't eat them, I'm not above using them as bait for other Kaiju. And this time, that other Category 5 isn't gonna be going anywhere other than my stomach!
Ah, I nearly forgot… didn't they need a kaiju brain to drift with? Uh… gorilla bois was soup, and mothers… might be intact? Eh… it should be fine.
As both Jaegers got closer to the breach, I was able to catch glimpses of the 2 kaiju circling them- The first had a long body covered in scales… or plating? With a long snout and streamlined form, gonna dub that one Croc. And the other had… a lot. Fucker looks like a mishmash of random shit- it's got the pointy head for stabbing, a large horn on either side of the head curving downward and forward, presumably for goring, has massive arms with large claws similar to gorilla boi and also has a smaller set of extra arms underneath. Yeah I'm gonna call it Ugly Bastard.
Oh… that'd be Slattern coming through. Yeah I remembered his name, he was originally my favorite Kaiju… now you can guess who's number 1. Anyway, Slattern, the big bugger with tentacles, was coming up from the breach, and I could see how the Yaegers stiffened up in response- along with the one up the front unfolding the blades on its arms.
Of course Ugly Bastard took this opportunity to try and sneak attack Gipsy Danger… an attack that it failed might I add- with it being caught and put into a headlock very quickly. Now in the original story, Croc comes in from the side and takes off Gipsy's arm, evening the odds for Ugly Bastard.
But not this time. As Gipsy raised its other arm in preparation to use the sword to kill Ugly Bastard, and as Croc was coming in to grab it- I took this opportunity to slam into Crocs back and push it down into the silt.
Surprise Motherfucker!
I wound my tail around Crocs, along with grabbing its 2 front limbs with my own and biting the back of his neck. Get in my belly! Croc was thrashing around quite a bit, but without propulsion from the tail, it couldn't even begin to hope to stop me. I'm a whole tier higher, an entire weight class heavier, and very quickly found out that I'm a hell of a lot stronger.
After a brief struggle, and quite a few bites, I'd carved a hole in the back of Crocs head that was large enough to grant me access to his spine- which I grabbed and snapped as he went limp. The short period of time dealing with Croc hadn't left me unaware of my surroundings- as I noticed how Ugly Bastard had died… rather easily, having his entire head severed. Pathetic. And Gipsy was helping the other Jaeger fight off Slattern.
I chowed down on Croc as fast as I could, all the while keeping an eye on the big battle. They were… getting their asses handed to them by Slattern. Granted, they never took any fatal hits due to their teamwork, but they also couldn't deal any massive damage to him either. I mean he did shrug off a nuke originally, so I guess it tracks.
Slattern already tried calling for assistance, but both of the other Kaiju were dead, And I'd only given a call back to tell him to bugger off. I was enjoying my meal right now. Croc tasted like… BBQ ribs? If they were crunchy. Closest thing I can compare to honestly, and it was damn good.
Aaaandd, Crocs done.

Hold that for later then, I have a squid… hammerhead… kaiju? To catch.
Also… I now have a mini mouth in my mouth, and also have deadly blood… and am an alien. I'd call myself a Xenomorph ripoff, but I don't have a dildo for a head, and by god I hope I never will.
Anyway, the only massive difference after Croc, was that my tail lengthened to account for just over half of my total body length. And considering my tail was basically a third limb… well, I'm very happy to say the least.
Off topic, let's check on the main battle.
Well… seems like both sides actually managed to make a bit of headway- Slattern is missing a tail and has a few cuts along his chest and arms, while Gipsy is missing an arm, and the other Jaeger has a hole in their chest.
Before getting involved, I make sure to eat Gipsy's severed arm-

