Test Results..

I was nearing the age of 4, when the Emperor visited our mansion personally one last time, to check if my mana core showed an element or not

If i even had a mana core, not to mention an element..

In the world of Finis, there is this strange Stone like thing called Teneo, that could absorb a portion of a persons mana, if u release some into it, while putting your hand over the Stone.

And depending on your mana, the stone will change colours to the corresponding element that you have.

The stupid thing with the stone is that if you are over 4 years of age, it will not react to the mana of the individual...

Why you would ask?

Well it's a stone that can contain mana.. a small portion of mana, like... REALLY SMALL

If you pour at least a little bit more than that the stone can contain.

It will simply explode.

It was calculated that until your age reaches 4, your mana reserves, which are pathetically small of course, the Teneo stone can easily contain the mana poured into it.

If you are over 4, your mana starts growing and the stone cannot contain it anymore.

Easy to understand? ..yeah it is

Everything in this world has mana, even if its not noticeable it surely does.

Same with humans of course.

Everyone has at least a little of it.

Me? I have it too.... i hope.. CAUSE ITS FUCKIN UNNOTICEABLE TO THIS DAY....

BUT, maybe.. MAYBE today is the day that my mana and my AWESOME element finally shows?

HAHAHA

That's what i thought that day, unfortunately it ended up entirely different from the wanted test results..

Although I tried to pour the mana that i have into the stone... the stoned never reacted, it never changed colours.

I don't remember what happened that day after the test, because all i could think of was how talentless I am.

Returning to the current day,

My father never gave up on me, and believes to this day that some kind of power will definetly show up sooner or later.

So he trains me and doesn't let me slack off whatsoever.

"Nooo, you have to hold the spear like that when you perform this move!"

"Watch your footwork!"

"Less unnecessary movement!"

"Why are you swinging that sword as if you are trying to catch a fly!"

"Good, now attack me full force!"

"Why are you rolling on the ground so much, stand up!"

He didn't show his son any mercy....

And this continued nearly every day until i fell exhausted and couldn't move a single limb.

And the days when I am not training, my mother taught me the Empires History, about politics and sometimes my father also joined to teach me about war tactics, which i found pretty interesting.

Mona even showed me how to cook and clean, just so, if anything, i would know how to take care of myself. Even though we have servants and maids in this mansion... well i guess extra knowledge won't harm me.. is

She also taught me about ethics and how to behave myself in front of people with, be it with a higher status person or be it with a lower status person.

My parents taught me pretty much everything you would need to know even the most unnecessary things.

Basically i won't need to go to an academy to learn anything, because kids the same age as me are already left behind compared to me... knowledge wise... well if we are talking about dueling and fighting then i still am superior... but dueling and fighting WITH ELEMENTS?! ... hehe next question?

Yeah, as you can see, i have no need to go to an academy

'yeah, but don't you want to make friends with kids your age?'

No... no i do not.

And if you don't remember, i have memories of my past life.

We all might be the same age physically, but definetly not mentally.

I see them all as little kids, and kids are a drag..

Anyways, be it any other 6 year old... I don't even know what would have happened with him or her..

From what I understood by living with my parents..

But they love their son, but sometimes it seems just a little too much..

NO NEED TO TORTURE ME ALL DAY EVERYDAY!

(Today I am going to experience this Hell once again) i think with a wierd smile on my face, while going to the training grounds, where my father Adam is already training.

I arrive at the training grounds and look at Adam performing insane moves with his shadow ability.

I rarely see him train using his shadow element, but when i do,... its absolutely astonishing.

He is throwing knives made from his shadow element at targets far away in every direction while he is dressed with weights and is currently upside down standing on one arm.

..Training maniac... I hope i never become like him..

Every little knife thrown, reaches its target right into the center of it and only a few not completely reaching or entirely missing because of the bends and turns needed to reach the target.

But one of them slips out and flies right at me.

But I cannot dodge in time.

My Father notices this, when the knife is a few inches away from my face, he teleports into the knives shadow.

But the moment he reached the place to deflect and absorb the knife back.

Suddenly some kind of barrier bursts out of me and pushes Adam away from me and the knife simply returns to the shadows.
