283 His Favorite Place in the World

Qian Meng was on the edge since she came home. When she was with Mo Qingchen, the feeling of being watched, the feeling that someone was going to pop out from the corner wasn't so intense.

When Mo Qingchen offered her snacks, she told him that she had tired from work and wanted to take a nap. Mo Qingchen wasn't as free as he had made himself out to be. He had been getting so many calls while he drove that Qian Meng knew he was downplaying it. 

She excused herself to their room, hoping Mo Qingchen would take the time to finish his work. She didn't want to sleep, so she ended up lounging in bed and watching a television series. 

She didn't realize that she had fallen asleep until she was awoken by the shifting of the bed as it dipped down on Mo Qingchen's side. She opened her eyes slowly, sighing as she blinked away the fog of sleep.
