Chapter 8: Preparation.

The next morning I got up 2 hours earlier than usual.

With a smile that did not leave my face I went to the school. Humming an old melody, the kind of melody which you don't like but still can't get out of your head.( E/N: yeah i know about those too *shudders) I didn't even know what song it was, I only remembered the melody.

Unfortunately this time I wasn't so lucky and I arrived at school without having seen Julia.

She only arrived a few minutes before the teacher, so I didn't have time to tell her what I had done last night.

I waited until lunchtime and without anyone noticing, I left a note in her lap as i passed by her while heading to the exit of the classroom. 'see you at the entrance of the school in 5 minutes' said the message.

5 minutes later, a very nervous and wobbly Julia approached the place where i had been waiting for her.

I was about to ask her, when she suddenly interrupted me.

Her words at that time were like another language to me, I couldn't understand a single one of them. Or at least its meaning.

"What are you talking about?" i finally asked. "Take what calmly?"

In that moment, the one that was surprised was her.

Suddenly her gaze changed to one of understanding. As if she suddenly understood something and started to laugh.

"What is this note for?" She asked laughing, i noticed that she was holding the note i had left to her prevoiusly… which seemed strange because anyone else would have thrown it away after reading it.

"Nothing important, I just wanted to tell you something, and since I did not dare to do it in front of the other classmates, I left that note, to see you here, in a more deserted place" I said.

When she heard this, her laughter rise, as if she couldn't stop.

'Is it so funny that I'm not able to talk to you in the classroom?' I thought.(E/N: ROTFL)

Once she had calmed down, I was able to tell her about the Taekwondo club I joined, the tournament, the unfavorable conditions and everything else.

"Do you even know anything about Taekwondo?" she asked with a worried look this time. "The gymnasium mixed martial arts tournament, despite being nothing big or striking, brings together all the best practitioners in this area. If you're just starting out in that martial art, I recommend you not to do it or you could get hurt, "she said.

"Do not worry, when I was younger I already practiced, and I just stopped attending because of family problems" I lied again, putting my hand behind my head and revealing an embarrassed expression.

"Don't worry, I'll give my best. Master Kim seems like a good person, and it doesn't seem fair to me that they're going to close his club because of that damn Carter" I answered with confidence.

That was the first time I showed such an attitude in front of her. The moment I did, I could see that her smile was even more beautiful, if that was possible.

"Be strong!" I exclaim and he slapped me on the shoulder. "Well, now let's find something to eat. Because of the previously misunderstanding, I forgot to bring my lunch box,"she said sadly.

"What misunderstanding? What happened? "I asked worriedly.

"Nothing nothing… Come on!" she said and started walking towards the store.

From my point of view, I did not notice the small note she was keeping in her pocket, while smiling happily.
