1 Chapter 1: The Accident I Had

My name is Zachary Alderwood, you can call me Zach. I am an ordinary 18-year-old villager in this world of magic and sword. I couldn't believe my luck as I strolled through the enchanting woods of Eldenbrook with Elara, my best friend. Her smile, her laugh—it all captivated me. But, boy, was I terrible at hiding it. I couldn't help but sneak glances at her boobs whenever I could. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn't stop myself.

"Zach, seriously, you've got to stop staring at me like that," Elara teased, she elbowed me lightly "You're worse than a little kid with candy."

Blushing furiously, I tried to defend myself. "I can't help it, Elara! You're just...beautiful, you know?"

She rolled her eyes playfully. "Flattery will get you nowhere, mister. But you are just pervert, right?"

"N-no I'm not!" but actually I am. she known me so well even she doesn't bother to much for my attitude, not like my stepsisters.

We continued our leisurely walk, and I promised myself to be less obvious with my ogling. However, my pathetic attempt at restraint led to disaster. I Lost in my own thoughts, I stepped on a loose stone and stumbled. I accidentally pulled Elara to the ground but my hand flip, so I fell into the dark depths of a hidden cave concealed by vines.

I struggled to regain my footing as I found myself alone in the dark, eerie cave. Panic welled up within me, but I knew I had to find a way out. "Elara!" I called out, my voice echoing in the shadows. "Are you there? Are you okay?"

Her voice reached me from outside the cave, reassuring me, "I'm fine, Zach! Just hold on, I'll go back to the village and get help!"

I nodded, thankful for her presence of mind. "Hurry back, Elara! I'll try to find a way out!"

As Elara's footsteps faded, I took a deep breath, my heart still racing. In the dim light, I noticed a peculiar glow emanating from a ruby pendant lying a neck of a gravestone. My curiosity got the better of me, and I picked it up, marveling at its enchanting allure.

In that moment, a soft, alluring voice whispered in my mind, like a gentle caress on my thoughts. "Ah, a curious mortal has found me." suddenly the cave become darks and I can see a magenta aura coming out from the pendant.

The aura condensed and forming a shape of curvy woman. she looks like a woman in her 25s with long red hair. Her smile is seductive, and her presence make me want to touch her body in that black-purple outfit. "I am Lilith, the Temptress of Minds."

My heart pounded as the vision of Lilith, the Temptress of Minds, materialized before me. Her alluring aura enveloped me, and I couldn't tear my eyes away from her enchanting form.

"I must say, you have quite the captivating gaze," Lilith purred, her voice dripping with seduction. "You must be Zachary Alderwood, the young villager who stumbled upon my domain."

Stammering, I replied, "Y-Yes, that's me. Who...who are you? how can you know my name!?"

A playful smile danced upon Lilith's lips. "Chill boy, As I mentioned before, I am Lilith, the Temptress of Minds, of course you never heard about me, the gods seal me here 500 years ago. and for your question, I know you at the moment you touch my pendant that is in your hand now."

My mind was racing with confusion and awe at the revelation that this enchanting woman before me was none other than Lilith herself, a goddess sealed away for centuries. I had heard tales of ancient deities, but never had I imagined encountering one in the flesh.

"You're...a goddess?" I stammered, my eyes wide with astonishment.

Lilith chuckled, her laughter like a siren's song while she slowly walking toward me. "Indeed, I am. Once, I held dominion over minds and desires, but my powers led me astray, causing chaos across Eldoria. The other gods grew wary of my influence and deemed me a threat. Thus, they sealed me away in this cave. at that time, this place is untouchable zone to the human."

"What do you want from me?" I asked, my curiosity getting the better of me.

Lilith's gaze lingered on me, "oh my, that's really straight forward, don't you? but it's okay, we don't have much time either."

suddenly she moves behind me. "Do you want a power? to control people as you wish", she whispers to my ear.

I gasped as she continues "I can read your mind and desire, boy. I know you are tired of being treated the way you are treated by your stepsisters and your father. to be seen as useless scum who can't use power neither sword. I can give you power to turn the table."

I blushed under her seductive voice, what she is saying is true. the only reason I'm not run away is because I don't have place to go, nobody will believe me. I can leave with Elara, but her parent already arranged a meeting for her to meet her future husband that definitely isn't me. "A-and for what in exchange, I don't believe you will give this for free." I protested. my voice tinged with self-doubt.

Lilith smirked, her eyes locked with mine, as if she could see through my very soul. "Oh, you catch on fast, my dear Zach," she purred, her fingers gently brushing against my cheek. "You're right. Power like mine doesn't come without a price. But fear not, for what I desire is not so mundane as gold or riches.I seek release from this eternal prison," Lilith revealed, her voice tinged with a mixture of yearning and sorrow.

"A pact with you, Zachary, can grant me my freedom I will be still in that stone, but at least I can breathe fresh air and see outer world. You know, it's kind of boring in this cave alone. In return, I shall bestow upon you the ability to hypnotize and control the minds of others." she continued.

The proposition both intrigued and terrified me. The idea of possessing such power was tempting, but I couldn't ignore the potential consequences and dangers that might accompany it.

"And... what if I reject your proposal?" I asked, trying to wrap my head around the gravity of the situation.

I can feel her hand touch my spine, even if she is behind me, I can feel her crimson lips curling into a seductive smile. "Of course, I should kill you and when other villagers will find you soon, maybe they can give me what I want."

So, this is yes or not at all. I The thought of finally being in control of my own life, breaking free from the shackles of my past, was intoxicating. But the cautionary voice in my mind urged me to be wary of such power.

No, I will give my life all in for this. What is the point of living like scum either, I do rather die than living like that.

"Lilith, I agree to your proposition, let seal our contract." those words just come to my mouth immediately. I remember story of people who make contract with demon by selling their soul to it.

"Well, good choice boy, from now on you are mine and I am yours." Lilith murmured, her fingers caressing the pendant while her other hand touch my cheeks and suddenly, she kisses me passionately.

I couldn't help but to give her a kiss in return. I closed my eyes and felt the touch of her lips that tasted like cherries.

With those words, Lilith faded back into the magenta aura within the pendant, leaving me alone in the dark cave. My mind swirled and then I fall unconscious.
