Against the wolves

Before getting to the said area. I observed my 'teammates' one by one carefully, and what I noticed is that Tommy Sedo with said fire element is also a 1st Order middle realm just like me. And that's when I got a notification from the system.

Huh? wait... wait wait wait wait...WHAT?!

IT CAN DO THAT?!

ISN'T THIS JUST TOO OVERPOWERED THEN?!

If I can combine similar elements to the ones I gain further down the road... then every element will be the most unique and never even seen in this world.. hah

I laugh at my own crazy luck as I mentally think of the word 'yes' to the question asked by the core system.

....No comment on this one... Let's just go on with the day, my head hurts already from so many words appearing in my head...

I grab onto my head and then shake it.

"hm? what's up with you? tired already? heh" Kiara suddenly asked.

I looked at her then turned around and continued walking, entirely ignoring what she said.

(Did he just ignore a princess?) Kiara was astonished by what Kiran did, but then remembered he probably doesn't even know who she is, so she just let go of the thought.

On the way to our destination we were attacked by some agressive lower 1st Order Forest bunnies. But Kiara just shot some kind of needles made of water at them and pierced their brains.

She collected their mana cores to herself. But no one said anything. Because it was her prey and she killed them alone. Nobody had any objections to her grabbing the cores to herself.

I mean I might of have said something to her, but... those cores are too low level for me and I wouldn't even be able to absorb their element because well I don't have any similar element to to the bunnies there and I don't have any slots for a new one.

I sometimes really feel as if I am in a game..

"Seven wolves are coming from the north east" Hiva quickly notified us before I could.

"How do you know?" I asked surprised that she also noticed them from afar.

I can use the Space element to perceive what's happening around me but how can she..

"Well I have a Wind Element skill that allows me to listen to the wind and know what is happening from far away" Hiva told me, while smiling proudly.

"Hmm... interesting" I tell myself

When the wolves could already be seen, Sero activated his skill:

"Earth manipulation: Earth wall" A giant wall appeared between us and the wolves.

The wolves that appeared to have control under some kind of variation of the nature element. All shot out giant vines that pierced through the Earth wall and completely destroyed it.

"Shit!" Sero said while a vine was heading straight at him.

I quickly ran to him and got him out of the way of the vine.

"Why the hell Are you daydreaming in the middle of the fight HUH?!" I shouted at him, but then realised he fainted from fear of death.

...weakling, what the hell is he even doing in this kind of commission.

All the wolves appeared to be higher 1st Order.

What a pain in the ass... I sigh..

Tommy casted a fire skill shortly after.

"Fire Creation: Fire Fist" Fire appeared on his fist as he threw a few jabs at a vine and the fire burned it down. But another vine just slapped him away and he also fell unconscious.

"Are all of them that useless....." I ask myself

Kiara just looked at what is happening from afar not caring for her teammates and only observing what Kiran is doing. Still trying to remember who he is.

The vines created by the wolves who were dangerously near us also tried to pierce Damian, the team leader but:

"Knight Armour" With his element of Metal he created Metallic Armour on his body and defended against the vine which was about to pierce his stomach. But still sent him a few meters back from where he was standing.

"BLAZING FIREBALL" I shout out and send a small fireball which was slowly expanding and flying towards the Wolves controlling the Vines.

Hiva also casted a skill:

"Wind Manipulation: Gust of Wind"

The Wind blew towards the wolves together with my fireball and expanded it further directly killing 6 wolves, with one running away.

(I guess not everyone here is useless.)I thought while glancing at Hiva. (And why did.. what was her name again... Kana?... doesn't matter... why did she just watch from afar without helping.... hateful woman.)

Suddenly we all heard a loud Howl coming from the side where the last wolf escaped.

And hearing that, even Kiara tenced up a little.

A giant wolf about 4 meters in length and 2,5 meters in height appeared with bloodthirst leaking out of him.

"EVERYBODY RUN THAT IS A HIGHER 2ND ORDER" Kiara quickly warned everyone, being scared herself, her being one realm lower than the wolf, Middle 2nd Order.

(How can such a beast appear so closely to the capital?) she tried to understand what the hell is happening here

The team leader quickly grabbed both unconscious Sero and Tommy under his arms and ran away together with Hiva fearing for their lives.

Me? I just stood there and couldn't believe such an opportunity to grow came right at me. Everyone ran away so there wouldn't be anybody to see my true powers and I could go all out. haha isn't this perfect. With my now new Summer Element I probably wouldn't be able to compete against this Wolf.

But my Space Element?