The blades release from my wrists and flop around for a moment before all of the sections combine and harden into a solid piece. I could probably kill Slattern using my other abilities, but using a big ass sword is a lot easier.
I swim around the fighting trio, and position myself behind Slattern. I wait for him to rough the Jaegers up a bit more… and pounce just before he can finish Gipsy off.
*SLAM*
I forcefully push Slattern away from the Jaegers and jam both of my swords into his shoulders. Unlike Croc, this bastard's actually bigger than me, heavier than me, and unless I'm wrong, tougher to boot.
Not that it matters as much with the element of surprise, but credit where it's due, he was actually putting up a damn good fight. I could feel my singular tail grabbing and pinning one of his, while his remaining one kept scratching my back. His legs were also still intact and with them he was able to start thrashing around and began slamming me into the ground and nearby rocks.
But it wouldn't be enough, Just like Croc, I was using my jaws to tear chunks out of his back- I wasn't as tall and so couldn't reach his head, but with my new, stronger jaws, I could deal plenty of damage regardless.
Bite and sever, then new inner jaw drags to swallow. Stab and pierce with the blades. All of it over and over and over.
It actually took a few minutes before he began to slow down- during which time I always made sure to pay attention to the Jaegers, who were watching the battle and no doubt waiting to get involved and kill the winner- AKA me.
Not today! Once Slattern stopped giving as much resistance, I activated my jump jets and began pushing us both away. The Jaegers must've realized pretty quickly what was going on, since they started heading for us… But it had bought me enough time- as Slattern completely ceased fighting as I managed to fire a plasma shot into the pit of his back- creating a hole large enough to drive a bus through.
Then it was just a matter of playing keep away while I dragged his corpse around. Haha, bon appetit!
My jaws had some trouble with him, he was a tough bastard after all- hence why it took so long to make a hole in his back. But I made a determined effort over the course of the next few minutes, as the corpse got smaller and I got bigger. Again I felt like I should have been disgusted at eating raw entrails, but I just… didn't. And ain't that a small mercy.
At least he tasted like Teriyaki eel- even the texture was right, with his skin being rather rubbery. Thankfully (for them) the Jaegers gave up when it became clear that, even when hauling Slattern around, I was still quite a bit faster than them- which means pretty much instantly. And instead, went to grab the corpse of Ugly Bastard.
Ah, so they still figured out that they need a Kaiju corpse? Mothers brain must've been intact after all. Thanks to whatever granted me this system, other than ripping and a bit of chewing, I didn't need to slow down when eating at all. And so by the time the Jaegers were overlooking the breach, I'd finished off Slattern, and uh… hot damn.

I didn't bother to look at my status- too preoccupied with the burning pain of my new mutations, both during and after they had taken effect.
The pain of what I assume is my new and upgraded senses was probably the worst in both cases, as suddenly I could smell and sense damn near everything around me- even things as small as random crustaceans under the sand. And it felt like ants were eating my sinuses while it was being created.
The Fused Arms mutation was also just… horrifically painful- forcing me to quickly grow a second set of arms below my current ones, before forcefully fusing them together. Yeah my new set of arms were stronger, but dammit could it not have just been 'extra strong arms' or something? At least my wings weren't as small (proportionally speaking) anymore.
Split tail wasn't as bad… but that's like saying you don't feel a stab to the leg when you're going headfirst into a woodchipper. My already long tail, split halfway up into 3 separate ends- 1 basically being my original tail and pincer, and the other 2 being slightly smaller versions of it.
I'm already getting excited over the potential benefits this will grant in battle…
I had to shake my head and force myself to ignore it- I can enjoy the benefits later, right now, I have to reach the Breach before they close it.
The other- okay you know what, I'm gonna call the other Jaeger Honda Civic. Honda Civic had just jumped into the hole with the corpse of Ugly Bastard, and sucked for them, but they were sinking down, while I could just rapidly swim ahead and reach it before them. I even gave them a little wave on the way down.
I didn't mind if they destroyed the portal to Earth, I just wanted to be a ways off before it happened.
Swimming through the portal and seeing the other side was absolutely psychedelic, and out of curiosity I took a bite out of one of the giant, petal looking leafs that shifted around as I went past.
"CRONCH"
Okay, it's not… bad. Like boiled cabbage in fact, but the texture is like aloe vera mixed with bubblegum. Slimy and chewy- I just gave up on it after a few minutes and spat it back out.
Oh, and I saw Honda Civic appear a ways off behind me- time to speed this up. I flew as fast as I could and emerged from the other end- seeing an entire facility… full of hundreds, if not thousands, of gestating and partially formed Kaeju.
Wha-?
I didn't know this was here! I thought it'd be like 5 tops! I shouldn't have let the Honda Civic in! I regretfully had to fly as fast as I could away from the facility regardless, as I saw the Jaeger clear the final leaves as 2 escape pods shot off of the back.
There better be some more!
