The Alpha Mother Arrives

Fenrir looked at the zerbarix face to face and felt that she was doing the same as him, the atmosphere was like that of a duel, where both fighters were alert to every move of the other to take advantage of any mistake and decide the fight. Although in Fenrir's case, he alone had little chance, externally, the creature was more resistant than him even with the relics.

"I have to help the others, they will die without my help, but I feel that the moment I look away from this thing, I will die."

"Zanzalien now!" shouted Ahori.

A skunk man with purple fur and light skin uses his best weapon against the insect exploding a terrible stench accompanied by smoke magic. The insect lets out a horrible screech from the smell that affected his eyes and sense of smell, Marlon a dwarf with a magic hammer that could hit with the force of a tree gives him a strong impact that the zerbarix could feel his skull crack from the force, even so, the creature did not retreat even a little. The zerbarix based on the place of impact draws its blades, it was going to dismember its enemy at high speed before it moved away.

Fenrir attacks from behind, piercing like a bullet into the Zerbarix's abdomen and pinning the dwarf away. The man gives a snap signaling that zerbarix is finished, it explodes in front of everyone shooting some needles and chunks of flesh.

"What kind of lunatic are you!" the dwarf shouted.

"One who plays with high stakes."

The alphas looked at the situation furious and unable to accept the situation unfolding in front of them. Pathetic flesh beings, not zerbarix, and without a hint of the essence of the Sun Saviors was killing them and they were accomplishing nothing. They had killed so many of those pesky beings that they couldn't understand what had changed, except when they looked at the alpha in human disguise, they guessed that somehow she was telling them what to do and how to do it to stand up to them.

"You are impressive Fenrir.", Zanzalien said.

"What can I say. I'm the best."

"Your plan was all along to use us as bait, it was never about coordinating with us, you just wanted the zerbarix to look to attack us so you could take advantage of them to attack them in blind spots or at their most vulnerable moment."

"Not quite. I knew the plan could fail, as I said before I came in here. We must fight assuming the plan will be changed, we must act improvisationally. However, you already know each other, I know nothing. I don't know how to coordinate myself in a more supportive way to you, but I saw an opportunity and decided to exploit it. Look on the bright side though, at least I'm making sure no one dies under my care." He smiles.

Fenrir observed the zerbarix communicating again between blinks, the swindler pointed that out to Zanzalien, it was very strange to him, why would the zerbarix communicate so discreetly? They did not understand the language and above all, it produced a headache for them, which would be the best opportunity for them to finish them.

The two alphas were communicating to prioritize the elimination of Kalishar taking advantage of the fact that the poison was still taking effect to prevent her from defending herself.

"I guess they want to prevent me from being able to warn my fellow humans of their movements." He thought.

Kalishar could feel his body slowly recovering, he could enter the combat and fight directly to show his courage to the people and to eliminate the alphas quickly. He looked at Fenrir and knew what she had to do.

"I must use his tactic, the alpha sisters will be focused on another surprise tactic from him, but not with me. That's my chance!"

"Are you alright, miss?" Tryforn notices the stiffness in Kalishar's body. "Quick get her out of here."

She used her tail to grab it and hide it, they had a plan, attack Kalishar knowing that the jumping male non-zerbarix meat would respond by positioning himself close to her to protect her, the moment that happened, he would be the prey of her plan, so the second zerbarix would respond by eating the man,

Finishing off the others would not be a problem for them, recognizing the armor that these had, they looked at them as little threats as if they were the same equipment as the corpses that they accumulated.

"Zanzalien, brace yourself, I think you gave me a new idea with that smoke."

"I'd like to, but I must say I can't do any more. Heh, heh, heh."

"No kidding, you're a skunk, those things don't come naturally to you?"

The knights moved to reinforce their defenses, raising shields and reinforcing them with enchantments, while the archers shot arrows to keep the zerbarix from approaching. Ahori and Magiter used a power unique to elves to create a barrier that prevented the zerbarix from advancing further, frustrating them and further inflaming their rage.

"It angers my sisters, if it continues like this it could be detrimental. I detect more zerbarix scents approaching, but none of the alpha we need.", Kalishar whispered annoyed. "Listen, when I give you the signal let just one of them approach."

Fenrir tried to calculate the trajectory of the zerbarix to attack them so they would leave the others alone, but their mobility was frantic and he could hardly think of a possible place, he ended up attacking a bit desperate to hit, but he missed.

Kalishar touches Tryforn's back and Ahori alerts their companions to break through the defenses, the two of them fire arrows to disguise an attack so the zerbarix wouldn't realize what the girl was planning. The insect launches and each knight dodges, Fenrir reacts by moving as the zerbarix wanted, and the insect reacts by launching the pointed head at high speed hitting the man altering the trajectory, and bringing him closer to the second zerbarix who had already positioned himself to catch him.

"I must help him, but first."

Kalishar used her scarf to launch an attack inside the creature piercing its heart, but it would not be limited in that, the scarf moved freely inside to coil and go through every inflammable organ inside to tie itself to them. The girl pulls with great force on her scarf to extract everything inside the creature and throw it against the face of the second zerbarix.

"Fire quickly."

"You don't need to say it, everything is ready."

The archers fired their arrows to explode the face of the second zerbaruix, the inside was revealed and a zerbarix with the upper part of its face was destroyed. Fenrir shoots a lightning bolt with his gloves and finishes exploding the creature. However, he falls to the ground dislocating his shoulder, but luckily his suit prevents the barbs on the head from contacting his skin and releasing the paralyzing shock.

"Shit, I don't think I'll be able to move him for a good while."

"We managed to kill four alphas without casualties?"

"Did it work out in the end, fighting like crazy with these two idiots?"

"Yes!!! Suck it...!"

The heads of three knights, two being the orcs and a human woman, fall to the ground causing everyone to become alert and upset by the unexpected situation.

"This pressure, no doubt about it, is the mother of the alphas we kill!" she thought altered, the girl as she felt her three hearts were nothing short of paralyzed by the pressure.

The black and brown armored alpha zerbarix alpha reacts quickly to the knight's attacks and this one moves fast and expels a strong stomach acid in addition to other secretions, the other two knights die melted while the other substance caused the corpses to have a dangerous scent that caused the other knights as well as Fenrir to be attracted to that substance that was impregnated with the acid.

"It can't be, what is that stench?!"

"Attractive smell, attractive so that non-zerbarix meats can be easier to liquidate.", the dominant replied. "Now, eliminate zerbarix problematic."

The alpha began to attack Kalishar who was barely evading the attacks, she couldn't concentrate, fighting an alpha or omega zerbarix posed no problems normally, but having to pay attention to the problem of the knights slowly approaching the acid prevented her from fighting to the best of her ability.

Two more knights ate the acid being pulverized from within, Ahori, Fenrir, Zanzalien, Tuck, and Truforn were nearby. Kalishar repeats his flake plan, but this time targeting the alpha's legs.

The alpha moves faster than Kalishar slicing her arm and causing her to scream with a combination of human voice and zerbarix shriek, that rare sound caused all non-zerbarix to suffer from headaches that caused them to lose their vision to the point of fainting in pain.
