Misconceptions

"Enough Sarah now move upstairs and to your room cause I won't have you anything close to the balcony." Jack said while raising his voice, she had been insulting Queen with no just cause.

For a minute, Sarah stood there and pretended as if she had not heard what her dad said, he tried repeating his phrase but Sarah stopped him, she asked to know why he was going to ask her to go back to her room just because she was saying the truth.

"If you must know, Queen sitting right here did not ask to replace you. I was the one who forced her into getting married with Harley and you just can't talk to her in that manner, I hope you don't forget she's your aunt,"

"She might be my aunt but she's just 3 years older than me." Sarah rehearse

"In your room now." Jack said angrily.

Sarah had to leave for her room after she saw her dad, she knew he was angry at her, and if she did not leave the area at that moment, he could possibly hit her with an object.

Jack was a kind man, but when pushed to the wall could react in a negative way. After Sarah left, Queen felt she was kind of responsible for the misunderstanding between Jack and Sarah.

"Brother I wouldn't want to be the reason for your misunderstanding with Sarah, please I don't want you to get angry with her because of me." She said calmly.

Jack said he wasn't angry, he added saying he wasn't happy seeing Sarah speaking to her in such a manner, it was in his obligations to stop her from speaking rudely to Queen.

Queen knew she had to be firm especially with Geraldine. She did not tell her brother that she had being facing some attacks from Geraldine, she was probably going to sort out things by herself.

Sarah had resumed to her room all in anger, she needed to talk to someone but there was nobody available for her, her friend Michelle wasn't online and she did not want to disturb her with her family problems.

She had told her already that she was in a relationship with Bob, how was she going to tell her that she had an argument with Queen over Harley? She preferred keeping it for herself.

Bob Stallone was online but wasn't responding to her numerous messages, she had left him tones of messages and he did not bother to respond to any of them. "What's going on? Why would Bob ignore my messages? Even my calls he did not return them back." She said furiously.

When she just turned 18 and had a conversation with her mother about relationships, she told her never to chase a man, her mom advised her to wait on him. So when she realized he wasn't speaking to her she left it, and was waiting on him to come back. "He's surely angry because I had been talking about Harley all day, and he was surely angry with that, I will just give him some space and when he will go over that, I'm sure he will contact me." She mumbled.

Well, that wasn't the case, shortly after Bob dropped Sarah in front of her gate, he was called by some friends who were in the city and wanted to hangout. They visited a reserved area, and there he met this lady, Ivy as she was called. She was very attractive, he asked to share a sit with her, getting her contact wasn't difficult, and since then they've been constantly discussing . That was why Bob wasn't responding to Sarah's message.

She failed to understand that Bob wasn't looking for a soulmate, he wanted just someone to chill out with anytime he needed their company, but Sarah was getting things twisted. He understood this last night when they had been talking about Harley and Queen. He was like, what was she thinking when she turned down that guy's proposal? She thought I was going to propose to her? Of course no. I'm free man I just want to chill nothing else.

Bob's decision of not wanting to get married was triggered by his mom, who ran away with his dad's hard earned money. Living them with out a penny. He had watched his dad labour in pain under the rains and under the sun, only to be duped by his wife who ran away with another man, this made Bob had a misconception about women.

To him, every woman was a gold digger and needed not to be taken serious. By all means he was not wrong, as Sarah only cancelled her wedding for him because she saw he had great potentials, but it was a trap and she fell into her trap.

After Bob had worked so hard for his money, all he wished was traveling and playing his life, he did not see himself getting married, he had plans of getting just a single kid and had planned of having that with an empowered lady. Sarah was obviously not empowered as she still depended on her dad for her daily consumption.

Ivy was putting on a blue gown when he laid his eyes on her, though it was transparent, she was beautiful in her attire, her glowing lapses were the first thing which attracted him to her.

After they exchanged numbers that night, they had been conversing till that very night, they had arranged to meet some other time, Bob had been craving to have her, but it wasn't possible that evening, she told him she was out with some friends and it wasn't possible. Not wanting to force things, he asked her to contact him when she was free and felt like wanting to see him. "Sure will do that when I'm available." She said.

"Okay, right now it's getting late here, I need to go to bed now, will call you tomorrow morning." Bob mentioned.

"Alright, do have a glamorous evening." She added.
