70 Psychopath

The wedding they have all been looking up to finally came. Nora was busy with her makeup, while Angel and the others were already dressed.

They were all teasing her about her wedding night.

They got her lingeries as bridal shower presents. "We wanted to give your present yesterday, but Kelly was absent"

"Thanks so much, guys. Kelly, how was your night with the hot dude?" Kelly began to blush

"It was fire" she laughed. She then started telling them the story when Nora's phone rang.

"Hello, who's this?"

"I prepared a wedding present for you, check it out" the person said. Before she could respond, the call was terminated.

She received a message from an unknown number. Could this be the present the person was talking about? It was a video.

She pressed the play button and watched the video.

Due to how surprised she was, the phone dropped from her hand. The makeup artist saw it all and she knew Nora needed some privacy.

Angel moved to her "Nora, what's wrong?"

Nora didn't move or talk. She just sat there rooted to the chair with tears streaming down her face.

Angel stared at the rest of the bridesmaids "Everyone, get out" she screamed. They all got out with worry written all over their faces.

"Nora, what's wrong?" Angel couldn't figure out why she was suddenly crying.

Angel has never seen her like this before. Even when she had to quit school, she didn't cry.

Nora pointed to the phone on the ground. Angel understood her and picked up the phone. She pressed the play button and watched the video.

It was a hot make-out session between Dylan and two ladies. She easily identified one of them as Kelly.

Angel dropped the phone on the ground. She was as surprised as Nora was.

She walked out of the room and came back with Kelly.

Angel punched her and she fell to the ground "How dare you sleep with your friend's groom" Without waiting for her answer, she sat on her and started punching her nonstop.

Nora pulled Angel off her. She helped Kelly up and sat her down "You had a reason, right?"

"Nora, what kind of stupid question are you asking her? No matter the reason, you shouldn't sleep with your friend's soon-to-be husband. I should pu…" Nora cut her off "Angel! Let me handle it".

She looked over to Kelly who now had blood all over her face "Tell me the reason why you did it"

"You stole him away from me. He is mine"

Nora barked "How the fuck is he yours? You set me up with him yourself"

Kelly pulled into a long laugh "We were s*x partners before he met you. The day I followed you to work, I stopped at the bus station because I went to confront him. He told me there was nothing wrong. He was only having fun.

He begged me to ask you for a date on which he planned to drug you, have sex and dump you. Do you think I would set you up with a stranger for no reason?"

"I expected you to call me the next day, ranting that he made his way with you, but you didn't. He called and told me that he has fallen in love with you and we should stop whatever we were doing together" She started to cry.

"After what I did for him? I changed his life and made him a free man. He then tried to dump me because of you. Dylan loves sex so much that he could go for hours without stopping.

Severally, I will pass out when we are making out but he still wouldn't stop. Then he wanted to dump me? No way was I going to make that happen. I was planning to stop the wedding at the church, but it seems I'm not the only one unhappy about the wedding" she smirked.

"I didn't see him until the day you came visiting. Why did you think he agreed on making you resign? Why didn't he follow you after you walked out angrily? Why didn't he come back for days?" Kelly asked her.

Nora couldn't answer any of her questions "I threw myself on him and made his wild side come back to life. We made out nonstop for three days. I had to beg him to stop because I was so exhausted"

Nora bounced on her and gave her the beating of her life. The other bridesmaid came in after hearing her shout in pain.

They saved Kelly from Nora's pounce.

After they carried Kelly out of the room, Nora lay on the ground and started another round of tears. "Nora, all you have to do is calm down. You never loved him so it would be okay"

"Still, what if he raped me as they both planned? It would have been a huge embarrassment if she said all this at the church.

Kelly is my childhood friend, Angel. She betrayed me for a guy?"

"Let's go back home. There is no need for this wedding"

Nora stood up, cleaned her tears, and spoke up "I would be late for my wedding"

"Nora, what's wrong with you?"

"Call in the makeup artist. I don't want to be late"

Angel wondered if what just happened turned her crazy, but she still obeyed her.

At the wedding venue, Jason was sitting in the car waiting patiently for his bride. No one knew who it was.

"I hope you aren't playing a prank on me?" Butler Park asked glaring at Jason.

"She's on her way" he has been using this sentence as an answer since they got there.

He started to smirk when he saw three cars park next to them.

Nora and her bridesmaid just arrived. "Are you sure you still want to marry him?" Angel asked to be certain.

"I don't have a choice"

"You do. If it's about all the guests inside that hall, you don't have to do it. After what you saw, no one would support you to get married to him"

.Before she could respond, her phone beeped. She opened it hurriedly after seeing it was from the same unknown number.

"I have a message from the same unknown number" she informed Angel.

Angel also looked into the message, prepared for the worst.

It read "I have another beautiful gift for you. It's more information about your beloved husband".

It then showed his picture from junior high school and some more notes.

Dylan West is a psychiatric patient who ran away from the rehabilitation center where his parents kept him. It was a lady named Kelly that helped him in escaping and he has been on the run since then.

It has also been reported that he sexually assaults ladies at every chance he gets. He sexually assaults them to death.

"Nora isn't this Dave from junior high school?" Angel gasped at the sight of the information.

He was a psychopath who assaults ladies to death.

Tears dropped as Nora read all of this. Could this day become any worse? Why was the world punishing her? It was her wedding day, why couldn't she just get married in peace?

They both saw Dylan walking towards them with a smile. He was her boyfriend in Junior high school, the one that destroyed her teenage life.

"Babe" Dylan called as he opened the door. Nora didn't respond as she was still in shock. All the memories from high school came rushing.

She couldn't control herself any longer. She held unto her head which was throbbing with pain.

This couldn't be happening to her. Dylan was Dave? It's not possible. They didn't look alike.

Dylan moved closer to her "Nora, what's wrong with you? Did you drink so much last night?". He took her hand and rubbed it with his.

"You psychopath, don't even lay a finger on her. You don't know what you did last night?" Angel snapped at him.

Dylan knew his cover was now blown. She called him a psychopath.

Angel quickly picked up her phone and dialed an emergency number in secret. She told them the address.

Dylan noticed what she did and went over to her to collect the phone. "Don't you dare use your phone!!!" he slapped her.

Nora recovered from the shock and her eyes widened when Dylan slapped Angel. "Dylan, what the heck are you doing" she shouted at the top of her voice.

"Baby, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your friend. Are you hurt anywhere?"

He started to inspect her body to see if she was hurt somewhere. "Leave me alone, you psychopath. I hate you so much" He slapped her when he heard her words

"Baby, don't let me hurt. Don't tell me you hate me, please. Tell me that you would marry me. Baby, I love you so much. I don't want to lose you"

"I lost you once, I can't let that happen again"

The police came and handcuffed him. He didn't stop there. He bit the hand of the police officer "Don't take me away from my Nora"

"He should be taken to a psychiatric hospital" Nora informed the officer before they took him away.

She got down from the car. She needed a stroll before going in to explain what happened to her family.
