The next day...
Marcel went outside and hailed a taxi and got on, and told the taxi driver to go to District-G Death Arena
The taxi driver saw Marcel's plain clothing and thought it was another young man who fell in debt and needed a quick way to earn money
After getting off, Marcel spent some of his saved money on the Taxi fare and got off
The Death Arena is a massive modern colosseum with many mini arenas on the border and one grand arena in the middle
Marcel went to the receptionist and signed up to become a Bronze Rank Gladiator, after signing a Life-and-Death contract, which states "Any death in the arena, Death Arena will hold no responsibility"
The receptionist quickly briefed the ranking system,
Every win you gain 1 point, and every loss you lose 1 point (you can't lose points if you are at Bronze 0)
10 points you can rank up to the next tier, there are 10 tiers (in the Mortal Realm)

Marcel got a fight number, 174, his fight will happen at 6pm today, it's still early in the morning, so Marcel signed in

"Damn, the rewards are great" exclaimed Marcel
Marcel went to a Hotel and booked a room
He went into his room and sat cross-legged on his bed, he swallowed the Bone Pill and digested the pill until 5.00pm
After absorbing the Bone Enhancing pill, Marcel felt like Superman, his bones were tougher than Steel
After taking a quick shower, he went to the Death Arena and waited near his allocated arena
He got basic information about his enemy from the Death Arena staff

"No, but you should", said Marcel
"You unrespectful junior, I'll teach you a lesson", shouted Bu Shi Tian while preparing for to use Rock Punch to punch Marcel's liver
Instantly, he felt something was wrong, he quickly retreats back and went into an Orthodox Boxing Stance to block incoming attacks, but Marcel goes behind Bu Shi Tian and uses Ground Shattering punch onto Bu Shi Tian's head
Bu Shi Tian's skull was instantly shattered by the power of Marcels punch
The crowd instantly erupted into an applause, that's what they want to see, but a man wearing a red cap and dog hoddie wasn't happy
"Scott, send our boys and beat up that kid in the arena after he leaves", said the man with the red cap
"Yes sir," said Scott without delay
After the Match, Marcel watched a few more fights from other Bronze contestants and found out the lowest is Tempered Body 2nd Realm and the highest is Tempered Body 8th Realm
The receptionist told him his next match is tomorrow 6pm and Marcel collected $1400 for winning which is after the arena deducted the taxes and fees
When Marcel left Death Arena, he felt a 5 guys in hoodies following him, so on his way home, he went into an alleyway preparing to ambush him
The few guys in hoddies followed Marcel into the alleyway, Marcel used Ground Shattering Punch knock out two of the guys in hoddies
"Who sent you here", exclaimed Marcel
"You can go ask King Yama yourself", shouted Scott while he threw a jab a Marcel
Marcel easily dodged the jab and leg sweeped the other two standing fighters
"Blud fight someone your own size", said Scott as he angrily launched a fury of fist at Marcel
But Marcel easily blocked the attacks, Marcel then kicked Scott in the stomach and winded him. Then Marcel finished the rest of the members and proceeded to question Scott.
"I'll ask again, who are you and who sent you here", said Marcel
"We're from the almight God Dog gang, if you don't wanna get your whole family killed, let us go", said Scott
"Pffft, you ain't gonna leave with you head intact today", said Marcel with an evil grin. Marcel proceeded to use Ground Shattering Punch on the God Dog members' heads and decapitated them.
Marcel went back home and cultivated till 4am, and his alarm rang. Marcel realised his buddy Kevin is coming from Korea.
Marcel drove to the DIstrict-G airport and welcome his friend Kevin
"Konnichiwa Kevin desu", said Marcel jokingly
"F off I ain't Japanese", said Kevin
Marcel welcomed Kevin and let him live in his apartment temporarily until he finds a place to settle in.
Marcel introuduced Kevin to cultivating a few years back, and Kevin had an Uncommon (R3) Dao Root, now Kevin reached the 5th Realm of Body Refinement.
"Yo Marcel, wanna join the Hero Alliance", said Kevin
"Nah, I want to earn money, Death Arena is the fastest way to earn money right now", said Marcel
"Once you earn enough money, join the Hero Alliance with me, I'm Already E- Rank", said Kevin
"Bet, let's go home, breakfasts on me", said Marcel
Marcel and Kevin went to Marcel's apartment
"Hmmm, I nearly forgot to sign-in", said Marcel

"Yes", said Marcel

After getting the reward, Marcel and Kevin ate breakfast, went to a nearby park and had some sparring sessions. Once it got around 8am, Marcel left to Crusader Mansion to find Reinhardt.
"Welcome Marcel, I've got some news for you", said Reinhardt
"Sup Reinhardt, what's the news?", asked Marcel
"You seem really strong, there's a junior martial competition near the North part of the G-District, do you want to join alongside my daughter?", said Reinhardt
"What's the prize for winning?", said Marcel
"One Qi Gathering(G1R2) pill, two Qi Condensing(G1R1) pills, and $10,000 USD for winning", said Reinhardt
"That's some decent rewards, I'll join", said Marcel
"That's great, I'll send my son to protect just in case, but you probably won't use him", said Reinhardt
Marcel proceeded with the treatment of the poison on Reinhardt's body
