Psionic in a Card Creator World (1)

In the Late days of June during the end of school and graduation for the celebration everyone at school who has scored higher than B+ in history gets a chance to awaken the Card World.

I woke up confused that I was seated in a classroom with 18-year-olds then memories hit me confusing me because this world is not mine. My world was high tech, but this was like the First space age tech wise there were no Holo boards or MID (Mental Imagining Device). In my world we had finally found out about souls and found a way to make it able to interfere with the world which when trained would decrease lifespan until your soul broke through doubling your current lifespan and if you had any diseases or genetic defects it would exaggerate them.

This may be an illusion or a new world mind melding device, but I should still be able to use my psionic powers I realize that my psionic prowess has decreased to F-Rank when I had reached A-Rank. I also have two soul slots (A soul slot is basically the key to psionic power it lets you form a unique mental power based on a law of the universe) One soul slot was already occupied with the slot of Gravity which was the strongest law known to humanity beside Void Matter or BH which would instantly kill the one who tried to slot them. Everyone with psionic power can use telekinesis which is how your powers are calculated.

Fortunately, I can still access psionic energy here so I just need to build it up again so I can quickly achieve D-Rank. The memories I have inherited from this body have amazed me because they show that this world has another energy called WOE (World Origin Energy) which allows each person to create a Library of stories either from history or fiction that can be brought to life using this energy and some supplementary materials, I think. The person I have taken over was separated from their parents at a young age to be forcefully trained to be a card creator like many others here meaning friendships are rare.

The city I had come to was named Kuni, the worlds name was Earthiano or Terracorta. This place had nearly no myths all the knowledge they had was on many historical events before the descent almost no myths meaning they barely had any power it was also realized that myths came up with during the World Era (Current Era) would not be able to be transformed into a new world. This world's current culture was exactly like mine with forced conscription of many with potential for the supernatural powers.

100 years ago, The Great descent happened causing monsters to appear which were slowly growing stronger than the current card masters reducing human territory to a small 23% of all land. The population had reduced to a measly 125,480,000 approximately and only 20% of that could awaken as Card Creators. All humans had been forced into the Preservation Act (It's a Law) which forced each human to pair up at the age of 20 AT LATEST and have at least 4 children by the time they are 26(You would get paid enough to feed your children). Children safety and Depression laws were passed which cause every child to be checked in on constantly and parents who abused their children in any way would be executed.

Nuclear weapons were destroyed during the great descent spreading huge amounts of radiation (The radiation disappeared after the initial explosion) around them destroying most superpowers turning them into wastelands. Strangely nuclear power plants just disappeared without spreading any radiation. WOE was found through a person stupidly eating a crystal they found in the corpse of a Mutated creature they were the first person to become a Card Creator through trial and error realizing once they drew what they saw in their mind on any suitable material would become a Charged Card allowing it to be activated using poor material meant it could only be used once.

My teacher approached me and gave me the shot prepared to make it easier to open up the WOS (World Origin Space). They also handed me the World Crystal which comes from monsters and are separated into many different ranks.

"Begin absorption of the World Crystal imagine one of the Eras you have read about during your time here under our schooling. Clear your mind of all distractions including every noise and think about the history or one of the few myths we have uncovered now."

I begin to think about the technical empire but then began instead to think of all the alien creatures we had come across instead even though I knew next to nothing about them except their combat capabilities looks, immunities, and strengths. I knew nothing of how their biology worked.

A world with all these beings and their out of this world capabilities with psionic energy that some had access to like the advance race called Voromind they eat the mind of intelligent races to grow their psionic powers much quicker and without the cost of lifespan (This does work with nonintelligent creatures but with much less efficiency).

Then a huge library began to appear in front of me with a single card that detailed all I knew about them which was depressingly small. When I opened my eyes, I saw a couple others had already opened their eyes and were looking around with smiles on their faces. The teacher was scanning each person and when he was done, he said " All who are awake are now fledgling Card Creators unfortunately for me and fortunate with you only 5% of the class managed to awaken." I used my psionic powers to scan everyone and 3 people of a hundred in this class had died.

"We are now going to create your first cards you 5 come here and tell me what Era your worlds come from so I can get a basis and if you don't know the era tell me what is in your world. Oh yes, my name is Nelson sorry, but I didn't want to form attachments with weaklings. Before you say anything yes, they do contribute a lot to society, but we need more protectors than farmers and scientists." Nelson tells us.

We Walk to a Isolated room where materials are laid out on 25 tables, he then gathers the materials and puts them evenly on 5 tables for us. I then walk to the table and pick up my WOE Stencil and insert psionic energy which channels through it surprisingly easy I then feel the WOE getting attracted to the stencil channeling through it much easier as I infuse both energies into the card in the form of a Voromind Hellhound Which is their most prized creation it has the ability to perfectly preserve the brain of any creature allowing it to survive without the meatsuit (Its Fresh Food Delivery FFD).

It walks on four feet like a regular dog but it is 1.4 Meters tall its head can open up like a flower and it will contain the brain of the prey there the Flower is also covered in spikes meant to extract the brain and nerves without damaging them. It has no fur is immune to temperature below 10,000 Celsius and can survive temperatures above -200 Celsius It is immune to Class 3 acids/Bases and below there are only two classes above that class 4 and 5. It can survive gravity 20 times that of earths. It is severely sensitive to subsonic or sound weapons.
