CHAPTER 3

After Lord made his decision to move to the border of his home kingdom of Oberon and vizian.. He was lucky to get permission to leave to spread his info network to the border from his father the duke but to be fair and honest he wasn't so sure the duke believed anything he said from the beginning because once he had some time to think it over he was never a spy or in any position where he must lie to a person who has any deep experience dealing with bulls**t so he didn't really crop a great reason for his information network building or have any build up into this idea being brought about.

To bring this to A conclusion he needs to work on his bulls**tery in the future if he is to end up in any situation like this, he believed he was living simply because he didn't show any malicious intentions in his plans.

Well anyways... Lord traveled 80% of the mileage to the border town by space travel quick and easy... but he can say this may be his first cart travel real fantasy style...

After his arrival at the Bordertown dually named by the two countries treaty town as it is a town where you can see the results of the treaties made between the two sides. but its more famously referred as Bone town because there are so many unmarked, shallow, and mass graves.

upon settling in at a local inn/pub he has his subordinates or better yet manpower from info net finds a place to stay separately from his residence he wanted them to have no connection upon settling in the city because of their roles later...

so, the next morning before everyone began to roam the streets, he darted into the forest hiding in the shadows... immediately after entering the forested area his system spoke and alerted him about a new path for his dungeon setting.

The system stated he has the option of placing his dungeon gate upon the largest mass grave site and absorbing the skeletons and corpses within a certain area and a good bit of death essence and trace amounts of death law will also be absorbed and he could possibly enter dungeon stage 2 right from the start if he went with a barebones dungeon that is.

he took this choice and traveled to the location... and following the systems instructions he cloned a piece of the dungeon core a threw it out and immediately a dungeon gate was blooming in the void... the dungeon gate doesn't really exist on the main plane and is mostly in the void, so the dungeon entrance doesn't really take physical or magic damage unless an extremely powerful mage showed his face here which is unlikely.

as soon as the gate bloomed, he was sucked in the gate, and he appeared in a empty white void looking space only thing here is the core clone and the system screen flashing in crimson and black colors... upon interacting with the dungeon screen, it showed his option ABSORB MASS GRAVE?

The skeletons within 100000 yards sq were absorbed (this area is basically the area of 100 suburban houses) and the dungeon XP began to accumulate quickly and soon XP bar was full ready for a grade 2 dungeon... there were several options in the dungeon building process like keeping the skeletons intact and just reducing their strength from original like by 10% and this is only because some of the corpses were being strengthened under the vast amount of death essence and trace amount of law in the area and maybe a death king could've been born soon.

his option was after consideration of the XP and factors and future plans for the area:

1. deploy the dead as they were with a 10% reduction in strength from their original lives this includes 250 level 1-5 skeleton soldiers 50 level 6-15 skeleton officers 10 liches level 1-15 1 lich boss level 35 (5 levels from a lich king)

dungeon design is based on an undead template system will provide specs and designs can be tweaked to fit the hosts wishes

2. upgrade level 2 and try to acquire XP yourself while dungeon absorbs essence external sources until you can acquire dungeon troops/defenders

3.) Use half exp to make a treasure cache trap to absorb XP from intruders... Lord was thinking to get a lot of XP and not lose any fighters in the early level to set a trap for intruders by spreading the news about a great mages inheritance with magnificent equipment and potions and treasure and use trace amount of XP to send some potions to his subordinates to spread the word around town to make people eyes filled with greed and to ensure a decent level of strength from intruders apply a strong barrier in front of treasure trap.

other half of XP is used to combine 250 soldiers to 25 skeleton commanders' level 25 and combine 10 liches into lich boss to create a lich king level 42 and to arm all troops

dungeon design is decided as one floor entrance is a cave with a secret entrance on a side with a barrier treasure trap as the center piece sword in a stone any treasure in this room will suck intruders dry until nothing is left as long as it is touched, and all "treasures" will induce greed if sighted.

obviously plan 3. is chosen because this was his goal originally the skeletons for free are a giant bonus to lord. and so, everything went into full gear word was spread troops were assigned their secret spots behind the main treasure vault and the night before the storm fell...

morning outside the dungeon 100s of warriors and mages are gathering and no one has caused a ruckus simply because the strongest mages and knights are struggling with the barrier...C
