In the heart of the Central Nexus Island, Tsukuyomi stood next to a sweeping window in a palace that towered high into the sky. 

The palace was the crown jewel of the United Tertiun Empire, an astonishing island ringed by concentric circles of civilization.

Below her, the landscape unveiled itself in layers: Central Nexus at the core, surrounded by the Halo of Prosperity, the Circuit of Life, and finally, the Shield of Vigilance. Expansive rivers separated each ring, enhancing their unique beauty.

Skyscrapers reached skyward as if trying to touch the heavens, while lights played a dazzling dance amid mystical greenery.

Hover vehicles zipped through the sky, leaving trails like shooting stars.

This awe-inspiring city was nearly a year old, born from the combined efforts of Tertius' leading civilizations: the Astral, Onogoro, Kailash, Yoruba, and Dadirri.
