"....And cut! That was awesome ladies, see you next week."

The director said excitedly to Stormfront, Starlight and Queen Maeve who are in battle poses in a scene area filled with destroyed cars, a filming crew surrounding them taking shots.

"That was amazing guys. I've got something to do in the Tower so I will see you guys later."

A professionally dressed Ashley said with a smile on her face and left the heroine trio after walking with them to some distance away from the scene.

With smiles on their beautiful faces they walked side by side adorned in their superhero costumes as they walked passed numerous modern trailers in the filming area.

"Hey guys, wanna go grab a cup of coffee or something? Heard the lattès around here taste great."

Stormfront proposed with a smile as they walked.

It's been less than three days since she joined the team and she hasn't gotten the time to talk to them.

Underneath her smiles and seemingly friendly attitude, lots of devious plans revolving around the two other females are being formulated inside her mind.

"That sounds great and all but I have really important things to do, see you girls later."

Maeve said with a strained smile and excused herself from the group.

"Hmm, she seems cranky-ish. Is she always like that?"

Stormfront asked the absent-minded Starlight in an amused tone.

"...Starlight?"

"Huh?.... can you repeat what you said?"

Starlight asked with an apologetic face.

"Sigh, what's up with you guys. It's like you guys have a lot of issues you're dealing with but c'mon, you're in The Seven. I feel like I'm the only normal person here."

Stormfront complained as she stopped beside a bench, this made Starlight also stop with a wry smile on her face.

"I-it's not that, it's just....."

She said and stopped midway, a sad expression forming on her beautiful face.

"Look, if you don't want to tell me anything then that's fine. But just remember that we are all in this together as a team."

Stormfront said with a beautiful smile.

"....No let's talk, GOD knows I need it."

Starlight said and sat on the bench after gesturing Stormfront to do the same.

"I'm listening."

Stormfront said as she took her seat beside her with people moving around them.

"... My boyfriend just got killed and I feel really awful about it. It's been like a week but I can't get over it, the thing is I know who did it but I can't really do anything about it. I just feel soo weak and tired."

Starlight explained pitifully, her elbow resting on her exposed thighs with her hands on her face.

"Damn, well that sucks. Listen, about your boyfriend. I'm not going to tell you to forget about him or anything like that but make peace with his death.

See new people or something, take your mind off him and you'll get better.

I'm not going to ask who did it cause I feel like that's a whole lot of trouble danger so all I'm going to tell you is that if you really want revenge, just do it wisely.

Hell if you want fuck him up for what he did just do it, you're a supe."

Stormfront advised, her tone making Starlight hopeful.

"Wow, I really needed that. Thanks for this, you've really made my day."

Starlight said with a bright smile, her face no longer showing her sadness.

"Don't mention it after all, we are full of 'girl power' right?"

Stormfront joked as she imitated Ashley's voice, making both of them laugh with joyful smiles.

'She's right, I just have to do it wisely.

Butcher and his gang must be doing something about this so all I need to do is help then a little, nothing huge but even information counts in this battle and luckily I stay in the enemies territory.

Hughie, as you said I'm a superhero and heroes don't run away from what's right.'

She thought, a confident smile etching on her face as she and Stormfront separated and went on their separate ways after waving each other goodbye.

"Where.. is.. it?"

Homelander demanded, his right hand clutching the throat of a middle aged short man wearing a lab coat in the air.

"P-Please stop, you're h-hurting me."

The man choked as Homelander increased his grip with tears forming in his eyes.

"Where is it!"

Homelander shouted, his voice reverberating across the furnished medium sized office.

"I-I have a sample in my safe, P-Please don't kill me."

The man begged with tears as Homelander's eyes started glowing.

Seconds later Homelander dropped him unto the floor and swept the room using his [X-ray Vision] and immediately found the safe.

He immediately went towards a painting on the wall in front of the man's desk and released thin high intensity heat beams on it, cutting through the painting and the safe behind it revealing it's insides.

He removed the vial containing a thick dark blue liquid and admired it for a while with a smirk on his face.

"Not a word of this from anyone, do you understand?"

Homelander threatened in a dark tone and left the room after seeing the man nod with fear.

"H-Homelander wait..... shit, I should've told him what happens when supes take it. If something happens to him, I might as well kill myself. Fuck! I shouldn't have stolen a sample when I went to that place, I'm screwed."

The man said in a pitiful tone as he sat down on his chair and started shaking in fear when he started thinking of what will happen if Homelander uses the serum.

When supes are injected with Compound VS, they experience a lot of effects.

It's either they become disabled, lose their minds or in the more likely scenario, die an extremely painful death.

The serum was develop by Virgil to make regular humans superpowered entities when they take it, it isn't meant to be used as a booster.

Ninety five percent of supes who were tested with the drug died of system failure since their bodies couldn't handle the power up, the rest who survived are better off dead.

He just hopes a miracle happens when he takes it otherwise well let's just say Vought has a way of making people regret they were born.
