Chapter 1: New World
This world, Earth, being a living hell, where if you don't copy what others do, or act grants you the title of an outcast or you get classified as weird. I try my hardest to be like all the other people, reckless, ignorant, etc. This isn't how I want to be, but I have to act like this if I don't want to be grouped with the outcasts. Sometimes I just want to get sucked away to another world, where I don't need to be like everyone else.
Well, it happened, I'm getting sucked into another world, I don't know what type of world, or if it even is another world. My vision starts to fade slowly, until it finally becomes pitch black.
"Hello!?" I shout, hoping someone else is there, there is no response. I shout again, again receiving no answer.
'I must be dreaming, this seems too unreal' I think to myself
The feeling of warmth embraces me, again I shout hoping there is someone. I was losing any hope I had, then someone spoke.
"It seems you were brought into my territory, the void" someone said in a low voice.
"I will send you away, with a gift since you were brought here against your will. But I will have to get rid of some of your memories" The voice said again.
"wai-"
The last thing I heard was a boom, and I started to gain my vison back.
"Was that just a dream?" I say to myself, laying on a patch of grass in the middle of the woods.
As I start to get up and look around a screen appears in front of my eyes.

His stats he was looking at were similar to a character from a game he used to play as a kid, the intelligence stat was high enough for him to be a mage in the game.
'are these my current stats?' I asked my self, the stats weren't that bad for a level 1. After looking at the screen for a little he noticed a skill he had.
'Copy? what type of skill is that?' Lucas was confused since he had never seen skills like that in the games he played, most of the skills he had seen were things such as fireball and so on.

The skill allows the user to copy one random skill of the enemy he kills.
Skill also allows user to gain some of the memories of the enemy

"This ability is so overpowered" As Lucas says these words a wolf like creature emerges from the woods.
The large fangs, as well as the horns growing on its head makes the wolf more intimidating than it really needs to be. Lucas doesn't know what to do, as he is panicking he sees the screen come back again.

"What the fuck! I don't even have a weapon to use, how would I kill a wolf?" I shout out loud. As I panic trying to find anything to use as a weapon, an inventory space opens up just like how you access your inventory in a game.
"Is that a sword? It doesn't matter, all that matters is that I now have a weapon!" I equip the sword and get ready to fight the wolf.
As the wolf gets ready to pounce, my body moved on its own as if I had fought this monster countless times. My arms swing, slashing the wolf's body, not enough to kill it but enough to hurt it enough that I could win. The sword up then down, severing the wolfs head from its body.

"I know that skill, I've seen that skill multiple times in games" The skill was very common, you could find in any game.
Lucas was busy looking through the other skills, but was brought back to his senses by running water. He went to the source of the noise, where he found a large river.
'I always heard that you should follow a river if you were lost' He follows the river downstream trying to find a civilization. After walking downstream for couple hours, he gained a notification

'Huh? I get points into these by exercising?' This was a shock to him since in the games you had to add points into the stats to increase them.
'I can also add points into them' After a little bit of thinking he decided to put some points into his stats
'How many points do I have?' He had one in the beginning but since he leveled up, but he knew that you gain points to add into your stats after leveling up in many games.
'Hoy many points do I have currently?' as he thought this, the screen popped up once more.

' I get 3 points per level up, seems reasonable' Lucas didn't complain about only gaining 3 points per level up.
"Distribute the points into Strength, Endurance, and Agility!" He distributed the points into three of his stats, putting 2 into strength, and 1 into the two others.

Lucas didn't bother putting any points into intelligence since he wasn't going to use any magic soon, he just put them into things he needed as of right now.
After distributing the stats, Lucas continued to walk downstream, soon finding the so civilization he was looking for. He could see guards dressed in shabby armor head to toe with only a sword which was sheathed hanging down from their waists. The town or village which was poorly developed, the walls seemed like they could be torn down by a wild beast or even some strong wind, its still a miracle that it can stand up right now.
'This is the first sign of civilization, it cant hurt to see what this world can deliver to me.' Lucas wasn't that scared to enter the place which he had just found.
