Shoot it Down!

The Immortal Soul may be just a soul but it got instincts to lead it to the right path, There can never be 2 complete souls in one body which means that it has to destroy the host's soul and take over the body. The Soul hoped that it would find someone in the Upper Mortal Realm where Qi is the densest, the soul had a hard choice deciding which world to take as there were billions of them.

"You lowly servant! Water those flowers for me!" A man shouted and revealed a pressure which the servant couldn't take. "Yes, Sir!" The servant shouted as he ran to get some water from the river which looked like a holy land. The man gave a Hmph as he walked back into the palace. The servant turned around and sighed when the man disappeared and continued doing his work but at a slower pace than when he was there.

Coincidentally, as he was watering the plants he didn't know names to, he saw an object which looked like a star but was fully black and had a long black tail.

"What is that?" The Servant thought as he poured too much water on the plant when he was thinking. The servant forgot about his job and focused on the falling star over the horizon. The Servant sent 90% of his Qi so that he could see it to its full glory.

Just as he was about to see it, the star gave him a pressure of a giant which led to him immediately turning his Qi off and closing his eyes, but the pain was still there, and he couldn't open his eye.

The Servant started running to the palace to report to his lord, as he ran across hundreds of rooms to the throne room.

While the Servant was running to his Lord, the Lord himself was eating like a pig he was. Everything from mythical beasts to ordinary pigs. He could eat them all, you could say that he was fat but he was strong as a beast and had a rich mortal world to himself.

"Bring me more Phoenix meat!" The Lord shouted to his servants as they started running around to find more Phoenix meat in their already empty food storage.

My Lord! The Servant shouted as ran to him and kowtowed in front of him. "Hmm? Can't you see that I am having Lunch?" The Lord said as he took a bite from the leg of Phoenix. "Besides what happened to your eye?" The Lord was slightly horrified when he was that the Servants eye which he tried to look at the Immortal Soul was turning black and so did the skin around it.

"Wha-What do you mean, Lord?" And as soon as he said that he felt an indescribable pain in his eye which made him scream like he never did before and roll around on the floor.

"Get him away! I don't want screaming while I am eating!" The Lord shouted as he lost his appetite for the first time in a hundred years.

The Lord stood up and within a second, he was outside and looked at tools which The Servant used.

"What happened to him?" The Lord thought as he looked at the horizon and saw a black object with a black tail. When he tried to have a closer look, he felt the same pressure as the Servant which made him laugh.

"Hahaha, it's probably a Multiverse Ranked Weapon or a tool, it should suit me." As he said that he circulated his Qi around his body and what seems like the speed of light following the Black Star.

Of course, the Immortal Soul was just a soul and had no intelligence, the only thing it had was the basic instinct to survive and find a host. It took every being which didn't fit his requirements as a threat and when the servant tried to look at it, it sent a wave of his unstable Qi which made the servant scream in pain.

But now it didn't work and felt that a being much more powerful was following him. "Hehehe, come here you thing and be my treasure."The Lord shouted as he closed in on the Soul, Soul felt the highest threat from him and used its speed to try to escape. Don't even try, The Lord said as he condensed a spear from nothing and threw it towards the soul.

The soul easily dodged it but it became harder and harder to dodge as The Lord was condensing spears faster and faster and it didn't take a long time before one of the spears hit the outskirts of the Soul, which made the part which got hit dissipate into nothing in the vast space.

The Lord continued throwing the spears and looked like he was not tired at all. He probably 5 tons of meat today and almost all of the meat was from Mythical Beasts which had very pure and large amount of Qi.

The Soul following its instincts to survive started to burn the outskirts of its soul to use become smaller and agile and to increase its speed by using its own unstable Qi to gain speed.

The Lord was shocked when the soul flew 3 times faster than before, The Lord almost caught up but stopped at the border to infinite space where beasts he can't even imagine lived.

"Hmph, if I don't get it then it's for the best that no one gets it." The Lord turned around and flew back to his world.

The Soul was just a small blob which barely could be seen. It didn't even have enough Qi to fly in a direction. It only had enough to stay alive and be stay in hibernation. It still flew very quickly but in the vast space, it was rather slow.

Millions of Worlds were scattered around him but he couldn't do anything. He could just wait until a Mortal World would appear in his path.
