I stretch myself on the king-sized bed covered in bluish linen sheets. My fingers stretch out and roll over the sheets covering the other warm body on body, exposing a half-naked Victoria who has a peaceful smile on her face.

As I see her, I instinctively grab her waist and pull her close, then I place my face in between her soft fleshy mounds and inhale her fresh scent.

She still doesn't know about me planning to go to other universes, I will tell but not now.

I calmly ask.

"Why don't you read it?"

She smirks.

"Oh please, I'm still a gentleman. I still know the meaning of privacy."

I smile.

Well, it's partly true since [Telepathy] is an active ability. Sometimes it's better if you don't always know what someone is going to say... but I already know,... old habits die hard.

"Yeah right. It's about your plan. Don't get me wrong, I know you've planned everything but I just can't help feeling... kinda anxious."

She confesses. I will the [Empathy] and immediately, my senses pick up the small amount of anxiety she feels. No, it's technically fear, she's afraid of how the world will react after I announce my intent today.

"Don't worry babe, nothing is going to happen. Everything has been calculated don't worry, this will be a breeze. Soon we will be the rulers of this planet, just trust me."

I confidently say as I caress her face with a smile.

She sighs with a smile and holds my hand lovingly, then she continues.

"Now that you mention it, when are we going to marry?"

She raises her eyebrows with a smirk on her face.

Shit, I don't want to talk about this. Excuses time.

"Soon honey soon. Wait after you turn [Prime], then we will go ahead with it. At that time this planet would already be in my hands, you can even add Empress to your name at that point."

I say with a convincing smile but all I get is deadpan.

"Really, that's your excuse?..... Fortunately for you, I kinda love the sound of [Prime] and Empress together. It has a nice ring to it."

She says dangerously but ends with a smile.

"Now that we are clear on this, let's go and take a bath. We have a press conference to attend and a war to declare."

I smile darkly and she reciprocates with a confident smirk, her fear and anxiety now faded away.

She immediately latches onto my chest and wraps her arms and legs around my neck and waist respectively as I stand up.

With her head on my shoulders and my arms on her supple waist, I move towards the Master Bathroom whose entrance is inside the room in between the two black bookshelves on the left side of the bedroom.

"Hey guys are you still sleepi--, oh... you're going to bath,... well then I guess it's time to bath for me too. Pardon the intrusion."

Cindy, who now has her hair grown into a nice ponytail and is in a see-through nightgown, barges into the room and announces with a slutty smile as I'm just about to enter the room.

"The more the merrier."

Victoria remarks and gestures her to follow us as I shake my head amusedly.

....This bath is going to take a while.

"Let's call upon our guest of honor Mr. Virgil Prime!"

The host announces with a smile as she glances at me on my seat.

That's my cue, can't keep the audience waiting.

As the crowd applauds and the camera flashes on me, I get up and head to the stage dressed in a professional suit that highlights my imposing figure and compliments my charm.

Arriving on stage, I go and stand before the podium. My gaze roams all over the room as I note the faces of everyone here.

The press and every non-Congress person gathered here have looks of admiration and expectation since they are eager to know what I'm about to say, from her onwards everything going to be streamed live.

It's time to shine.

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, I'm here today to announce some unfortunate news. Recently, I had a private meeting with most of the world leaders regarding superhuman affairs.

As a man of science and the prime example of the peak of humanity's evolution, I wanted to give everyone on this planet the chance to become beyond human. Sadly, your leaders disagreed and insisted that I only give it to them.

I pause and let it into their heads. Their eyes widen with shock and anger as they glance at Victoria, Singer, and, the other congress personnel and I can see that some of them want to speak their mind but I continue:

"Fortunately, our leaders didn't agree and have accepted my proposal."

The audience audibly sighs in relief when they hear this and smiles and looks of expectation blossom on their faces.

"To be honest I'm broken-hearted the other leaders refused this and I'm disappointed that they would put their interest and greed first before the nation they swore to be of service to.

I believe that GOD gave me all of these gifts, knowledge, and power to use for the benefit of mankind so I can't sit around and let the greed of some narrow-minded leader deprive you of the chance to evolve and transcend!

Because of this, I will personally make sure that every human being on this lovely planet evolves... even if I have to take over the countries and do it by force.... because it's my GOD given duty.

I just hope that everyone out there supports me so that this will be successful, thank you for coming and GOD bless America."

I finish passionately, making the entire audience erupt into loud cheers and applause as they stand up.

"You have America's support, Deva! Make all of us supes, and fuck those other countries!"

"Yeah man, it's our right to be supes! Don't let some old men and women prevent you from doing that!"

Such are the screams of the enthusiastic crowd. Some of them even went to the camera and publicly insulted the other leaders.

This is a good start but only the beginning. As Stormfront used to say, emotions sell and they sell better if you can control them.

I turn and glance at Victoria who flashes me a smile and stands to leave with Singer and the rest.
