System 'Upgrade'

Somewhere far away in a palace on a floating island,

"AO!" Morai shouted stepping into the palace.

Hearing no response she repeated, "AO!"

"WHAT?!" Ao appeared near her and then rubbed his eye, while still being sleepy.

"I lost the connection!" Morai panicked walking side to side, forwards and backwards.

"What connection? What do you even mean?" Ao asked as if not really interested in the subject.

"I lost the connection to HIM!" Morai said.

"Him?" Ao stopped rubbing his eye and stared at her. "Unlucky you I guess.." And walked away.

"Why are you acting as if you don't care at all? He was your best friend for god's sake.." Morai looked at her brother in disbelief.

"Yeah he WAS, now even if that kid has a fraction of his soul, he is still an entirely different Identity, he is not him. So I don't see a reason for me to be worrying for a mortal I don't know and don't even want to know" Ao explained his thoughts leaving his sister speechless.

'I guess I will have to go there without your help... hmph' She thought and turned around. Nobody else knew what she was about to do, except herself.

Kiara and I returned to the Capital, killing several different Beasts and Creatures on the way. After we reported back to the adventurers guild and got some surprised faces, we received the rewards that were given to the reception prior by the commission's commissioner. The Reward was surprisingly 200 Gold Coins which is not a small amount one can simply take out of their pockets if they aren't a noble or has a high position in the Empire.

I Decided that there was no reason for me to wear a mask anymore, I am already at the 3rd Order and stronger than anyone in my category by a lot.

Oh right I forgot to tell about that..

So basically after absorbing another batch of beasts bodies and their cores, that tried to devour us both(me and Kiara) I too evolved into the Third Order With my main Element, The Space Element.

And Krásue after checking the system told me how stupid its designed. And asked me why I can't just 'combine' the skills that have the same prior element into one Controlling skill, for example Fire Control, it would be way easier to fight and the upgrade function I have would be much easier and not so tiring.

If I want to naturally upgrade, for example, Fire control skill, I can practice with it, finding new uses for it, and not create new skills, Krásue said that it's inefficient, In the Hell realm nobody does that.

And any existing Element skills would still be there but all combined into one, still usable when fighting or something like that.

Anyways, this is how Krásue, let's say, upgraded my system.

My control and knowledge of elements, especially fire type, were broadly greater than before I visited that temple.

My experience in combat, although not from my own adventures were also far greater than before.

Anyways enough of that.

After getting the rewards, I went to buy a new room in a motel... at first I planned it only for myself, but one led to another and I bought a room for two .. yeah you guessed it, the princess tagged along.

But don't think we would be sleeping in one bed, nah nah nah, I mean I really wouldn't mind, but I controlled myself and said that Kiara is my sister, so I bought a room with two separate beds... yeah.

We went to sleep without talking too much. After such a long journey, and fighting along the way, we not only got exhausted physically, but also mentally.

But before I went to sleep, I travelled with my soul body into my SSS world, where Krásue had made a palace.

How? you would ask.

She told me that in this world you can create anything you want. You are like a literal god there. Except for a few minuses.

1. You can not take anything inside this world.

2. You can not take anything out of this world

Of course the first 'minus' isn't really that much of a problem. Because whatever you wanted to bring inside, you can just create it here.

Me and Krásue talked about my future plans, which were obviously becoming stronger.

And then we just talked about anything that came to mind. We felt close to each other. Very close. Which was a strange feeling for the both of us.

And yes, we hugged throughout the whole conversation, while being on a sofa that Krásue created, based of the memories she received from my previous life.

Later I went to sleep till the next day
